Here you can find out a little bit of information on current residents of the Cozy Cabin!
Personality: Einna is usually a very laid back individual, but does have some little quirks that set her off. For instance, she is very particular about her bed, and gets quite upset when her Winiko mess it up. And they typically do. A lot. She loves to relax, and sleeping and fishing are probably her two favorite things. Sleeping while fishing is the height of her enjoyment. She hates to clean, but is forced to do so on a regular basis because of the crazy antics of the Winiko disaster children.
During the war Einna stayed at the cabin and maintained it as base camp for her bound demons off fighting. As a human she was practically useless in the spirit battle that raged through the realms, but she was there when her winiko needed her, and she kept everyone supplied with fish and apples.
Position: Cucumber Garden Keeper/The Dazed and Confused
Name Meaning: Named after my favorite East Asian studies professor who died of a heart attack. He loved kappa's and told stories about them all the time.
Origins: Kappa based auction win at the Asian Event.
Personality: Wally spends his time looking after his cucumber garden and thinking up new pranks to pull. He loves watching TV, and quotes the things he has seen constantly. He especially enjoys making raunchy, sexual innuendos whenever possible. He likes to come off as a jerk, but deep down he is a big ol' softy. Always on his gaurd when first meeting new Winiko, he presents himself as a bit of an a**, trying to get a rise out of whoever happens to be in his vicinity. However, if you are able to earn his trust, he really is a nice guy, and extremely loyal to those who become his friends. Of course, he would never admit that.
The kappa demon went missing during the war and was believed dead. Years later.... he has come back, but changed. Wallace no longer remembers who he is. He does not know his name, his mate, or his children. He doesn't remember why he awoke in a pile of rubble with a splitting head ache and blood splattered all over his fur and the shell on his back battered and cracked. He does remember crawling to a small puddle and dipping his heated face into the cool wetness, submerging as much as he could. After this he felt rejuvenated and began to walk along an unknown path in an unknown direction. Gabrielle found him quite unexpectedly on her way to visit a friend. After a lot of shock and confusion, she gathered that her father's memory was gone, and in her calm and trustworthy way convinced him to follow her back to the cabin. Einna and her winiko gang have been unable to help Wally recall what he has lost, and many have given up hope that he will ever remember and have simply began to get to know this new, slightly familiar, version of the demon.
Origins: A sneaky ninja semi custom slot snagged from Sully.
Personality: Mo came into the world as an elder, and because of that he doesn't have much of a childish nature in him. He loves having long, thoughtful conversations, and asking questions and hearing the opinions of others. Though he is not weak by any means, he will do everything he can to avoid a physical confrontation with anyone. He would much rather solve conflicts with words rather than force. In fact, his favorite conversations are with those who have extremely different opinions than him. He finds these verbal conflicts of interest engaging and thought provoking, enjoying the hearty debates immensely. He loves life, and spends his time taking long midnight strolls and staring up at the sky contemplating the deeper meaning of things.
During the war Mo earned the title of "Smooth Talking Guru". He earned this title by using his way with words to rally Einna's troops and keep up moral. In the beginning it was easy, but after Cali died, the rest of Einna's gang had a hard time staying positive with the first loss of one of their own. Mo's calm and sensitive nature helped bring them together to keep on fighting and surviving as a winiko family.
Origins: A speed FS win!! A miracle for me and my slow computer. I throw every mutation potion I can at her because she is an evil experiment so she is contantly getting cooler. See her photo album "X" pics for her evolution.
Personality: Hjarn seems like your average evil demon, but I wouldn't technically classify her as evil. She's just... angry. She's mostly seen skulking in the shadows, avoiding contact with living things, and keeping to herself. She pretty much speaks only in sarcasm, and does her best to be antagonistic toward everyone. She loves to pick fights, since she deems herself good at them. She doesn't allow anyone to get close, and only tolerates Einna because of the soul bond they share. She sleeps outside, away from everybody, and sometimes vanishes for weeks at a time. She's just not very friendly. Maybe someday, someone will break through to her. But I doubt it.
Over the course of the war, Hjarn earned the title "Raging Shredder". True to her violent and malicious nature, Hjarn became feared and despised everywhere violence took place. With zero mercy and a thirst for blood, she took down anything in her path. While she stayed loyal to Einna and the rest of the group, she was less discerning about other winiko, and her desire to hurt and maim mostly overtook logical thought. With the sharp spikes covering her body, she often shred her victims to pieces. The war altered Hjarn, who was simply a sarcastic, angry, and spiteful creature, into a crazed and wild demon. There is little hope for her rehabilitation now.
Personality: Joxer is very much like the character he is named after. He is convinced that he is a mighty warrior, battling for justice and innocence. He is also very arrogant and proud of his "abilities". (He probably gets this from his father xD). Unfortunately, Joxer isn't much of a fighter. He's very clumsy and not exactly coordinated. But what he lacks in skill he makes up for in loyalty and his good heart. Of course, if you ask him, he is a mighty warrior.
While Joxer is not the best fighter by any means, his eagerness, loyalty, friendship, and a whole crap ton of luck and a lot of help from Xena and Gabby helped keep him alive during the great war. He may not have fought well, but to everyone who fought with him, he became a dear friend who would stand by you until the end. His title "The Mighty" was slightly reluctantly given to him by the winiko gang and Einna, but mostly influenced by his own ideas of how awesome he is.
Origins: I Auto'd Voo's custom birdie auction xD. Jaye is modeled after a Hawk-head parrot.
