Customs for Konaga Sai
Jutsu Name: Suirou Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Prison Clone Technique)

Jutsu Description: This technique was developed by Sai as a means to capture is opponents during his time as a hunter-nin for Kirigakure. Inspired by his favorite jutsu, the Boufuu Bakuhatsu Bunshin, Sai developed this technique to function much the same way, but with a twist. This technique was developed to pressure an opponent, playing on their fears during the chase... and when they are backed into a corner and they fight to defend themselves, their fate is sealed.
The technique creates a specialized bunshin clone, which unlike other clones is built to be hit. Possessing the full speed and agility of the user, it has only 1/10 the physical strength and carries none of it's own chakra to utilize any jutsu. When struck by an opponent's attack, the bunshin seems to burst into water as a normal Suiton bunshin would. However, in a split second after this initial deception, the water hovers and then lunges forward, enveloping the one who attacked it in a sphere of water as the clone re-forms, supplying the necessary hand to hold the victim in the Water Prison created.
Additional Details - The Water Prison created works the same way as the Suirou no jutsu. It cannot be escaped or broken from the inside and the user is incapable of using chakra or jutsu from inside the sphere. The prison will remain intact as long as the clone's hand remains in the sphere.
- Any attack which strikes the clone after the Water Prison has been formed and has captured an opponent,will destroy the clone and the prison and release the victim. Otherwise, the Water Prison holds it's victim within the sphere for two posts, after which the clone and the water sphere lose their cohesion and the prisoner is released.
- Sai is capable of piercing the Water Prison with a sword without making the technique lose cohesion. This means that being caught in this technique can often translate into the victim's death sentence.

Jutsu Name: Tatsumaki Senpuukyaku (Tornado Whirlwind Kick)

Jutsu Description: Created by Sai to provide versatility and deception, this technique can take multiple forms depending on what the situation calls for. After performing the necessary hand seals, the user's legs are infused with chakra and swirling winds flow about the user's legs. This gives the user a +1 [Active] bonus to speed. This effect will last for 2 posts, or until discharged as an attack in either one of two ways...
Whirlwind Kick: When the swirling winds make contact with an opponent, the force explodes off of the user's legs into them. The force of this technique sends the victim flying an incredible distance through the air about 50 feet away. The initial strike bruises the area strike and rips through the flesh on contact, creating a scar of swirling cuts and wounds. The real danger of the technique is the velocity the kick sends the user away at, especially if they strike a hard surface after being blown back. Such force after being kicked through the air at such speeds can easily break bones and crush a victim's fighting spirit.
Tornado Kick: Instead of discharging on a direct strike against the opponent, the Tornado kick discharges the swirling wind chakra into a six foot tall swirling tornado which speeds towards an opponent in a straight path at high speeds. If caught in the tornado, the victim is sucked in and tossed around inside, suffering a vast array of slices and cuts from all sides, some of them rather deep lacerations. After harming the opponent, the tornado dissipates, but the victim still feels the after-effects of the wounds and has their evasion decreased by 1 rank for one post afterward.
Additional Effects Whether the technique is discharged or fades after two posts, the user's speed is decreased by 1 rank for 1 post afterward.

Jutsu Name: Mizu Mukuro Suikomu (Water Body Absorb)

Jutsu Rank: B , [Special Restriction: Can only be learned by Sp. Jounin and above ANBU agents and requires Kage approval.]
Jutsu Description: Originally created by the hunter-nin of Kirigakure, this technique was designed to remove all traces of a person's body from existence, leaving nothing behind for other ninja to find or get information from. Sometimes more accurately translation as 'Water Corpse Absorb', this technique can only be used on someone who is already dead. After weaving the appropriate hand seals, the user hovers a single hand over the body as chakra leaks out into the corpse as the body and everything on it, clothes, weapons, etc... are reduced to a puddle of water. Drops of water then begin to rise up out of the puddle and are absorbed into the user's hand until it is completely absorbed, leaving no trace whatsoever behind.
Additional Details - No sickness, disease, poison or otherwise if absorbed will harm the user in anyway.
- Nothing is left behind... not a trace of metal, or a strand of DNA. They are gone.
Additional Effects The user gains detailed knowledge of everything that the victim experienced in the last 24 hours leading up to the individual's death... names, images, numbers, a complete re-telling of everything they saw and experienced before they died. They also absorb the knowledge of the victim as it pertains to one specific subject of the user's choice. (Note: The user cannot auto-learn a technique in this manner, but they could absorb the knowledge necessary to recreate a Private or Signature jutsu and use it as their own.)

