As suddenly as he had arrived, the shogun departed. The experience was tense and, for lack of a word that didn't hold pun status, cold. Turpis counted at least two times in which the man had made his intentions to kill clear, one of which had been expressed solely to the Mizukage. Considering all of the possible outcomes, Turpis found that the meeting went relatively well. Unfortunately, this was compared to the hypothetical scenarios in which the situation had ended in violence. It would appear that Turpis had made himself an enemy.
Regardless of the matter of the pissed shogunate, there were things that needed doing around the village. This problem Turpis actually did have a solution to, and it took the form of the three shinobi that stood in his doorway. Upon further inspection he narrowed that number down to two. One of them appeared to be bleeding in a manner that was most concerning. The other two on the other hand had potential to be of use, even if one had the intention of traveling to a village that harbored ninja that had attacked Kirigakure so recently.
In silence he rose from the desk and ushered the injured ninja to the nearest chair. He then turned his attention to the other two. Crappy with names, Turpis found himself at a loss for what to call any of them. Instead of directing them by name, he merely spoke to them as he gave instruction on what they needed to do. "You two! Head over to the medical center and request for a medical evac for this boy. He needs immediate medical attention." ((E- Rank Mission: 5 Post minimum. Acquire two medical ninja for transport of the injured ninja to the hospital.))
He then turned his full attention to the wounded male. I need details. Your name, rank, and what happened. Go.

Tomiji jumped from his seat at the Mizukage's command. "Right away Lord Mizukage," he said as he turned to run out the door and to the hospital. He still couldn't believe what he had just seen, trying to process what had just happened.
Tomiji stormed back in with the medical ninja the Mizukage had requested. "I returned as soon as I could Lord Mizukage." He then turned to the 2 medical ninja, instructing them to care for the injured shinobi.
What a pathetic waste of space. Those who can't defend themselves have no place or right being a shinobi. If you can't even keep yourself safe, what hope do you have of defending a village? Of defending the things you hold dear? He thought silently to himself. The longer Tomiji looked at the ninja the sicker he felt. He wished nothing more then to finish what the Shogun had started and end the ninja's pitiful existence now.

Expediency. Turpis liked that. The ninja had been assigned a task and had managed to accomplish it in a timely fashion. "Good work. Now that he won't bleed out, I have one more thing to deal with before we can discuss your reason for visiting my office." It was safe to say that Turpis appreciated the young male's style. He did as he was told and brought back solid results. If his effectiveness in accomplishing the task placed before him was any indicator, the male was going to go far in the ninja world.
On the other hand, Turpis found himself hearing the plea of a brother seeking to check upon his kin. Unfortunately, the Mizukage had no intention of sanctioning such an excursion. Kusagakure had been host to the two that had decimated the village and it was a waste to send untrained ninja into the den of the enemy. "Brother or not, a trip to Kusagakure is dangerous. Furthermore we need to dedicate our attention to strengthening our village. As of right now your request is denied. " He pitied the boy, but would not allow sentiments to cloud his better judgement.

