Seeing Rei come to life when she addressed his name made Seiya smile just a little bit more, knowing maybe she needed some comfort since Rei wasn't there at the time of the battle.



Realizing what she was trying to say, he glanced up to see who was around them and saw Haruka glaring at him unamused. There were things that he didn't want Haruka or anyone else to hear.



"Yeah...you’re right, I get the feeling she's hiding something too. Odango never changes when it comes to secrecy, she makes it more obvious. Uh, sure... We can talk about what happened."

Getting a little bit of insight into what happened before the meeting was a good idea.



"Yeah, of course. And that's nice of you... offering your place to the others. Uh, you lead the way then." he smiled and waited, for Rei to head into the kitchen, taking one glance at Haruka before he was out of her sight.
"Geez, If looks could kill..." he thought to himself. Walking into the kitchen, Seiya watched Rei and spoke. "I'll help you." looking at Rei, he gave another sincere smile and proceeded to talk about the events that happened.

"So... you wanted to know what happened? Well, we arrived on the planet a few days ago. Heh, originally we wanted it to be a surprise but it seems whoever it was had already arrived here before us." Pausing, he had to think back to today. "Yaten, Taiki and I had an interview regarding the announcement of our concert and reunion, and that was live. After we were done filming that, one of our directors told us they needed to close the studio, we got out and Yaten was heading home. Taiki and I decided to roam the city for a bit but we didn't get very far until Yaten contacted us on our Star headset... "
The singer then muttered something as he looked in the direction of where Yaten would currently be. "Maybe that's when Yaten saw Odango..." his eyes shifted back to Rei and continued. "Anyways, Taiki and I headed into the city and Yat--Star Healer, she told us her location..."



Still remaining eye contact with Rei, Seiya reached into his pocket and pulled out his Star Change, to show Rei he still has it with him now. "We both transformed..." he placed it back into his jacket pocket, inhaling air silently, Seiya knew this next part would be hard to talk about as he broke eye contact with Rei, and looked off to the side.
"When Star Maker and I got there... I saw Star Healer for a short amount of time... Healer was protecting Usagi, and by the time we got there she was..." biting his lower lip, Seiya found it hard to talk about Usagi being in pain.
Unaware of it, Seiya spoke to Rei as he would if she were Star Fighter, calling Usagi by her actual name and not her nickname during this time. Usually, this meant he wasn't fooling around, taking care of Usagi even through words.
"Usagi was... badly injured and completely unaware of what was going on around her, it was like she had been possessed by the monster and didn't respond. It... wasn't until I got closer, while Healer took the monster on her own, I... picked Usagi up and instantly her body started to become warm, and she came back to life."
Seiya sighed and glanced up at the ceiling, continuing to think about that situation. Speaking quietly, enough for Rei to hear "She addressed... me as Mamoru, gave me a hug then pulled back instantly when she realized who I was. I'm guessing because... well..." Looking back at Rei, Seiya lightly blushed and spoke "I mean... it's pretty obvious." A smirk came to his lips, he thought it was rather cute at the time how Usagi reacted. Speaking in his usual volume again, the smirk faded.
"Usagi being injured, I had to cradle her... I didn't want to let go or move my arms in case I caused her any discomfort, she asked me questions but I told her not to worry. Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus came to help Healer and Maker. I heard on my headset they were planning to attack all at the same time. Sailor Saturn came and checked up on us... and asked me what she can do to help, I asked her to assist the others."

Leaning on one of the cupboard doors, the idol paused, just trying to mentally think of anything further and explain the rest of the story.
"The media started to arrive, so again I took Usagi into a building so she wouldn't be captured on whatever media it was... she was quite upset at that point... she didn't talk much to me by that stage, that's when she started to shut down. Then Usagi began to talk to Mamoru through some sort of telepathy, I don't really understand what happened there but that's around the time everyone showed up after the battle. Mamoru healed Usagi, and I guess that's when things got strange between the two?" Questioning himself when he noticed some sort of change.

"Anyways we all agreed to come to the Shrine, mainly because you weren't there--" Placing a hand on her shoulder lightly, he reassured Rei. "Which we know you were busy with your duties as a Senshi too, so thank you for helping out those citizens. We all acknowledge your strength and kindness." Smiling, Seiya took his hand off Rei's shoulder and placed both hands in his pants pockets.
"And here we are... you know the rest." Hoping that a long detailed explanation painted a picture in Rei's mind.

"If Odango isn't opening up to you, then do you think she'll open up to Mamoru? I mean it seems unlikely right now... but is there any other option?--Ahh we should probably join the others...let me take something into the living room for you." Seiya said, taking out his hands from inside his pockets and holding out both of his hands to help assist Rei in carrying something.

Luna walked out with Yaten, Luna jumped on a single chair to be at a similar height to everyone else who was sitting down. Sitting beside Hotaru, she smiled faintly and spoke "No, Rei-chan is in a different room I think. Usagi was by herself but she'll be out soon." noticing everyone was there except Rei, Seiya, and Usagi now.