Description: Aside from simple muscle augmentations, this is probably the most common Konaga bloodline technique learned. Focusing their chakra to one of their hands, a Konaga clan member is able to create a 1-foot long blade composed of pure chakra. The blade appears in the hand as if the Konaga clan member was holding a small dagger, and must be gripped by the user, or the technique will be lost. If the hand is knocked open, the blade of chakra disappears. Otherwise, it can last for a maximum of three posts.
The blade is able to take whatever shape they want, but it cannot exceed 1-foot long, or be thicker/wider then a standard dagger, or kunai. As the blade is composed of pure, raw chakra, it is able to cut through nearly anything, wood, earth, metal, or flesh and bone with ease. However, it is a chakra based weapon, and there is nothing purely physical about it, it cannot be used to block objects such as kunai or shuriken, though it could easily slice them in half. After three posts, the blade disappears and the clan member experiences the burn in whatever hand was used. If either hand utilizes this technique more then twice, after the 3rd use, aside from even more massive waves of pain, the hand will burn out and become limp and unusable until the clan member has gone through a complete cycle of meditation.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jutsu Name: Chakra Sight

Description: Without the need for any seals or deep concentration, a Konaga clan member is able to focus a large amount of chakra into an eye, allowing them to see the world in terms of chakra for 2 posts. When a clan member uses this technique, typically they close one eye, at which point the other eye's iris begins to glow a bright blue color (as opposed to the typical speckled shining iris a Konaga clan member has already) This technique allows them to see all things as an interpretation of chakra, and gives them a lot of information. Using this technique, light and dark no longer apply, only energy. They cannot see rocks or earth, or anything inanimate unless it has a chakra trace on it, but they can see through things, picking up anything that does contain chakra.
This technique also allows a clan member to see through genjutsu and ninjutsu effects, and allows them to determine real from fake images. Also, through this technique, a Konaga clan member is able to identify the relative amounts of chakra a ninja has, as well as the elements of chakra they have control over. As bijuu are not all that common at all, a Konaga clan member wouldn't know from a distance if someone owned one, but it would be fairly obvious that something was different about the jinchuuriki's chakra patterns.
After the two posts, the iris stops glowing, and returns to its normal speckled glow and the user sees the world normally again. For 2 posts after using this technique, vision in the augmented eye is heavily blurred. A clan member can only augment each eye twice before burning out the iris on the third attempt, which blinds the user in that eye until they go through a full meditation cycle. Description: Without the need for any seals or deep concentration, a Konaga clan member is able to focus a large amount of chakra into an affected area of their body, purging any foreign substance within it. The immensely focused chakra denatures and destroys any kind of pathogen or poison in the area, but also destroys surrounding cells, effectively by causing an internal chakra burn. This creates a numbness in the area far beyond the normal numbing affect their body experiences and is incredibly painful, shutting down the use of the affected area for 2 posts.
Depending on where the purge takes place, other areas of the body will go limp due to the technique. If the purge takes place at the wrist, the hand also goes limp. If it takes place at the shoulder, the entire arm goes limp. The same concept follows for the legs. A purge of the torso or abdomen will spread throughout the upper body, but will not affect the extremities, making concentration and breathing very difficult, limiting the user from molding chakra for any technique above a Jounin level. A purge of the neck causes difficulty in breathing and an inability to speak, limiting any jutsu which requires incantation [nearly all of them]. a purge of any area on the head creates dizziness and a slight blurring of vision.Jutsu Name: Chakra Shift

Description: The Chakra Shift (often abbreviated to 'Shift') is a technique of high speed movement developed by the Konaga clan which surpasses almost all body flicker and fast movement techniques in sheer speed, the the user pays a high price. Utilizing their bloodline ability, a Konaga clan member is able to activate the chakra that saturates their muscles cells instantaneously, pushing them into a hyperactive state.
This gives the clan member an incredibly fast burst of speed over a 150 ft radius from their current position. this technique is in fact so fast, that not only does the user seemingly disappear only to reappear in a selected location in less then the blink of an eye, but the user actually sees the world as if it's moving in slow motion, allowing them to dodge an attack with this technique, or giving them time to plan an attack and implement it the second they arrive at their selected location.
Using this technique however takes a devastating toll on a clan member's body. One activation of the chakra shift counts as an augmentation for all 4 limbs and if used more then twice in the same battle runs the risk of internal injury, causing the user to spit up blood and increasing the risk of losing control and pushing themselves into a 'Raging Spirit' fit. Type: Ninjutsu/Fuuinjutsu

