Personality:
Cold and uncaring is the attitude he throws off to perfection. Life on the streets is hard, and Cecos grew up with few friends. Now that most of them are dead he doesn’t have much use for more. He would rather use those below him than be their friends. Even mares he has little use for unless it’s to help achieve something.
Cecos knows the importance of dirt on others. Be it for payment or blackmail. He likes to keep his hand in by going out and collecting it himself. It’s hard to suspect a street tough to be gathering any intelligence. He prefers not to talk much and listen a great deal. The dull routine of the gang lead him to boredom. Thus he left. Searching for a place more suited to him. A place he might one day achieve greatness.
History:
Born in the town Dorlaew, Cecos grew up running wild on the streets. He doesn’t remember if his parents died or just left him there. The young Ista and his friends terrorized the stall owners with vandalism and theft. Several times they were caught, punished, and thrown into jail(if that’s what its called here).
As the small group got older, they grew bolder; daring houses to steal things they wanted. One house they targeted turned out to be the home of the local gang. All but one of his friends escaped. The unlucky one was later found dead. In anguish Cecos joined a rival of the gang. He worked there always aiming to bring ruin down upon the other gang.
Then three years ago he had his chance. Cecos seized the opportunity to become the leader of the gang. He brought the full powers of his gang to bare on his opponents and nearly wiped them out. The rest scattered. For a time he was content to rule the gang and dominate the area. He found himself become bored with gang life. Settling down with a family didn’t appeal to him, nor did staying. Half a year later of boredom was enough.
And just like that he left. Searching for something more. Cecos wandered for a time never staying in one place long. As he traveled and grew more experienced rumors reached his ears. Rumors of a bigger organization. The Dark Cloaks. Cecos sought them out and now stood on the threshold.