Just as Usagi came out of Rei's room from getting changed, she could hear Rei talking from the kitchen.
GROOOOWWWLL---- came from Usagi's stomach as she blushed a little and thought "It's been such a long day I've forgotten to eat!" Just as she approached the kitchen door, she heard Seiya talking back very quietly, peeking around the corner, Usagi quickly pulled back as she got a glimpse of them alone.



Having her back against the other side of the wall where no one could see her, she listened in. Usagi wanted to hear what they were talking about even though she knew it was wrong, being a private conversation.

" I mean... it's pretty obvious..........Usagi being injured, I had to cradle her... I didn't want to let go or move my arms in case I caused her any discomfort, she asked me questions but I told her not to worry. Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus came to help Healer and Maker. I heard on my headset they were planning to attack all at the same time. Thinking about prior to that part of the moment Seiya told Rei, Usagi heard them talking about making their way back into the lounge. Quickly, but quietly Usagi snuck her way into the living room and sat beside Haruka, who seemed to be staring in that general direction towards the kitchen.
Looking slightly guilty, Usagi kept thinking about what Seiya said in the kitchen, which caused Usagi to remain quiet, looking at the ground deep in thought.

"Yeah...you’re right, I get the feeling she's hiding something too. Odango never changes when it comes to secrecy, she makes it more obvious. Uh, sure... We can talk about what happened. Yeah, of course. And that's nice of you... offering your place to the others. Uh, you lead the way then."

"Good and thanks. This not knowing what happened today has been unsettling to say the least." Rei smiled, "It's the very least I can do. I am certain everyone is very tired from today's ordeal and wouldn't like to stress over how long it would take to get back home at this hour." Rei turned to lead the way to the kitchen, as the two of them conversed. Once they made it inside, Rei went to work on fetching two kettles and filling them both with water to get that process ready for hot tea. As the kettles were set onto the stove top, Rei walked across the way towards a walk in pantry. Returning with two serving trays several cups and saucers, setting the trays down on the kitchen island.

"So... you wanted to know what happened? Well, we arrived on the planet a few days ago. Heh, originally we wanted it to be a surprise but it seems whoever it was had already arrived here before us. Yaten, Taiki and I had an interview regarding the announcement of our concert and reunion, and that was live. After we were done filming that, one of our directors told us they needed to close the studio, we got out and Yaten was heading home. Taiki and I decided to roam the city for a bit but we didn't get very far until Yaten contacted us on our Star headset..." Rei nodded her head as she was listening, while in the process of working on 'finger foods' for Usagi. She had already made a couple of sandwiches and was using a cookie cutter, to make the meal fun. One sandwich was in the shape of a daisy, another sandwich were bunny rabbit ears as well as a couple of hearts. Placing the the outer rim of the bread crust off to the side to use for another dish later.

She thought she heard Seiya mutter, as she glanced up and away from her cutting board, seeing him look off somewhere in the distance before continuing. Not wanting to interrupt him right away, she continued to listen as she busied herself in cutting up some fruit, placing it in a decorative manner along the plate of food she had made for Usagi.

"Anyways, Taiki and I headed into the city and Yat--Star Healer, she told us her location..."

Glancing up to see Seiya dig into his coat pocket and remove his Star Change, smiling up at him when he did so. Rei never left home without her wand or communication device. So she understood completely. To see it up close and personal was intimate to her. For Seiya to show her his Star Change told her in volumes that he trusts her. Which meant a lot in Rei's book.

"We both transformed...When Star Maker and I got there... I saw Star Healer for a short amount of time... Healer was protecting Usagi, and by the time we got there she was... Usagi was... badly injured and completely unaware of what was going on around her, it was like she had been possessed by the monster and didn't respond. Upon hearing the emotion pouring forth from Seiya's words and shift in his body language, Rei knew that this was difficult to talk about. She could see and feel it on a personal level. 'Wait a minute... did he say Usagi?? Not Sailor Moon?' She thought to herself as she continued to to listen to Seiya.

"She addressed... me as Mamoru, gave me a hug then pulled back instantly when she realized who I was. I'm guessing because... well...I mean... it's pretty obvious." Watching how Seiya went from being serious to pointing out what happens when they transform, Rei's smile widened in response. Nodding her head as she glanced down, doing the finishing touches to a fruit and vegetable tray for everyone else. The kettles by now began to whistle, as Rei moved to turn off the heat. Transferring the hot water into a large thermos so they could easily transport the hot water to add to the silk tea sachets in each individual cup along the trays.

'Usagi and Mamoru have a physic link with one another. They always have, probably due to their previous lives.' Picking up the hint that Seiya was either questioning himself or what he witnessed between Usagi and Mamoru. That was weird to hear that after the two of them were having a psychic moment and then for Usagi to be healed by Mamoru to act strange? Something did not sit well after hearing that bit of news. 'Why would Usagi act strange? I mean, I can only think of a couple of occasions where Mamoru healed Usagi but that was a long time ago. But she didn't act strange. What's really going on here?' Lightly chewing along her lower lip as she recalled the times in the past for Usagi to be healed.