Description: After concentrating, the Konaga clan member is able to transfer a massive amount of chakra into each of the fingertips on one of hishands. Upon striking an enemy with it, the chakra enters into their system, transferring a brief glimpse of the pain a Konaga clan member feels. This pain, and the transferred chakra disrupts the victim's chakra flow, essentially inhibiting them from effectively forming seals and molding chakra for any use. This effect lasts for 3 posts, with the pain of the victim increasing every post until for a brief moment they feel the full pain a Konaga clan member feels at all points of their life (which is immense). During these three posts, the user is unable to use the hand they used to transfer the chakra with, disabling them from any technique that involves complex use of the fingers. After 3 posts, the Konaga clan member's chakra will forceably expel itself from the user's system, causing more pain and disorientation as the body rejects the incredible pure chakra from it's own circulation, at which point the victim can act normally again, they they would still feel the affects of the pain. Description: When a Konaga member reaches the highest levels of power , their understanding of chakra reaches a new level as they begin to understand it's true nature. When analyzing the nature of most techniques, chakra is at it's core... and if it can be generated and controlled to create an effect, it can be collected, and neutralized... or redirected. At the cost of using hand seal techniques for a post, a Konaga clan member is able to hold their hand out, stretching their own chakra out towards incoming energy, overwhelming and consuming it. The technique at this point, can either be neutralized, or redirected back outwards. This technique requires an amount of chakra equal to 1 rank above the technique it is absorbing, and can only absorb energy effects.
Bloodline Side Effects: This counts as 2 chakra manipulations for the arm and hand which was used to deflect the blast and disables the user's ability to use that hand in forming seals for 1 post. The pain when using this technique is also extreme, rippling through the body based on the level of the technique absorbed. S and A-rank techniques cause muscle fatigue for one post as well, slowing the user down by 50% after it's use. This technique has a 5 post cooldown period. Jutsu Name: Chakra Armor

Description: When a Konaga member reaches the highest levels of power , their understanding of chakra reaches a new level as they begin to understand it's true nature. At it's core, chakra is the strongest of all forces and the purist form of energy. A Konaga Clan member's chakra in itself is the purist, most concentrated chakra force within a person. With training, this force can be extended outward from themselves and maintained for a short time, projecting an armor of chakra which is impervious to all attacks which may collide with it, making it an absolute defense. Energy attacks are completely neutralized and physical attacks are deflected (if tempered metal) or crushed on contact; No force of any kind reaches the user, no matter how large the item was, or how fast it was thrown. If human skin touches the armor, it is burned and cut, as if touching a searingly hot blade. This is the ultimate technique of a Konaga Clan member and the hardest technique to be mastered. (requires 15 posts to learn... and must be stretched over at least 5 days, or meditative cycles...)
Bloodline Side Effects: This technique counts as 2 augmentations for all limbs and disables the user's ability to utilize any other bloodline technique for 2 posts. The pain required to use this technique is extreme, and although the effect does not linger after the technique is completed... it is agonizing to endure as it is occurring, requiring a large amount of concentration to utilize, as well as a lot of stress on the mind and body, increasing the chance of inducing the 'Raging Spirit'.
This technique can only be used once a day... (or once between meditation cycles).