There is a daemon in us all
A daemon that wants to be free.
The daemon you may fight, but it won't stay down
you can bruise it, hurt it and make it bleed..
Rose Allamora Liang
The clone of Rose entered the domain of the Mizukage tower where he assumed had been renovated since it's destruction. He wondered, curiously, who had fixed it up or rather even when? Maybe those foreign shinobi that came to help Kiri fixed it? He guessed, it really mattered not. The village was still in shambles and the financial ruin was still quite high. Not to mention the lack of higher leveled shinobi still caused quite a bit of problems within the village, as now major missions would lay upon the shoulders of the lower leveled shinobi. Something that wasn't too bad, but he didn't see enough of his fellow shinobi doing anything more than sparring each other to near death as if it was a joke. Barbaric swine...
Upon approaching the office itself, Rose spotted quite a sight. A door that had been flashed open. A delightful male that was ever so easy on the eyes but the way he bled out reduced such attraction. The there was the curvaceous diva from the training grounds that he guessed blew herself out of when she was training there along with a couple other shinobi that didn't bring recognition to those ruby eyes of his. The clone would though, wait outside of the office until the crowd disperses enough so that he may converse with the Mizukage about missions. Taking on the mannerisms of it's creator by eyeing his nails and making sure that each one was decadent in the way the gloss shined in the light.
Though she heard the Kage's distinct voice, she decided not to obey. Seeing as the boy had foolishly made a scene rather than taking his a** to the hospital; he would be on his own. A whooshing sound from another shinobi explained that someone else embarked on such a journey to the hospital. Tch, as if. Now on another subject the gorgeous kunoichi spoke,"If we are supposedly focusing on powering our militia....why is no one organizing anything? I mean c'mon now, I'm no Einstein but it's purty obvious everyone is all over the place. Sir?", she added to decrease any disrespectful toning.
Aobi released his wood clones as he approached the mizukages office. As he entered the building he had heard whispers of the shogun being in the office. Racing towards the mizukages office he got their in time to see the man vanish. At least he would be able to record the mans looks on one of his information cards. As he walked into the office he withdrew his hood his frosty white hair flipping out as he did so.
"Sorry to disturb you lord mizukage but the task you gave to me has been complete." He said as the man was busy dispensing orders to a couple other shinobi. He watched one run out of the office to go get medical attention for the one who was sitting down. Such a shame the village is in this state. He thought to himself as a young kuniochi entered the room and began questioning the kage. He almost cringed figuring she may get it handed to her although she saved herself with her tone so it didn't sound completely disrespectful. Aobi waited till she was done with her inquiry before starting in once more. "The owners of the ramen shop expressed their gratitude for you fixing their ramen shop." He said as he gave the report of the ramen shop. "As well the adjacent lots have been cleared out and I used my senju to restore some of the trees and other things to the area. If there is something else which needs to be done just let me know." Aobi knew the village needed a lot of help and was willing to lend a hand however he could. He realized getting stronger was something he needed to achieve but he would not put that above fixing up the village itself.

Tomiji looked to the Mizukage, "And what issue is it that we need to discuss my Lord?" Tomiji had finally supressed his feeling to kill the injured ninja and was instead overwhelmed by the influx of other ninja. These are going to be my fellow Shinobi!? Weaklings who would barge into a Kage's office without waiting to be called to enter? Pathetic. Tomiji kept his thoughts to himself however. Appearances counted for everything in this shallow world and he wanted them to think he actually cared for their well being.

