Yeah, we all know his/her basic costume; circlet, short shorts, knee high boots, and long gloves. I really wish Gaia had the sailor-style collars without the shirts. Any ideas? Tektek's got nothing, BTW. Big help they are these days...

I've seen people cosplay as the Starlights before... They were pretty impressive.

I know of a few items you can use for the starlights! I've been wanting to do a cosplay of Starfighter myself, so I've been doing some research. I'll share with you my results!
For the hair, I’d use a combination of Seracila Pendant(Phorbas Pose)and the bangs from Elysian Knight.
There are boots from Paramore’s Break that could work or the boots from Mystical Mender. If you don’t want to shell out the gold for them, there is always the option of going with black rivet boots (they’re gold shop and, while not entirely accurate, would work in a pinch if you have a budget in mind).
The gloves from Winding probably would suit this cosplay the most and the silver Egyptian armlets would give a very similar look to the buckles.
The Gold Starman earring would probably be the best fit for Star Fighter’s small loop earring.
Any black bra with straps+white ribbon cinch+gold mystic citrine+Albus Egg (glorious eggs pose) should make for a convincing enough top. There is an item that would give a good collar but I just can’t remember the heck that item is right at this moment.
The cross belt is a pain in the a** to replicate, however I think that the belly chain from Otami Jewelry would work out just as well.
Lovely genie orange headpiece is probably the best bet for that circlet and shiny black short shorts would work for her shorty short shorts.

~~Sounds great! I figured the bra and collar would be the hardest part. And yeah, I hate those kind of crossbelts. Unrelated to Sailor Moon but they are similar to the ones Milla Maxwell wears in Tales of Xillia.  I had trouble making an avi of her on my other account as well. sweatdrop