Nindo: "I will not allow my family to be destroyed."
Personality: At heart, Hikaru is a rather playful and mischievous young man, but it is well hidden under a carefully painted serious demeanor. As the only male child of his mother, he was raised from an early age to be his older sister's guardian, who was the next in line to rule the Tsukiakari family. A prince of the Tsukiakari family, he has been tutored and trained privately for his entire life, forcing him to develop a somewhat aloof personality. However, even though he acted as many others of royalty did, he has always had a clear view of right and wrong and has always fought to defend justice. More then anything else however, he will go to any length to uphold and defend his family's honor and pride and takes any offense to his family as a personal assault against his parents, his sisters, and himself.
Behavior: When alone, Hikaru is very reflective, often devoting himself to several hours of meditation and study in various subjects of knowledge. When around others he does not know well, he composes himself very formally and can seem rather standoffish and snobbish as his royal background has forced him to portray. However, when he catches a glimmer of an ability to have fun with someone, he is quick to challenge, his playful and mischievous personality coming out.
Hikaru is incredibly cunning and knows exactly how to get under someone's skin and dig into them with just the right amount of condescension to infuriate his target. He then normally continues the play the situation off, acting cool and collected as he continues to take condescending jabs to further infuriate whoever he is playing with. Hikaru seems to take immense pleasure in doing this, but only to males, as he is exceedingly graceful and polite to women. (Although, if a woman starts a conflict, he has been known to push back as would to a man.)
In combat, Hikaru is always composed, but his playful side tends to come out as the fight gets longer, often utilizing his cunning nature as a sort of ace in the hole. The more you think you've beaten him, the more he is motivated to find new ways to prove you wrong. At all times however, he keeps a clear head, no matter how playful he gets, his true fury only coming when his honor, or his family's pride is insulted, which seems to drive him into a furious rage of speed and aggression.
Backstory: The only son of his mother, the Queen of the Tsukiakari family, Hikaru was raised from a young age to be the guardian of his older sister Kumiko, who was next in line to lead the family. Raised as a royal prince, Hikaru led a sheltered life until the age of 13, which was filled with lessons ranging from calligraphy and flower arranging to combat and war tactics. As his sister's guardian, he was always fiercely protective of her, often times being blamed for the fact that she had not yet married as any suitor would fear facing his approval first. At the age of 15 however, he returned home to the manor after training in the fields to find that his sister had fallen ill very suddenly. Within only a few weeks, she had wasted away to nothing and died in the presence Hikaru and his younger sister, Katsumi.
As Katsumi was not yet old enough to take the role of the head of the family, Hikaru was appointed to lead as his father and mother ruled behind him, using him as a figurehead. During this time, Hikaru had finally finished his initial training and was ready to advance to the secret techniques of the royal family's carefully guarded sword style, Tsukiakari Ryuu. It was at this same time that he had finally communed fully with the sword which was forged for him at birth, and had awakened it's true ability. [Read more in the RP Sample here] It would prove to be none to late however as shortly afterward, his family began to suffer a wave of directed attacks from various thieves and mercenaries who seemed intent on elimination any Tsukiakari member they could find. The attacks began to grow more and more frequent as Hikaru watched more and more of his bodyguards fall to protect him, the attackers now seeming to target him specifically. Knowing this, his father helped him to awaken their bloodline's ability within him earlier then would normally be done in order to help Hikaru to defend himself against the sudden increase of attacks. [Read more in the RP Sample here] After several months however, though proving himself impressively talented on the battlefield, Hikaru had barely survived multiple attacks and it was decided that he must be sent into seclusion for his own safety, and so that he could continue to grow and become a powerful guardian of his family and of his sister.
Having been replaced with a double within the manor, his closest attendants escorted Hikaru away using a series of secret underground tunnels out of the manor and well hidden paths through the Fire Country. Eventually, they came to the Sunagakure where Hikaru would be able to hide from their enemies and train in ninjutsu, where he could hopefully grow and return as a great protector to the Tsukiakari family.

Weapon Description: Kazesenkou has an impressively elegant design as would be expected of a sword made for the prince of a royal family. Being about 6 inches longer then your average katana, the blade has an unusually sleek design make it perfect for fast draws. the blade was designed with a razor sharp edge and was designed with a chakra enhanced material which gave it a bluish tint, causing all strikes with the blade to reflect a light blue arc through the air as it is swung. The blade is also rather skillfully polished, making it much easier to angle the blade properly and produce a sharp light off the blade to momentarily distract an enemy.
Special Properties: Kazesenkou also carries a hidden power which allows the user to push their own chakra into the blade and activate the Flash Wind, the technique which gives the sword it's name.

Techniques
Flash Wind - With a D-rank amount of chakra, the blade reacts, enhancing the chakra of the user and sending it back through the arm gripping the blade as the user's arm is wrapped in swirling wind. The next three strikes from the user are 2x the speed of normal, which when added to a normal Iaijutsu strike's speed is barely even visible excepting for the light blue glints the blade leaves in the air as it strikes. These strikes are so fast, and the blade so sharp, that it can easily slice through metal and other physical barriers which would normally not be penetrable to a metal sword. When the blade is returned to the sheath, the wind dissipates and leaves the user's arm fatigued for 1 post, slowing sword draw speed by 50%.
(As a Tsukiakari weapon, during this augmentation, the user can choose to extend the wind surrounding his arm over the blade as well, making the attacking edge blunt, rather then sharp to prevent killing the opponent.)

Weapon Description: Compared with Kazesenkou's design and make, Daichi is average in it's appeal, but the blade's strength cannot be argued. Made with reinforced material, this blade is excessively strong and is perfect for defense. Upon being drawn, the blade takes on a dark brown tint and does not reflect light at all. The blade then has multiple effects at the user's control, albeit with a somewhat heavy toll on the user's chakra.

