Time to get plotting!  Journal: Alerana IkarosWhat I'm looking for:
Since she just moved to DC, she needs to get used to the area. General exploration, hearing about the weird things that go on here, maybe seeing something strange first-hand.
Any school interactions.
Any competition of any sort. You challenge her, she'll take you on! (Whether she knows how to do whatever she's being challenged on or not.)

Awakening Completed, but she didn't get a lot of info. Or even her phone.
Meeting another Guardian Cat who can give her her phone and some more information, even if it's just "Your phone has a primer, check that."
Meeting other senshi and learning the ropes
Battles, especially ones where she finds her powers are best used to help boost other people
Ending up in situations where she's forced to work with other people
Eventually learning to be a team player instead of trying to to everything by herself

 Journal: Sean Jones About Sean: he's a over-obedient pushover who will do absolutely anything anyone asks. If you need favors, help with projects, or want to make him do your work, just ask and he'll get on it! He also loves sewing and kids; he's had many foster siblings and likes taking care of them. What I'm looking for for his civ side:
RPs with peers and making friends.
School RPs at Romano's.
He's had/has a lot of foster siblings, so it could be fun if someone would like one if their characters to be one of his current or former foster siblings. Preferably someone younger than him.
If anyone has a kid in need of a babysitter, he would be happy to do so. He may only be able to do it on weekends though, since his weekdays at Romano's are pretty scheduled.

Training in all things Negaverse. Battles, learning to gather energy, brainwashing against Order, etc. I want a bunch of these; get him involved in all aspects of the Negaverse.
In time, someone to guide him through taking a starseed. It will feel very, very wrong to him, and he'll ask someone which may or may not be the Nega who was walking him through taking a starseed) what happens when a person's starseed is taken. He puts two and two together and realizes why he'd fallen into a sudden coma, though not why he recovered.
After learning about starseeds, seeing some of the genuinely nasty parts of the Negaverse.
Someone to tell him that purification is an option, and how to go about it

 Journal: Fingal Ainsley / Kithairon, Page of Pluto About Finn: He's a loner who doesn't know how to talk to anyone casually. He spends most of his time either taking classes at DCU, or at home enjoying quiet hobbies. He can be found other places, like the library or stores, but it unlikely to approach other people unless he has a practical reason. What I'm looking for for his civilian side:
Friends! Or at least acquaintances! He will be awkward about talking to people but needs to get better at it
Maybe someone to show him around the city? He just moved to DC at the start of the school year
--- About Kithairon: He awakened at home with nothing to clue him in about the war between Order and Chaos. He knows nothing but his name and that the symbol on his watch is that of Pluto. What I'm looking for for his powered side:
Finding someone else on the side of Order (preferably another Pluto Knight) to tell him what's going on in progress
Battles
Meeting Negaverse agents and finding out what their deal is
Meeting people from every faction so they can ask them what they know of the war and their stance on it, so he can take notes

Friends! she is cheery and makes friends easily
Maybe someone interacting with her as a Girl Scout. Door-to-door cookie sales? Or maybe someone joins her for a community project?

--- About Chibi Megumi: During her Awakening she developed the misconception that she is a witch, and her henshin pen is a magic wand. She thinks being a "witch" is fun and wants to help people. What I'm looking for for her powered side:
Meeting more senshi and learning about them
Meeting other factions (Order or Chaos) and learning about them
Making friends with anyone, on any side
Battles with Chaos individuals who don't want to make friends
Will be joining the Court that Sailor Harmonia is starting, so Megumi could use RP with her fellow Court members

Oh, right! XD I forgot she hasn't finished. I don't think you have to finish it to start doing battles (I know my senshi hasn't) but if you'd rather wait, I can understand.
Would you like to do a civ rp between one of your characters and mine in the meantime?
