The Kiri marketplace unknown to most is actually a separate island connected to Kirigakure by a small bridge that starts at an area just behind the library and ends at the start of the marketplace island named Hajime island after an old Mizukage, and the only way to the market place is by this bridge. Any attempt at running across the water surrounding the island will almost always end in failure due to the strong currents and whirlpools that form year round.
There is also a small back bridge that connects back to the mist village though its park, giving anyone who spent a long and tiring day at the park a safer and faster way to get home. Both bridges have a small guard of a two man squad of Chuunin ranked Kiri shinobi, other than that the marketplace island is protected by the local Anbu of Kirigakure.
There is many assorted shops for the average shinobi to choose from while in the market place, Two of the best known shops to all Kiri shinobi are located here. The first being a small blacksmith and weapons shop named Weapons hidden within the mist, for their weapons to be repaired at and also a place to purchase the average shinobi gear that is lost during battle. The second is a small open food market place in the center of the island is where farmers from around the mist village and beyond come to sell their goods to the people of Kiri.
The market place is open to all those allowed within Kiri, all shinobi are asked to leave any extremely large weapons at home before they come, due to the large amounts of villagers here. Also the use of jutsu within this area is extremely prohibited unless given express permission by the Mizukage. Small weapons such as kunai are allowed, also any Anbu members are unrestricted with all jutsu and weapon restrictions that would effect any standard shinobi.

Rose Allamora Liang
As Rose was heading back to his house, he got a note from a errand boy stating that his ordered supplies had finally come in. Delighted, Rose headed towards the Market palace which he had as a secondary form of delivery in case he could not have it sent to the performance house. Passing through the village the pretty thing took the bridge across the more treacherous waters of Kiri towards Hajime island. Letting the guards who, obviously could see, Rose had no large weapons, allowed the male to enter where he'd head towards a shop that specialized in the materials that he needed. Approaching the cashier with his ticket of purchase, they totted out a large black box sitting upon a dolly. Rose's heart fluttered at the thought of what laid in the box. "My beautiful art... How I cannot wait to unwrap you piece by piece." He said softly, ruby red eyes glowing in delight before he took the dolly towards his home. Just practically giddy to unwrap the box and start on his newest forms of creation.
Rose had barely started opening his package before hearing ear splitting screams from the staff and people from the outside. That followed by continuous trembles of fury that shook the foundation of the village. Rose ran outside to see what all the commotion was before looking up where his ruby red eyes widened, "S-sacre....bleu.." He said stunned as he saw pieces of the main village being levitated to a small dot in the sky that was increasingly getting larger. True power... That was what that was. True...power. What magnificence it possessed. It was beyond what he could ever achieve in a lifetime with the way he was going. The sight almost... brought him hopelessness... But no... No one in this world should possess more beauty than him! Perfection was his to claim!
Essentially, Rose wasn't much more than a supplementary fighter. Helping his team mates, especially when he does not have his puppets. But he was certain that he could, if he got the right measurements, help the village retain being saved from that destructive ball. Sprinting towards the village, he'd need to go to one location for the counter-attack to make fruition, for it relied on everyone's cooperation.
Crossing the bridge seemed to take a lot longer in the current state of the village but the two clones of aobi made haste towards the marketplace. As they reached the other side they were grateful to see the gravitational pull hadn't done much to damage to marketplace itself. There were a few places with the roofs torn off and some cosmetic damage but most was left intact. Looking at each other they split off in opposite directions.
Clone 1- Quickly locating the food market he began scanning the place for anything they may need. Hmm what to get for the ramen shop? He asked himself as his eyes gazed upon all the items that were available. Picking up some fresh vegetables, ramen, beef, chicken and a few spices he found his way towards the owner of the place. The man had tucked himself away under one of the shelves and seemed to be trembling. "Excuse me sir you can come out. Things are safe and the area is clear." The clone managed to say as he gave the man a bit of a smile. He watched as the man stood and peered out into the clear sky a look of utter relief on his face. "I'm sorry I just didn't know what else to do. What may I help you with?" The mans voice was still a bit shaken but clearly he was pleased to have someone around.
" The ramen shop was in shambles and we are fixing it. I was wondering if maybe I could take these supplies to them. If not for free then maybe I can come by and do some work for you later." The clone could clearly see the man was racking his brain thinking things over. Finally he sighed a bit as he looked at the clone and smiled. "Since it is for the village you can have them but I may call upon that favor sooner or later." He said as he nodded to the clone. Politely smiling the clone placed all the merchandise into a few bags and began heading back towards the bridge. "Thank you I am sure your cooperation will be rewarded." He called out as he high tailed it to meet up with the other clone.