The need to remain calm was as present as ever before. Turpis had grown accustomed to a solitary lifestyle before his Kageship, and relinquished the silence for the betterment of his village. The small horde of genin before him was an example of what he had been trying to avoid. Even worse was the ever evident lack of Jonin in the vicinity. Had he decided to delegate these children to his subordinates, he would have been out of luck. As it stood, he was going to have to deal with this himself.
His eyes darted between those immediately present in the room and the one that stood outside. The attractive one was concerned with the military and its organization. Her aside, there was the Mokuton user who had been assisting in the rebuild. Past him there was the ninja that sought to leave the relative safety of the village gates in search of family, and the male that had just returned from a menial task. He noted the presence of one outside the door, but it would appear that he was waiting. The Mizukage exhaled, a sound that was muffled by his bandages.
He began with the girl, his tone quiet. If she cared to listen, it would require her to maintain a volume less than his own. " We need a solid defense before we even consider an offense. Unless you have a means of achieving either, I have a task for you. Survey the village walls and make note of any structural weaknesses. We are going to have to fortify and fortify fast." The girl seemed interested in what was being done now, the best way to open her eyes was to get her involved. [Mission Oppurtunity]
Next he addressed the snowy haired male. "Good work. Make sure to submit a report to the mission center. There is more work to be done though. I want you to survey the population center and find any traces of the destruction. Repair what you can, level and rebuild what you can't." He had delivered his orders, and as such switched his attention to the adamant male with his heart set on travel.
The boy was confident, foolishly so. Furthermore his motives were selfish, considering that his village was a husk of its former self. Still, his insistence sparked an idea in the Mizukage. In the same chilled tone that he used with the diva he spoke to the boy, issuing unto him a different line of directive. "I see you will not listen to reason, and your kin seems to hold higher value to you than your village. So one of two things are going to happen. Either you are going to go out and assist in the reconstruction of the village, or I will personally gauge your ability to survive alone outside those walls. I strongly suggest the former option. However if you so choose the second, make your way to the training area and wait for me there. You are dismissed. "
Finally, his eyes focused upon Tomiji. "My files have been disorganized in all of the ruckus. Head out into the lobby and situate them in their rightful places." The task in and of itself was menial, however it held a much greater purpose. With all of these faces in his presence he was going to have to read up and gauge how to use them to their full abilities. Including the heavily shrouded male. [Mission Op for you too]
Finally, his eyes focused upon Tomiji. "My files have been disorganized in all of the ruckus. Head out into the lobby and situate them in their rightful places." [Mission Op for you too]
Tomiji had to control himself, lest he have an episode in the Kage's office. For only the briefest instance, anger crossed his brow, but quickly disappeared. Had anything else on his face not been covered, everyone would have seen him grinding his teeth. Paperwork!? Am I just his errand boy now!? Then it struck Tomiji what the man was doing, he was simply clearing out all the other ninja from the office, pretty soon it would just be the two of them alone. With a courteous nod of the head, he responded, "I am more then happy to help Lord Mizukage, I know it must be tough after what happened to our village, and I am happy to help in anyway I can." He turned and walked out of the office, but stayed in the building.
What he saw when he entered the next room made his heart sink. Mountains of paperwork dominated the room, and rows of filing cabinets lined the walls, each overflowing with massive amounts of paper. Before he tackled the mess of paperwork, Tomiji activated his Byakugan and began watching the office, waiting for the other ninja to leave on their busy work. This may take a while, but at least I wasn't sent all the way to walk around the wall in a massive circle.

"Mizukage... I'm sorry for my leave of absence after the battle, however I am fit to serve once more. If you'd allow me, I'd like to hunt the one who attacked us," Katsu stated as he arrived, though something about him was different. Maybe it was his demeanor, the way he walked, the brand-new tattoos covering every inch of his body. Who knows. Whatever it was, it radiated a kind of oppressive feeling, like a birdcage had been built inside the hearts of everybody around. The cocky would feel less so. The strong would feel weaker. The weak... Probably normal.
Shinya never did get a chance to move from his position as so many people walked inside into the office of the Mizukage, asked their questions, and then were sent away. Even when the Shogun of Kirigakare had shown up, he didn't move. It was more of awe towards the Shogun than anything else. He admired his strength, his resolve, and his attitude. The way he carried himself, that's how Shinya wanted to be. As the Shogun left, more ninjas making fool of themselves walked inside the office.
There were some, of course, that he seemed to respect almost immediately. For example, the genin wrapped in bandages and the Chuunin with the white hood. There were others, like the genin trying to find his brother, that he perceived as idiots. He was just about to step forward and speak out when he was cut off by yet another arrival. Shinya looked over to the man who interrupted him, one covered with tattoos from head to toe, and listened to him speak. It must have been some sort of clan ritual to cover themselves in tattoos from head to toe. Not that Shinya belonged to any clan or bloodline that he knew off, but he would never desecrate his body like that.
"Great...yet another ninja seeking glory by traveling outside of the village," Shinya sighed as his annoyance reached a boiling point. "If the Mizukage wishes for the Kusa ninja responsible for the events that transpired, he would be the one to ask, and it would be done. Do you really think that you leaving the village is what is needed right now? What if there was another attack while you were gone? You should think about what is needed to strengthen the village and ensure that such events never happen again. Or maybe you should help train the young genins who just graduated the academy to ensure that they're strong enough to help," Shinya stated in a rather rude and aggressive tone. That's when he realized where he was, that he was standing in front of the Mizukage.
"Forgive me Lord Mizukage, my name is Shinya Myojin. I have just recently graduated from the academy and am here for my headband. I apologize I did not come to you sooner, but I was busy with helping cleaning up after the attack," Shinya stated as he did a slight bow towards the Mizukage.