Techniques
Gravity - With a D-rank amount of chakra, when the blade strikes a target, it adds weight. If it strikes flesh, the wound is instantly closed and crusted over with mud and rock, adding about 25 lbs of condensed weight to affected area. If it strikes a blade, it does the same thing, but with no noticeable effect. (On every use of technique, the blade doubles in weight and requires a post of rest in it's sheath to recover. Multiple uses stack the multipliers.)
Quake - With a C-rank amount of chakra, the blade can be thrown into the ground to create a localized earthquake, which knocks enemies within a 25 foot radius off balance and slows them down, giving Hikaru a chance to capitalize with Kazesenkou.
Melt - With a C-rank amount of chakra, the blade's edge turns dark brown as Hikaru stabs it into his gut, appearing to have committed seppuku, but instead, his body melts into a mud form as he sinks into the ground, allowing him to escape from battle by passing through the earth to reform at a safe distance. (Which takes 2 posts)

Tsukiakari Ryuu (Moonlight Dragon Style) History and Development: The Moonlight Dragon Crest has been the symbol of the Tsukiakari royal family since the old days. As one of Japan's oldest and most well respected royal families, they have thrived for centuries, always carrying their history with them as a family of great peace and serenity. As the legend of the crest is told, millennia ago, when dragons ruled over humans from heavenly realms, one dragon set himself apart. Tired of the embittered violence of his brethren, he escaped to the moon where he led a peaceful existence before becoming very lonely. Not wanting to go back to his dragon kin, he traveled to earth in the form of a young man and married, and became prosperous as a great gardener of blue lotus flowers, which bloomed only in moonlight, but shone like sapphires when they did.
Many eventually grew jealous of his prosperity however and he and his wife were attacked at their home. With nowhere left to turn, the dragon was forced to imbue his spirit into the woman, allowing her to defend herself by turning all of the swords which attacked her into a sapphire blue shower of flower petals which destroyed her enemies. Ever since, the dragon never returned, but the line was carried on through the woman, Tsukiakari Tsubame. Her offspring and her children's offspring eventually rose to royalty through their great gift, given to them generations ago by their ancestor, who they immortalized forever within the family's crest. (This was a direct bloodline descendant of the Senbonzakura bloodline)
Over time, a style of sword play was developed to accompany the bloodline ability and the great legend, one which accentuated the grace of the blade's movement and the speed at which the moonlight glinted off of it. The art was always developed to keep peace, and to protect. The style was not taught to anyone who had an aggressive heart and was passed down through scrolls which detailed it's secrets. It is said that all forms of Iaijutsu and Battoujutsu originally had this sword style as their base, as this style focuses on speed and the graceful draw and return of the blade over all else.Rules:
1. User must be either a Weapon Master or a Samurai to learn this style. 2. Use must have character strengths of 'Cunning' and 'Agility' * 3. User must have a direct tie to the Tsukiakari Royal Family. 4. Those with evil hearts or intentions cannot utilize the style's techniques.
*(Cunning is required know when and how to use the light's reflection and manipulate the sheathing of the blade perfectly for certain techniques. Agility is required for the ability of the body to keep up with the lightning quick speed of the movements and the precision positioning of the blade into and out of the sheath.)Quarter Moon (available at the rank of Genin) Required Growth: As the beginner level for this style, training focuses on the speed of the draw and accurate return of the blade to it's sheath. After mastered, the blade's return can be re-directed downward in a surprising motion, then repeated in an upward strike. these motions are trained for hours upon hours before fully mastered, but once learned, serve as the bread andbutter for all techniques following. (This level requires 5 posts of training to master)
Maneuver(s) Learned
Iaijutsu Mastery - This is the primary and most fundamental technique of the Tsukiakari Ryuu. This technique allows for a lightning fast draw of the sword, couple with a diagonal, or horizontal strike accompanying the draw. The blade is then immediately returned to the sheath instantly. The draw and return of the blade are barely distinguishable from each other as the slash of the blade catches the light, illuminating the blade during it's travel, which is the only sign of it's presence.