Clone 2- Without watching where the other ran off to the clone made haste for any shops he thought may have extra paint. A few places turned him down before he finally stopped by a store selling ink. "Excuse me miss." He said to a young lady who appeared to be cursing out a painting. "What do you want! Its ruined the whole damn painting gone!" She said as she pointed to a canvas that had crashed and now had a huge hole through the center of it. "I am sorry miss I can see you spent a lot of time on that piece. I was looking for paint. The ramen shop met head on with the disaster and we are attempting to repair it." It seemed the mention of the ramen shop had been the key to the conversation as her demeanor completely changed.
"The ramen shop that...that is my favorite place to go and eat." She said as she grabbed a set of keys that were hanging on one of the walls. Heading over to one of the storage closets in her shop she opened it up to reveal a few twenty gallon buckets of paint. Grabbing a couple of them she quickly placed them in a little buggy. "I am glad to help if it is for the ramen shop. Tell them the ink lady says hey." She frowned for a moment with almost a tear in her eye. "That is if they are still alive." The clone could feel the sadness which overtook the young lady. "Lifting her chin he smiled a bit. "I will make sure to tell them when we find them. Don't you worry kiri will rise again." He waved his hand to the lady as he grabbed the buggy and hurried back towards the bridge. Once the two clones met back up they made haste once more towards the bridge and back to the ramen shop. .

As Kit corssed the bridge at his own peril he finally reached the market place. After 45 minutes of watching his step so the rickety birdge didnt collapse on him he had reached the small island that was known as the Kiri market. Looking around the devastation was horrendous. Bodies lie in the street, people crying over them. And then people hiding in the shadows just watching as if still on edge and the attack wasn't over. Taking in a deep breath Kit spoke, quite loudly. "People, I am Kit from the Cloud village here to aid and assist. IF any of you have seen anything, head anything please come talk to me. Due to the alliance between Cloud and Mist i am taking statements to better grasp the situation and to asectain any leads to finding the people responsible." Once Kit spoke a lot of the people at first turned to run only making it a few steps before tey turned around and rushed him. People in tattered cloths grabbing at him all talking at once was terible to try and understand what anyone was saying. Taking a deep breath Kit leapt into the air and landed a few feet from the mob. "One at a time i will listen to everyone but please. allow me to listen so you can speak." Looking around Kit found a chair in some rubble. It was partly scorched but useable. Sitting it against a nearby wall Kit sat down and the pile of people surounded him again but keeping a few feet in distance as per his reuest. Opening his notebook to the middle Kit clicked his pen and pointed at a women. "We will start with you Ma'am." As she spoke her voice trembled but she managed to tell him everything she hd witnessed. But no description. The attacking shinobi moved to fast for untrained civilian eyes to catch. This was only the first person and Kit hd about 10+ waiting to talk to him. It would be an arduous assignment. Muttering under his breath Kit continued the reports. "For the glory of cloud...."

As Kit finished taking the final pesons statement he took a deep breath. Wiping his brow Kit stood with a small twinge in his lower back. Who knew sitting was so bad for you? NOw re reading some of the statements he had been pesented Kit ealized. These civilians were useless in his endavor to gain information. Closing the book Kit Turned and continued his search for soeone who could give him what he looked for.
Isabelle's uneasy face obviated her confusion as to where she was. Belle could've sworn she was in the villages marketplace, but she didn't remember debris being here, now sparse civilian voices. Such rummage forced her to believe she was elsewhere. The unfocused look in her sparkling hazel hues guided as the wind took her by the hand and led the youngin. Utilizing her senses through wind she realized one other was present In this area. Kit? His uncertain heartbeat, and irregular pulse indicated his confusion or longing for something. Was this young man in search of something? The unmatched beauty ambulated his way and beckoned upon his existence,"Hey you! Ya looking for something?", the velvet tone chimed. Belle slid her fingers in between the band that restrained her boundless blue locks. In a fluid motion, she gently pulled allowing the irregularly long strands to flood her shoulders and lower back.

There is a daemon in us all
A daemon that wants to be free.
The daemon you may fight, but it won't stay down
you can bruise it, hurt it and make it bleed..
Rose Allamora Liang
Rose crossed the bridge to the portion of Kiri that didn't seem to be scratched from the attack. It brought a bit of relief that his parents and the dancers at the performance house where not harmed. But with the bustle he was seeing outside and the ANBU officers attempting to keep order, it was obvious that there was still chaos. And why shouldn't there be when such death and destruction hit their village not a half hour earlier.
Walking through the bustle, Rose came to performance house to see an empty house when it should be full. Though with the closed sign he saw and the employees and his parents sharing a drink, he didn't even think they could perform under such sorrowful conditions; or if the crowds would get their usual form of enjoyments. He thought that... it would be best to let them be, especially having them see that he looked like he had just left war; something that would be liable to make his mother break down... and he couldn't possibly take to see that.
