Aranel walked through the market place looking at the various wares of the vendors. The sun was shining and people were smiling. In general it was a very wonderful day. She smiled and stopped at an apple stall and purchased one. Perfect...

Peppermint Bark was mosying around the market. He was taking extra care to avoid being anywhere near the training field. That was one mare he never wanted to run across again. As it was, he was eyeing some trinkets that would be cheep and might woo a female in his favor. There was a couple he was considering, but hadn't decided on fully yet.

A flash of red caught his attention. He pursued his lips as he spotted the mare holding the apple. Peppermint swaggered over and grinned. "A bit hungry hm? Those apples sure do look yummy."

Aranel paused as she bit into the apple and looked at the stallion that walked up. He was white with red markings, like a candy cane. She swallowed the piece of apple, "It is and I am."

He waggled his eyebrows commically. "Surely an apple isn't going to be enough. I know this great stand up bar and they have the most delectable vegie kabobs." Peppermint grinned.

Aranel stared at the stallion for a long moment. Was the eyebrow thing really necessary? She shook her head and laughed lightly, "You are strange, but I will take you up on the offer for kabobs if you tell me your name first."
