The West Gate - Barton West Gate is primarily zoned residential, with buildings that include single family housing and multiple family housing (apartments, duplexes (or similar configurations), condominiums). The zoning for residential use permits some services or work opportunities, but totally excludes business and industry. It permits both high density land use and low density land use, in some cases.

Jacknife's jeep sped in from the fountain and right out the gate. It sped down the road to durem, pushing the speed limit to it's fullest.

This was a nicer change of pace, a bunch of houses. At least there weren't any manladies around to try to molest him. He followed the wind here, he didn't even know if the spirit had to do with that, or it was just another gust.

Strangely enough the spirit was now talking to another spirit, dressed in police clothing.
"Look, I was hired today, officer. My license and regestration should be all be in order."
"This is just a routine check son. Be patient."
"Fine." It grumbled. It was busy goddamnit!

And for the second time today, Kit's eyebrow raised. This turned out to be a interesting day. He walked over to what he thought was a policeman, "Excuse me, officer?"

"What is it son?" The officer handed the papers back to the other spirit.
"Fianly." He said calmly as he received the papers.
Then he cleared his throat.
"BWAHAHAHAHAHA!" He ran off again!

"Comon..." Kit murmered, looking back to the officer. "That spirit that just passed by, whats it's name?" His legs were ready to go once again, just wanting to get an answer, he faced north, leaving as soon as he got a response.

"Some chaos causer. Damned things are having a goldmine of work recently." The officer paused, "Somebody issued a tonne of liceses."
"Now all they do is complain"
"OH I'M IN A HURRY!" He mocked, "OH I HAVE WORK TO DO! OH I HAVE TO GET TO GAMBINO BECAUSE I'M SO BUSY."
With a spiteful face, the cop spirit dissapeared.

Just a casual walk, passing through. Riotgun waving with the arm held slack at his side. Gamma was headed northwest.

Touching the brakes slightly, Masuyu prepared to dodge any civilians on his way through the gate, heading for the North Gate.

Suddenly, traffic block at the west gate. Apparently, a mad woman was slaloming between the cars, sometimes even climbing over them to keep on moving. In the news report concerning the event, they described the girl as wearing all black, with short blonde hair and a trail of bright red sparks floating behind her.

And Shouyin was stuck in ******** traffic. <******** traffic. "******** traffic."
He couldn't tell what the problem was, he was too far back. People were just stopped, doing nothing, while what he could only describe as a little black thing hopped around up ahead. Sighing, he leaned back for the long haul, when an idea came to him. You could almost picture the lightbulb flicking on above his head.
Everything in the truck was either sturdy, or in some kind of case, so he didn't worry too much about them. He only had one bat in the front seat, which he tossed in the back along with the backpack and duffelbag, which, while their contents were precious, they weren't too breakable. The most fragile thing he owned (PSP) was in the glovebox along with his watch and some cash. So, grinning, he popped open his door, just missing the car beside him, and leaned over, fingers sliding against the -stone- pavement.

Shouyin's car would tilt slightly, sliding to the side quite fluidly. His foot was holding the gas down quite ferociously, and the engine whined in pain as the tires screeched against the stone, the car refusing to move. He'd continue tilting and sliding, until the car was on its side, straight ninety degrees up and down, about three feet off the ground and four feet to the left of the road itself, perched awkwardly on a wave-shaped layer of stone now jutting out from the pavement.
It was a bit patchwork, his vertical platform, but this wasn't some beauty pageant for badass stunts. He just wanted to get past the traffic, and a 'wall'run seemed like the best idea. Grinning wildly, his fingers shifted against the ground and the stone holding most of the car to the platform sank away, and the Impala sprang forwards. As surprising as the acceleration was, it probably wasn't enough to hold such a vehicle to the wave of stone, that was now forming in front of the Impala as it sped across and disappearing behind, so odds were there was some added stone traction applied to the tires, at least until it really picked up speed.
This was a beast of a car after all.
Shouyin grinned wildly as he raced past car after car, offering a few short prayers that the thin stone layer protecting his fingers as they slid roughly across the 'ground' didn't falter, at that the open car door now flailing in the wind, didn't decide to close on his hand and effectively ******** this entire operation. But other than that he had no mental capacity left to sacrifice, between the excitement of this short trip, and the concentration keeping him from flipping over onto the nearby cars, he didn't have much thought to spare.
The Gods of Badass looked down on Shouyin and smiled.
Shouyin looked up on the Gods of Badass and screamed a wild expletive.

Traffic back to normal. The black girl was nowhere to be seen at the west gate anymore, and cars could go back to their usual routine.