Personality: Jaye is soft spoken for the most part. She loves to educate others and herself. She takes pride in her differences and encourages others to do the same. Generally she is a very relaxed winiko, but if annoyed can become rather perturbed. She holds herself gracefully, and is very vain about the appearance of her feathers. She will spend hours preening them so that each individual shines in its perfectly straight position. She does not much care for Calidrya, as the messy wini is constantly spraying her beautiful feathers with unknown substances. Yet, she does feel an annoyingly protective bond with the winiko - like that of an elder sister to an obnoxious younger.
Over the course of the war, Jaye used her intelligent and educated mind to help plan tactics for the group. However, her biggest contribution, and what helped save many lives including her own, was her ability to fly and fly high and swiftly. Her wings took her back and forth to carry plans, battle tactics, codes, etc. She became an immensely valuable asset in the war and earned the title of The Messenger.
Origins: After a stressful dice rolling game, I finally managed to bend the evil cubes to my will and Cherry granted me this little beauty for my troubles.
Personality: You know those really happy drunk girls that flirt with anything with a pulse? Yeah, that's Tequila. She knows she's the s**t and she likes to have fun and that's all there is to it - no shame for this girl. Life is one big party to be enjoyed, and all that other stuff doesn't even phase her. She likes to have a good time and as long as you don't bring her down, she is more than happy to party it up with you. Just don't be surprised if you get groped at some point...
During the war Tequila was only coherent in brief spurts. She spent the years of darkness and chaos in her own version of darkness and chaos, namely a version brought on by copious amounts of alcohol. Tequila doesn't DO war. It's boring and annoying and way too intense. The others in her winiko clan would occasionally check in on her from under the tree where she maintained her drunken stupor, earning her the nickname "Lush", but she was pretty useless so they mostly left her to her drink. Really, Tequila was just bored but has now crawled out and is ready for this whole war thing to be over so she can get back to partying.
Origins: A dice game WIN for the coveted #200 ID spot.
Personality: Razz is a little... disturbing. He's a big fan of meddling and manipulating. In fact, that is really all he wants to do. He takes every opportunity to mess with someone's mind, and of course, he throws a little black arts into the mix. He enjoys the reactions from various personalities, and loves to be surprised by the unexpected. However, if he realizes a person is too strong to use and manipulate, he loses interest in them pretty quick.
Razz's penchant for the dead and decaying only intensified as the violence of the war intensified. He began to follow Hjarn around as she slaughtered indiscriminately, and would take things from the remains of her kills and then disappear to do who knows what with them, earning him the creepy title of Death Eater. His disturbing ways and his habit of making off with bits and pieces of dead creatures isolated him even more from the others, and rumors about what he does in all his time alone abound. The rest of Einna's surviving group have very little to do with him. He has taken over the dead graveyard where Hallie used to live and keeps to himself.
Origins: The result of Wally and Jun's second breeding. A breeding which we bribed out of the awesome Cherry ^^
Personality: Gabby is always ready for an adventure and loves to learn. She is sarcastic and sassy but she has an amazing heart and cares deeply for those she loves. She is always ready with a kind word and would prefer to remain peaceful with everyone but will fight fiercely to defend those who are being wronged She also loves to tell stories of adventure and love and everything in between.
During the war, Gabby took the disappearance and presumed death of her father very hard. For awhile there she was lost and would have died many times over if her friend Xena hadn't been a constant guard by her side. Eventually she began to siphon her sadness from this loss into her fighting and her story telling. She became a skilled fighter, though still preferred to use words to fight her battles whenever possible. Along with Mo, she used her talent with words to spread the tales of winiko heroes and keep up everyone's fighting spirit. Her fighting skills and gift with words lead to her being known as The Battling Bard.
Name Meaning: I think it is fairly obvious buuuuuut in case you don't know... She is named after the character of Xena from the show "Xena" because she is a Xena wini and she is epic and glorious and has many skills.
Origins: An amazing and unique custom wini auction win from Sully! It cost me a crap ton but was soooooo worth it.
Personality: Xena is a strong and confident wini in everything she does. She has many skills and she's gorgeous and she knows that you know it and she is not afraid to use her assets to get what she needs or protect the demons she loves. She can sometimes get a little fighting crazed but she has an incredibly huge heart, though she doesn't show it that often. Gabby is really the only one who gets to see that side of her. Xena is sarcastic and silly and serious and sweet and blunt and a whole bunch of things rolled into one package.
Xena was in her element during the war. She became the leader of Einna's group and fought long and hard to keep as many alive as possible, often sacrificing her own health for others. She took every loss hard, but Gabrielle always brought her back and kept her fighting which helped the others stay together as well. The group looks up to her as their warrior, their princess, and their leader.
TV Show: Why would you watch TV when you can watch others?
Origins: A semi-meiko recieved when the shop restarted and Sully-bum wiped all our inventories xD These little meiks were a pretty great compensation gift though!
Personality: Floof is... well he's just kind of weird. He doesn't really talk much and really likes to observe other people and demons and really anyone who is around. He doesn't like to be caught doing this though so if you see him he will just casually float away like nothing was happening... without saying anything. Hence why he is a little weird xD The rest of the gang are learning to always look around before discussing or doing anything private.
Name Meaning: The Latin name for a certain type of firefly. A throwback to Calidrya's Latin name for the type of frog she was modeled after and also because he looks like a little firefly!
Candy: ALL THE CANDIES
Drink: Soda. Any soda. Really anything fizzy and sugary will do.
Hobby: Chasing the floaty familiar thingers around.

