Here are the requirements to grow your Meta to the next stage! These things absolutely must be fulfilled before posting in the Growth Requests thread in the main forum.
Toddler to Child:
2 Roleplays (6 posts per person totaling 12 posts or a 12 post solo)
4 Journal Entries
1 month since drop-off
Child to Teen:
4 Roleplays (6 posts per person totaling 12 posts or a 12 post solo)
6 Journal entries
1 month since drop-off/growth.
Teen to Adult:
6 Roleplays (6 posts per person totaling 12 posts or a 12 post solo)
10 Journal entries
1 month since drop-off/growth.
Adult to Elder:
20 Roleplays (6 posts per person totaling 12 posts or a 12 post solo, one paragraph or more)
20 journal entries (one paragraph or more))
Complete the Elder Quest
2 months since drop-off/growth.
*all roleplays must be public(can be read by everyone even if it is just between two players) to count. Private rps where only the players can see do not count.

Mandatory Meta activity to to grow to next stage:
-May gain levels right before growing.
-Powers must be related to item. (Ex. Those without a healing-type item cannot have healing.)
-If the meta has wings from racial they add flying to their virtue, if they have levitation then it is an ability from their racial. If they have wings from their item, flying has to be added to a subpower.
-The requirements for Elder are overly extensive, one that should be known is that a Meta cannot reach Elder stage before showing maturity and showing responsibility for one's abilities or a lot of experience.
-Participating in Events are highly recommended as certain activities might occur and acting or reacting in the right way may offer special benefits.
-Weapons will not be allowed in Sanctuary for any Meta that isn't an Elder (and some adults by approval only).