Tsukiakari Do-Ryu Kire (Moonlight Ground Dragon Slice) - The natural progression of the Iaijutsu maneuver, this technique utilizes the same motions, but focuses a chakra enhanced blade in a vertical strike which sends a blade of energy along the ground in an explosive move which carries across the ground, tearing the earth up and spreading debris as it races towards it's target with destructive force. To perform the attack, the user attacks with a normal iaijutsu stirke, but then, instead of returning the blade to their sheath, they drop the sword down, digging it's edge into the ground. Then channeling chakra into the blade, they perform a vertical iaijutsu strike upwards, sending the Do-Ryu Sen hurtling towards the enemy as the user returns the blade to the sheath immediately following. [D-rank chakra used]
Tsukiakari Ryu Mei San (Moonlight Dragon Decree) - Sheathing the blade particularly fast with a surge of chakra, the sound waves of the sheathed metal ring out from the blade and distorts the hearing of everyone within 25 ft of the blade. This effect causes ringing in the ears, causing discomfort and deafness (for 1 post). This is especially effective against anyone with enhanced senses, often disorienting them for longer (2 posts), blocking out all other sounds as the ringing overloads their sense of hearing. [E-rank chakra used] Half Moon (available at the rank of Chuunin) Required Growth: After mastering the art of iaijutsu, focus is drawn to successive strikes of speed for added variability of attack and more maneuverability with the blade. The fundamentals of the Do-ryu sen are then brought out into the successive strikes to create the Ryu Sou Sen. (This level requires 7 posts of training to master)

Battoujutsu Mastery - A natural development after mastering Iaijutsu, Battoujutsu focuses on the same movement as iaijutsu, but focuses on multiple strikes after the draw rather then returning the blade to it's sheath. The successive strikes are not as fast as the initial iaijutsu-esque strike, but are still blindingly fast within this style. The strikes normal follow a sequence, excelling in the speed of the strikes, but suffering in predictability.

Tsukiakari Ryu Sou Kire (Moonlight Double Dragon Slice) - As the Do-Ryu sen technique is an Iaijutsu strike with a focused chakra-infused blade, the Ryu Sou Sen are multiple strikes in a Battoujutsu sequence with a chakra-infused blade. when performing the sequence strikes after the initial draw, crescent shaped arcs of chakra which are hurtled at the enemy through the air following the angle with which the blade was swung. [C-rank chakra used]
Tsukiakari Zantetsu Kire (Moonlight Dragon Iron Cutting Slice) - Focusing hard for an extended period of time, a Tsukiakari student is able to find a clarity of mind, breathing rhythm and center of peace which allows them to draw their blade in an incredible display of focused speed, skill, and strength as they release a 3 stroke maneuver which can cut through even the hardest iron or steel. This is a highly showcase technique and is not meant for combat as it takes a long time to prepare, but the technique has proven itself invaluable in many other applications for an adventuring swordsman. [D-rank chakra used] Third Quarter Moon (available at the rank of Special Jounin) Required Growth: Once the blade strikes are mastered, the body's movement and footwork are stressed, combining strikes with counter-attacks where the user utilizes glints of light off their blade to distract the attention and focus of their opponent and strike from surprising angles. (This level requires 9 posts of training to master)

Moonlight Twist - Though it need not be moonlight, this technique does require a fair deal of practice to master. As blades clash, or even simply as a sword's edge is dodged, a simple twist of a blade can redirect the glint of sunlight or moonlight into an opponents eyes, momentarily blinding and distracting them.

Tsukiakari Ryu Shunpo Kire (Moonlight Dragon Flash Step Slice) - After utilizing the moonlight twist, the Tsukiakari user pushes chakra into their legs and feet as they use the momentary distraction of the glinted blade to move to the side, or behind an opponent and deliver a qucik strike to an undefended area.
Tsukiakari Hi-Ryu Kire (Moonlight Flying Dragon Slice) - After utilizing the moonlight twist, the Tsukiakari user pushes chakra into their legs and feet as they use the momentary distraction of the glinted blade to leap into the air to deliver a surprise attack from above with a hammer stroke which carries the gravity of the descent behind it. this is a slower strike then the Ryu Shunpo Sen, but is much stronger. Full Moon (available at the rank of Jounin)
Required Growth: This level of growth is based more on the realization of the warrior that all things thought to be mastered can be expanded upon. The final stage is not so much a collection of new techniques so much as they are enhancements of everything the Tsukiakari member has learned already. This realization comes only with time as no one ever sees the true potential of their blade until they have risen high enough to gain new perspective. (This level requires 11 posts of training to master)

Tsukiakari Ryu Kireme (Moonlight Dragon Rift) - Following the concept of the Do-Ryu Sen, the Tsukiakrai user focuses and channels much more chakra into their blade, sending a wave of destruction many times the power of the Do-Ryu Sen itself. The strike itself is so fast, that it at first seems like the user accomplished nothing at all, when in fact, their slash had opened a small rift in the air in front of them, which gradually fills with air, focused by the chakra particles which then explodes forward in an incredibly powerful arc of energy which tears anything in it's path to shreds over a distance of 150 feet, traveling at incredible speed.