Origins: Cherry made him for me as my "welcome back" to Winiko thinger. She has Oscar who was our other dog and Reggie's BFF. Oscar passed away far too young and Reggie misses him lots. At least they can keep playing together as little Meiko pups <3

THE GRAVEYARD A moment of silence for our fallen demons...

RIP Calidrya was Einna's first winiko and sadly her first loss as well. The Cozy Cabin winikos took this loss very hard. Cali was always such a positive spirit and source of energy. Even though she annoyed everyone at one time or another, she was a fun loving demon and always enjoyed the little things in life.
She was never much of a fighter and loved everybody. It's not a surprise that she didn't survive the war, but it is heart breaking. Jaye in particular took this blow hard. Though their relationship was odd and they were so different, there was a bond of camaraderie there. A sisterly love. And as the "big sister" in this scenario, Jaye felt she had failed Cali by not protecting her from her fate.
Before the war struck, Jaye had inadvertently agreed to help summon amulets for Calidrya to raise. It wasn't intentional or at all Jaye's idea, but Jaye had secretly thought Cali would be an amazing mother and was excited for her to have someone else to distract her and to play with. Jaye had no idea if the summoning had worked or what might have happened to the amulets if it had. Cali never even had a chance to think about the amulets or much about the war in general. She was one of the first in a large number of demons to perish.
While there is certainly a hole in the Cozy Cabin with Calidrya gone, her death did help to keep most of Einna's horde alive. With Cali as their martyr, they were able to overcome much of their differences to protect as many of them as possible while the battles raged.

Origins: Pet event winner! Based of my RL red eye Jelly Bean.
Personality: Einna's first Wini, and definitely a handful. Cali occupies the majority of her time stealing various items Einna leaves laying around, swimming in the pond, and trying to lose Thing. She is very random and hyper and tends to ramble. She loves to meet new Winiko to play with, and the word shy is not in her vocabulary.
RIP Like their demise, Hallie and Moat's rest in peace post will keep them together. While Hallie had become a part of the winiko group, she always kept her distance from the others. Moat was new to the Cozy Cabin when the battles began to break out and never had much of a chance to get to know the rest. As a wraik, Moat was distrusted by the wini of the cabin, especially once the war started, but Hallie took a special liking to him. It was an unusual love they shared, winiko and wraik, but in the short amount of time they had before perishing in the war, they formed an unbreakable bond.
Hallie, being carved from marble, and Moat, being comprised of stone, shared a curiosity for their biological make-up which helped cement((see what I did there)) this bond. They were together at all times and found solace in each other as the war raged around them. During a particularly violent battle they found themselves buried alive beneath massive amounts of rubble and chunks of the land blown to pieces around them. They may not be dead, but they are lost from this world. There is a strange peace knowing they are at rest with the same earth they are made from, and always, until the end of time, together.

Name Meaning: Well, I was watching "2001: A Space Odyssey" when I won her in the speed flaffle, and I'm convinced that's why I won. Numbers and I usually don't get along. Sooooo, I named her Hallie in honor of the computer H.A.L.
Origins: A speed flaffle win during the Anti-Valentine's Day event. There were four emo babies and my number got picked first so I got first choice. She was it. biggrin
Personality: Hallie is pretty shy and standoffish at first, but once she starts talking, she is pleasant enough. She's not mean, but not overly nice either. It takes a bit to gain her trust and friendship, but she can be a great friend once you do. She is extremely curious. She is fascinated with the strange oddities some Winiko have. Since she is slightly preoccupied with her own strange physical makeup, she feels more comfortable around other... odd looking creatures.

These guys haven't bonded with anyone yet so they just wander around creating havoc and tripping hazards. Hopefully one of these demons of mine will eventually adopt them and then THEY can be responsible for their antics!

~ Hjarn and Razz get to the evil baby makin'. They are both demented in their own ways and produce, yep, demented children. Except maybe one... depends on how many they make.
~ Joxer needs to find a lady friend he always wants to show off in front of and protect (except she doesn't need his FAIL warrior protection but he's just so darn adorable she can't help herself).
~ More family stuff with Wally/Jun and kids. Also, MORE BABIES!
~ Mo needs a boy toy.
~ Tequila needs to get a party boy/girl to GET WITH. Probably a drunken one night stand resulting in offspring could erupt.
