Through the alley and down some stairs, one will find themselves in a stone interior. The basement of some building above ground, the recieving room holds no design save a door five paces from the stairs. Behind this door, one can hear the steady thump of papers being stamped with the seal of completion. Upon opening this door, one will see a man.
A very large man with serrated teeth and white hair sits behind a desk of pure mahogany. Beside this man stand two similar looking ninja, whose eyes remain trained upon the desk. Upon this desk there are massive stacks of paper in both the inbox and outbox. Between these mountainous stacks there is an ever present sheet of paper that is outlined with several questions regarding mission information.