Entering into his room, Rose saw the box of his puppet pieces just barely opened. Narrowing his ruby red eyes, he'd start clearing off his work table, gathering a mixture of medical tools and mechanical tools, put on a gas mask, and prepared to get started.
Pulling out pieces from the box, Rose started working on his creations. He would start first with the body but before that he would being working on his poison. Walking to his wardrobe, Rose would push apart the elegant pieces of cloth to a false door. This door would be opened and vials of liquids and powders would grace his piercing ruby eyes. Carefully taking an assortment of chemicals and a large hard plastic box, Rose would pour in that which he collected in water. As the chemical reactions started to take place, Rose would seal off he top and place it upon a hot plate to start really activating the chemicals.
When that was done, he'd begin with his puppet's body. Where with a blow torch, sander, and Rose's wicked little mind did he start constructing the body. Leaving most of it solid and whole, but would cut out the stomach portion of the puppet so that he can add the carton of his poison within. Taking out a tape measure just to make sure he got dimensions correct so he can create the snuggest fit for his puppet, Rose would continue to burrow out a portion of it's innards along with tunnels so that the poison can travel from the stomach onwards. Once that was done, Rose began to put a closing on the project of the body by adding hinges on the inside and a door composed of the same heavy metal that the rest of the puppet had but of course a lot lighter for the sake of being able to work it.
When that was complete, Rose would begin working on the head that would require his upmost attention. The head of his fiercesome looking clown puppet, would be simplistic but the eyes would not. Using a tiny platform, as he began creating the eyes he would add microchips that would record information for him during a fight. That way, he can not only study his opponent's moves, but also gather information for further studies; something he thinks, would definitely be needed given the situation they were currently in. When they were completed, Rose would add the eyes to a larger microchip that was placed in the skull of the puppet carefully. Where the information the eyes gained would go towards the brain for recording and installment in a computer when the time is right.
Equipping the head to the puppet, Rose would start placing in the insulation of the puppet so that the poison could run smoothly throughout the puppet before working on it's main key component; steam engine. The very item that would convert his poison into a gas form. It didn't have to be as big as the one he usually sees on trains but it would still need to be big enough for him to operate the puppet efficiently. Walking over to his poison that by now had a lucid purple color, he removed it from it's heat source and placed the steam engine gently upon the box. Planning on installing it last just for the sake of ensuring it does not leak out into the air an harm his parents or the staff.
Rose would then move on to work on the arms and the legs. Having them hollowed out except for an emergency flap installed a little deeper down the rotator joint to ensure that a self destruction should things get dangerous. When he began to work on the hallowed out arms, he added rollers from the top of the joint down to the wrist to the hand where the puppet would send the railroad spikes, and down a cane like tube that would make the nail rotate and fire. Adding it all together, before placing the puppet into full functioning, Rose grabbed a bundle of nails to place into the puppet's poison depository to soak before adding the final piece which was installing it. Creating the steam engine to full functioning power, paint the puppet an make the terrible beauty that he desired and then with a seal, stored it. "One puppet down..." He said softly to himself, rubbing his crown from all the exertion from building it.
Rose would now that he was done, work on his puppets. The "Blood Red Eye". He always wondered just what his eyes held. His mother stated that their blood was filled with Genjutsu users. It helped out quite a bit with their particular.... line of work. Made them have to do less manual work, more acting, which results in much better pay. Rose wondered what he could unlock from his eyes. He had heard from his mother, that when a client got too aggressive, that he mother could simply... "vanish". Closing his eyes and directing chakra flow towards those orbs in his skull, he'd attempt to trigger chakra to be forced out of his eyes and surround his body. As he opened them this time his rubies would be glowing magnificently. Glistening like gems in a display case of a jeweler, as he attempted to have his ocular chakra be triggered.
Admittedly, it was uncomfortable at first. It felt...unused. Made sense. This was his very first time every working on his ocular jutsu. Taking a pause and gently rubbing his eyes, desisting in issuing chakra through them for a moment, he'd open his eyes back once again and start hitting it yet again. The ruby eyes once more took on a vibrant glow. Holding much untapped potential within them. Rose would focus all the harder on releasing the technique from his eyes. Putting on a little more of a headache as power was channeled towards those eyes that were attempting to do the very thing he was attempting.
