We've had quite the run-around as far as where advertisements can go and all that. None of it has worked, so we're going back to something really simple, close to what we had before.
You can post here.
You can advertise in the main forum (and still in the OOC subforum) but your thread title must have [AD] in it.
This allows the mods to skip over your thread when they are moving RPs into the proper levels. Thanks!

SUGGESTIONS:These are suggestions for how to advertise your RP. They are not requirements but they might help your advertisement look better and get you more RPers. Posting an Advertisement Thread:- All advertised RPs should contain a link to the RP in question. - The advertisement should be grammatically correct, and not have major spelling errors. While small amounts of either are acceptable, a completely illiterate advertisement is not. - The Advertisement should have at least 3 paragraphs explaining it. It should include a summary of the setting, what sort of characters are wanted and acceptable to play, and it should also include what selling points the game has for the players to keep them interested. - Any non-Gaia RP should have this fact announced. WHAT ELSE CAN I ADVERTISE?You can advertise any thing related to RPs or RPing. This can be RPing classes, contests, or events. If your thread is not for an RP, instead of a genre tag in your thread title, use a tag that describes the type of thread that you are advertising. Name: Orochi Order CampaignGenre: Action/Adventure/Horror
Short Description: An evil organization called the Orochi Order has descended onto Gaia, growing their force by issuing terrorist-like attacks over many areas in an effort to secure bases for their crusade. In order to stop them, a band of heroes are being called forth by a group called LAW, to unify people for the cause of saving their world from a growing threat.
Joining Requirements: The above thread link is the OOC thread, where updates are going on. This rp is a series of rp that occur in a "chapter" progression, so one happens after another ends, though a side chapter may issued for side quests. There is a main registration IN THIS GUILD. Once you sign up your character here, he/she will then be applicable for playing in future Orochi rps. Any ongoing rps, unless otherwise stated, can be joined at any time, as long as you get preference from a GM, usually Orochi Sieg or myself.
Other Comments: I plan to have this campaign go on for a very long time, and further plan for it to come to its end some day. So, I hope you have just as much dedication as I in drawing an epic story of good vs. evil, with some twists inbetween.

The king decides it time for this four sons to take charge and become a man...well, a married one though. King declared that the first son to get married is the one to become king.The brothers decide they wouldn't marry until they met the girls of their dreams. THe king wants them to marry a lady with education and wealth but as the king gets sick, they decide they don't have time to meet wealthy woman. So they go to the low class village nearby to find a bride before their father died, so they wouldn't have to lose the throne. Will these brothers find love in time?Or are villager girls too low class for them? Joining Requirements:They have to at least type a paragraph per post. That means five sentences per post. Name: The Riverfront Genre: Romance/supernatural/free-for-all Short Description: This RP is a sort of spin-off of the best selling Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter series. It takes place in a large piece of Saint Louis called The Riverfront, or the District, or - for more of a "vulgar" name - Blood Square. There are several hot hang outs where people mingle, chat, meet new people... God only knows what kinds of relationships will form. Joining Requirements: Be literate, and fill out the profile skeleton and PM it to me under circumstances specified in the rules. This is an outside of Gaia RP Name: Nebulae Destiny Genre: Sci-Fi Short Description: After successfully making their home in a new galaxy, the descendants of Earth try to keep peace throughout their solar system. However, when one corrupted leader sparks flames at another political ruler, the entire system is divided. It is up to you which side you will join and how you will bring this struggling new solar system to its end or its salvation. Joining Requirements: This is a more serious RP. We require you to post at least a paragraph, however more than one is usually preferred. There are also many other requirements that are stated in the rules area. Other Comments: It's still brand new so not much has happened yet, however, it should start getting better with new members.

There is a small outbreak of demons taking over the world called Valeven, and the many races of the mainland, Edenfell, feel the need to get rid of this plague before more demons are summoned. Name: The Four KingdomsGenre: Fantasy, War Short Description (Taken straight from the front page): There are four kingdoms and they all live in harmony but the Su Kingdom wants total rule but won't show it. Secretly they plan to destroy the other ruling powers by turning them against each other. Can the people of the kingdoms come together to save their Kingdom before it's to late? ((A few months later)) Now that the Kingdoms have settled their differences, they must hold their own as the demons of hell take refuge in the land of the living. Hell is collapsing and the gate has been opened from the land of of the damned, and that of the mortal. If the gate is not closed and the demons returned, the collapse will reach the mortal place and all life will end. ((And after that)) With Hell sealed, and Satan fallen from his throne, the Horseman of War, Lucifer, rises the power. In a crazed reach for power, his mind shattered into it's three components: The Demon, The Beast, and The Angel. Now, scavenging the vast Wastelands beyond the Kingdom's boundaries, Lucifer's friends must go out and reunite his mind and restore the balance of the realms. ((And Then)) Currently at Peace!