 Name of Weapon: Kazesenkou (Flash Wind)
Where it was found/Who made it: The sword was commissioned for him at birth and was made to match his elemental affinity.
The Range of the weapon: Melee, (slightly longer then an average katana.)
Weakness: Excessive use can tire the user's arm and reduce overall speed of the draw and successive strikes.
Description: Kazesenkou has an impressively elegant design as would be expected of a sword made for the prince of a royal family. Being about 6 inches longer then your average katana, the blade has an unusually sleek design make it perfect for fast draws. the blade was designed with a razor sharp edge and was designed with a chakra enhanced material which gave it a bluish tint, causing all strikes with the blade to reflect a light blue arc through the air as it is swung. The blade is also rather skillfully polished, making it much easier to angle the blade properly and produce a sharp light off the blade to momentarily distract an enemy.
Kazesenkou also carries a hidden power which allows the user to push their own chakra into the blade and activate the Flash Wind, the technique which gives the sword it's name.
Length: 89 cm (35 in) Weight: 2 lbs
With a D-rank amount of chakra, the blade reacts, enhancing the chakra of the user and sending it back through the arm gripping the blade as the user's arm is wrapped in swirling wind. The next three strikes from the user are 2x the speed of normal, which when added to a normal Iaijutsu strike's speed is barely even visible excepting for the light blue glints the blade leaves in the air as it strikes. These strikes are so fast, and the blade so sharp, that it can easily slice through metal and other physical barriers which would normally not be penetrable to a metal sword. When the blade is returned to the sheath, the wind dissipates and leaves the user's arm fatigued for 1 post, slowing sword draw speed by 50%.
(As a Tsukiakrai weapon, during this augmentation, the user can choose to extend the wind surrounding his arm over the blade as well, making the attacking edge blunt, rather then sharp to prevent killing the opponent.)
Rp Sample:
Stepping out into the moonlight of the main garden within the Tsukiakari manor, Hikaru looked up to see the moon in it's third quarter phase, reflecting quickly on how he hoped to reached that stage one day. For now however, he would have to prove himself to his teacher as he stepped down onto the grass, into the middle of the open zen garden where his master awaited. In a strange reversal, the master bowed lower to the student as they acknowledged each other, a common theme in Hikaru's royal life.
His teacher immediately took up position, and Hikaru followed, shifting his right foot forward as he bent his knees low, positioning his upper body with a slight twist to the left as he held his Kazesenkou up with his left hand, hovering his right just above the blade's hilt. The two seemed to stare each other down for minutes before, in a flash, both had moved forward and drawn their blades which met with a clash of metal in the middle of the field, a thin blue streak of light following Hikaru's strike, which lingered for only a second as both master and student passed each other, returning their blades to their sheaths almost as quickly as they had drawn them. "That was a fine strike Hikaru, but your enemies will not be so kind. I've been holding back, it's time to truly test your meddle."
Turning around to face each other again, they bowed once more as they took their positions once more. Silence filled the air once more as the slow stream of water through the garden filled the air before the second clash was heard, except this time the blades met and were kept out of their sheaths as each warrior pushed against the blade of the other trying to gain ground. The teacher then quickly twisted his blade as the light from the moon was caught and directed right into Hikaru's eyes, forcing him to look away as his sensei pushed up on his leg and shot his foot forward into his stomach, knocking Hikaru backwards and off balance as he re-sheathed his blade and charged.
Still stunned from the attack, Hikaru just barely managed to return his blade to it's sheath, but it was too late as time slowed down nearly to a halt as he could see the first glint of his master's blade leaving it's sheath. Chakra suddenly flowed from Hikaru's body, activating almost subconsciously as the blade absorbed the energy then shot it back through Hikaru's arm. His arm now wrapped in wind, he gripped his blade and let loose with his strike as the blade flew through the air at incredible speed which surprised even Hikaru himself. as the blade struck his master's sword, the force of the blow threw him off balance as Hikaru brought his arm up, the wind suddenly surging across the blade as he struck down at his master, the blade's edge colliding with his chest as he was sent stumbling backwards about 10 feet, dropping his sword and falling to the ground from the force of the blow.
Panicking, Hikaru re-sheathed his blade as the wind disappeared, feeling his arm become incredibly sluggish as he rushed to his master, falling to his knees as he checked the wound. To his surprise however, only a large bruise had appeared across his master's chest as the teacher struggled through a pained face to lean up, only to succeed to falling back to the ground. "Heh... a true Tsukiakari sword that is... quite a piece of work."
 Name of Weapon: Daichi (Earth Blade)
Where it was found/Who made it: This blade was made for Tsukiakari Hikaru on his request for his 16th birthday as a matched pair to his Kazesenkou.
The Range of the weapon: Melee, (standard size of a wakizashi)
Weakness: After continued use, the blade becomes heavier and harder to wield, requiring it to be sheathed for long periods of recovery. use of the blade's abilities can also be rather taxing on a user's chakra.
Description: Compared with Kazesenkou's design and make, Daichi is average in it's appeal, but the blade's strength cannot be argued. Made with reinforced material, this blade is excessively strong and is perfect for defense. Upon being drawn, the blade takes on a dark brown tint and does not reflect light at all. The blade then has multiple effects at the user's control, albeit with a somewhat heavy toll on the user's chakra.
Length: 50 cm (20 in) Weight: 1lb 10 oz.
With a E-rank amount of chakra, when the blade strikes a target, it adds weight. If it strikes flesh, the wound is instantly closed and crusted over with mud and rock, adding about 25 lbs of condensed weight to affected area. If it strikes a blade, it does the same thing, but with no noticeable effect. (On every use of technique, the blade doubles in weight and requires a post of rest in it's sheath to recover. Multiple uses stack the multipliers. The added weight lasts for 5 posts.)
With a C-rank amount of chakra, the blade can be thrown into the ground to create a localized earthquake, which knocks enemies within a 25 foot radius off balance and slows them down, giving Hikaru a chance to capitalize with Kazesenkou.
With a C-rank amount of chakra, the blade's edge turns dark brown as Hikaru stabs it into his gut, appearing to have committed seppuku, but instead, his body melts into a mud form as he sinks into the ground, allowing him to escape from battle by passing through the earth to reform at a safe distance. (Which takes 2 posts)