But soon, Rose started to feel power start to ebb across his form. Starting to spread amongst his body like a thin veil. When it took his entirety, Rose wondered just how powerful the technique really was. Standing up, he departed from his room and crept downstairs while one of the patrons was getting "entertained" by the staff. Rose would dismiss the act a he usually did for it was common around there, but he crept close enough that that woman would clearly know of his presence when she looked up; but didn't. He was invisible to her and the patron. Smirking, Rose would return to his room upstairs as he discontinued feeding chakra to his eyes. "It... takes a lot of chakra for me now but... This is a powerful accessory for me to utilize in the future. Especially in covert missions should we need them." He thought to himself, thinking of infiltrating Kusa through the technique and gather information himself; specifically about those people that had attacked Kirigakure.
Rose decided that though, he didn't have to completely train more. He wondered just what kind of mission the Kage had but he seemed extremely busy at the moment. Biting his soft lips a little in debate, Rose would first go and bathe himself off from the battle previous, work put on a new clean pair of clothing, then departed from the Performance House and the Hajime Island back to the main island of Kirigakure.
Rose soon appeared right back to the marketplace when he noticed that he could very well do some missions here. Some of the debris from the attack had drifted it's way to the marketplace, and even some more upon buildings. Coming before a building in particular, that seemed to have been trashed by debris. Creating strings of chakra from his re-manicured hands, Rose attached them to the pieces of debris and would begin to flick them away. Throwing the piles of broken buildings and even an occasional injured human into one collective pile. He would then enter into the home through the damaged roofing. Taking a bit of surveillance in how and what he'd need to patch it based on his mechanical knowledge from building puppets before returning home and speaking to the owner about the merchandise needed.
Upon return, through Rose wouldn't lift a nail in picking up those heavy boards of tember, he would give them speicfic instructions. Such as putting the board over the hole, then putting some quaterer inch board to cover the hole up. Of course, nailing them together to create the sealed foundation. From there, would be the making of the shingles and roofing sealants to assist them in keeping the roof sealed and repaired. Giving a a courteous bow to the owners after more or less giving them guidance towards rebuilding their roof, Rose would start to head out and accomplish another mission.
Mission: Clean the House or Apartments [ Complete ]
There was another mission that Rose had heard of from the grapevine; and seeing as he wanted to do more than just "busy work", Rose wondered if the Mizukage would hand the mission off to him to decide or check on. Crossing over, Rose would head to one of the few sights that he saw the Mizukage to ask permission. Though given how busy everything was, Rose would probably simply just do it. The village needed the money and above all, order returned back to the village.
It didn't take Rose long to depart from the training grounds to return to the performance house that, from the sounds of music, was going through the practice sessions before the night's show. Pacing the waiters and the busy staff preparing for the night, Rose returned to his room where he'd come back to his work table to summon forth his puppet parts once again.. Shuffling briefly through the pieces and parts until he got to the head of his puppet.
Taking the thickly plastic head, Rose pulled out a box of explosive tag seals. Placing them carefully along the cranium from just above the eyebrow area to the back of the head below the shape of the cranium. Then he'd take another sheet of the plastic from the bundle of items and began to heat it under a touch. Molding it into the shape of the original head that was now loaded in explosive tags, and upon having it perfectly fixated slide it over upon the head where he'd weld the two together. Erasing the image of them being a second head underneath the first one. When he finished that, Rose would start on his usual project; eye recording. Placing his developed derriere upon a stool and began the very precise procedure of making a mircochip for the purpose of recording. That chip, would then be enclosed off by one of his pre-made eyes that would then be placed into the skull of his puppet and set carefully aside.
From there he would gather up the arm limbs where he'd take his torch and ignite it to start opening it and exposing that which laid beneath. Once he opened the hollowed out arms Rose inserted a spring action hollow point spear into a strong plastic tube that would then be filled with Rose's particular poison. Closing off the plastic, Rose would do the same to the other arm before carefully placing them into the hallowed out area that was designated. Before closing the puppet off, Rose would then make a precision cut along the wrist and elbow joint for the hollowed points to come out from. Lacing his chakra strings upon it to evaluate his craftsmenship before closing and welding the puppet's arms back together then sanding ti smooth.
Now was time for the hardest aspect. The chest and hip joints. These would basically be the main focal points of that would make this puppet so dangerous. So with the building of this puppet's skeleton, instead of his usual puppet schematic, he made this one have something of a ball joint that had within it a copper spring that could twist. Similar to a rubber band that upon releasing would snap back to it's original condition. A condition that would of course, create a perfect deadly strike towards his opponent. As Noel began to install the skeleton onto the puppet he would then add a the cable into it's chest cavity. It would be a highly industrial work cable, that would be coiled into the puppet and inside a canister that of course, would be doused in his personal poison.
Once Rose completed equipping his puppet for lethality, Rose would begin to beautify his puppet with a make over. Hair, nails, humanistic features until his spawn of chaos laid upon his work table until he made a seal and sealed it into storage with his last creation. Another to assist him in becoming "The Ringleader" of battle.
