THE BASICS

PERSONALITY
Quick thinking, determined, overbearing, reckless, flirtatious, ignorant
Well honed from years of living under the Gallo family name, Noah has always been one to come up with solutions quickly. Whether or not they actually work is a different story, but his mind almost never stops; he is very capable of thinking on the fly and throwing things to the wind in order to try and get them to work.
There is no such thing as failure for Noah. Once he gets it into his mind to do something, he will continue to do so until he either exhausts any and all options, or he figures it out. This includes anything from an online game to people, who are just as much of a mystery and a puzzle as everything else is.
Unfortunately, Noah's quick thinking mind doesn't always allow for other people to get a word in edgewise. His attitude runs cocky, especially when it comes to figuring something out; it's either his way or the highway, and Noah doesn't always understand when something needs to be done by someone else.
Noah's determination makes him a hard worker, but it also means that he doesn't always listen to what the best thing to do is. If it means proving he's right and proving he's come up with the right solution, Noah will do almost anything, even breaking rules or stepping on people in order to show that. He's got a one track mind; he doesn't always know when to stop.
HOBBIES
Gaming - At three in the morning, when he's supposed to be studying for his next test, Noah can be found either cooking or playing another round of Mario Kart. He has all the latest gaming systems and all the latest equipment, and he puts it to good use - even when he really shouldn't be.
Cooking - More like experimenting, really. Noah, in his very self sufficient way, enjoys far too much the concept of cooking-through-science. He watches too many competitive cooking shows (his favorite currently is Cutthroat Kitchen), and he loves to use whatever techniques he can to make good food, regardless of how eccentric or bizarre they might be.
Videography - Noah is that guy that always has to film everything. He's more of an amateur videographer than an actual one; he says he records stuff for posterity, but really he does it because there's no time like the present. He likes to rewatch how things happened, how people reacted, how life turns out.

Senshi: Sailor Veritas, Senshi of Forests ( I have specifically talked to tatterpixie and gotten the okay for this, as scientifically "woods" and "forests" are two separate things )
Challenge: The forest beckons you
Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: Forest of Lies
Veritas points at his opponent with his right hand and makes an upward gesture with his left. The opponent will suddenly find themselves in a dark, shadowy forest with tangles of dead, thorny trees and thick gray fog, unable to find the way out. They will still be able to see Veritas; it is all an illusion and lasts 15 seconds. Three uses.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Forest of Souls
The same as his basic attack, except with the addition of disembodied voices yelling or screaming or crying faintly in the distance, as though there are more than just the opponent lost in the forest. This illusion lasts 25 seconds. Two uses.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Forest of Truth
The opponent still believes that they are trapped in forest, only now they believe they are in some idyllic paradise. It's so beautiful and wonderful and magical here that they don't want to leave; in fact, it feels as though there are people calling, trying to get them to stay. This illusion lasts 45 seconds. One use.