Hikaru had found himself quickly running through the long grass of the fields leading to the manor. the moon was out, as it always was during his training hours, but this was not the usual routine. He had been sent with two bodyguards to negotiate a trade agreement with another royal family, but on the way back, they had been jumped in the woods. His bodyguards instantly leaped at the assailants, killing two of them instantly, but finding themselves quickly dispatched by the other 3 in the process. their last words had been to tell Hikaru to ruin and he did so without hesitation.
Being young, Hikaru was able to keep ahead of the ninja at first, but they were quickly gaining as the grass of the field rose to his knees. Looking back, Hikaru was able to spin around quickly as he saw several kunai launched at him. Drawinf Kazesenkou out in a flash, Hikaru was able to deflect the first two kunai with a single well placed slash, but two more were directly in their wake. With Kazesenkou still out, Hikaru drew Daichi from it's sheath, it's weight being almost the same as Kazesenkou despite being nearly half it's length. Hikaru was able to deflect the kunai, but it had given his assailants time to catch up as he was quickly surrounded.
Sheathing Kazesenkou immediately, Hikaru kept Daichi in his left hand as his right hovered over the hilt of his katana, slowly turning in place to try to keep track of all three of the assailants. Quickly, one came at him with sword drawn, but Hikaru was quick to react, forcing chakra into Daichi as he tossed the blade to the ground, creating a large localized quake, which shifted the attacker's balance, causing him to slip and miss his attack as he drew kazesenkou in one clean slice, slicing across the man's neck, returning the blade to it's sheath before the felled ninja even hit the ground. the other two had surrounded him once more, biding their time as he picked Daichi up out of the dirt, waiting for the next attacks.
They both came at the same time now as Hikaru was quick to draw Kazesenkou, deflecting one sword off to the side, as he held Daichi up to intercept the other. With a subtle display of incredible control and agility, Hikaru maneuvered Daichi to deflect the initial strike, then tap the katana 3 more times, as he pushed chakra into his blade on each strike, increasing the katana's weight increased by 100 lbs, instantly making his assailant drop the blade, as Hikaru kicked him to the ground unconscious. Daichi's weight was unwieldy at about 30 lbs, as he sheathed the blade and stared down his final assailant, his right hand hovering over Kazesenkou.
Without warning, the man performed several hand seals as Hikaru soon found himself surrounded by clones... far too many then he could handle. as they all attacked, Hikaru had no choice as he removed the already weighty blade, pushing his final reserves of chakra into it as the blade took on a dark brown color. turning the blade inward, he stabbed it into his gut as the color of the blade traveled outward across his body as turned into a mass of mud and earth, the attacker's swords doing him no harm as they struck the viscous earth, which quickly sunk into the ground. It took him another 20 minutes after that, but Hikaru was able to make it to the manor's gates, coming up out of the ground as his body reformed, leaving him collapsed on the ground next to the guards of the manor who immediately picked him up and brought him to safety.