"Anyways we all agreed to come to the Shrine, mainly because you weren't there--" Drawn out of her thoughts as she felt Seiya's hand touch her shoulder. Lifting her gaze to meet with his, as she noticed his closeness, which therein caused her to blush lightly. "Which we know you were busy with your duties as a Senshi too, so thank you for helping out those citizens. We all acknowledge your strength and kindness. And here we are... you know the rest." She blushed even more, at Seiya's mentioning of helping people out. She wasn't about to say no to a bunch of people running in panic and needing help. Let alone being there for her grandfather. She still felt bad that she didn't show up when Usagi needed her though.

"I have to ask Seiya.. you said when you got the scene and saw Healer protecting Usagi. Don't you mean Sailor Moon? I mean... she always transforms before going into battle." This concerned Rei a great deal. "Please tell me that ... " Rei's features turned pale at the realization. Recalling in a flashback as to the condition of Usagi's uniform being tattered and torn. And another thing she had noticed when they were talking to one another earlier, Usagi's brooch was not on her uniform.

The look of concern shifted to horror, "Usagi went into battle and was unable to transform!?" The alarm in her voice was evident after everything Seiya said just basically confirmed it. Mortified by this information, "Oh my God, Seiya, Usagi could have--!" The fact that Usagi was downplaying everything being discussed became crystal clear now. Rei felt numb, even though everything inside was tingling from an overload of information flooding in. If Rei was the fainting type (which she is not ) she would have done so already. Standing there absolutely floored at the position that Usagi placed herself into. Irritation wanted to break apart that wall Rei had in her mind then and just rip into her best friend not just placing herself in danger, as well as others trying to protect her. She just didn't have the heart, to do it presently. Feeling that certain somebodies had already done so.

"Usagi!" Rei's shoulders slumped, leaning back against the kitchen island. Rei's mind was in a storm of emotions as she stood there taking the time to settle her breathing. Reaching up to rub the tension forming along her forehead. Finally speaking up after taking some time to collect herself. "Usagi, was very blessed that you all were able to provide assistance in her time of need." Rei was hurt, that the other senshi weren't here. That she could not receive feed back from Ami, Makoto or Minako in this situation. She knew damn well that both Minako and Makoto would more than likely give Usagi a good talking too. Ami too, though she would approach Usagi on a not so heated level in talking about Usagi's safety. Being the only inner senshi there, she felt so alone. That was not a pity me thing. That was just the reality of their new situation. Not knowing where Minako or Makoto was and being unable to get them to communicate back bothered Rei, than Rei let on. Perhaps, Usagi felt this as well?

"If Odango isn't opening up to you, then do you think she'll open up to Mamoru? I mean it seems unlikely right now... but is there any other option?--Ahh we should probably join the others...let me take something into the living room for you."

Rei felt small again, in the whole situation. "Your guess is as good as mine." Said flatly, not meaning for that to come out that way. Swallowing slightly as she straightened up knowing that she would have to put on a mask. "Guess we can't keep them waiting, eh?" Letting Seiya take the serving tray with the cups and saucers for everyone, while she took up the tray holding Usagi's dish as well as a serving dish for everyone else. In her spare hand she carried the thermos of hot water and lead Seiya to the living room. Once they arrived she set everything up on the living room table. Moving over to where Usagi was sitting and placed her meal before her. Trying to muster up a sweet smile towards her bestest friend, even though she knew Usagi would more than likely notice the concern in Rei's eyes.

Taiki had seen his leader finally come into the lounge and sit down, it was only natural he joined his bandmate and sat down beside him.

Seeing Rei approach her, Usagi had seen the food and could feel everyone around her watching. Knowing everyone was expecting her to take an interest, Usagi did exactly that and gave them what they wanted to see.


"... Is... that for me?! Rei-chan!! IT'S BEEN SO LONG!! Thank you thank you THANK YOU!!"



Usagi was truly grateful her friend knew exactly what to give her, and without hesitating, she gladly took the food off Rei and began to eat.



Luna sighed and facepalmed her tiny paw on her crescent moon, muttering loud enough for everyone to hear her. "Gomen ne, minna... Usagi's eating habits still haven't changed."
Feeling embarrassed, Luna watched Usagi but at the same time, she was glad her close friend was finally doing something other than being silent and looking at the ground.
Whether or not this was an act, it was better than nothing. Usagi had completely blocked out everyone and focused on her food.

Luna continued to talk, sitting up "Now that we have everyone here, firstly I just want to say that I am so proud of each and every one of you for stepping up and protecting this earth."
The crescent cat wanted to continue but the sound coming from Usagi eating was ruining the moment, seeing Usagi was almost finished anyways Luna waited.


Are you finished yet?" she muttered.
Realizing the moment and how everyone was acting, Usagi placed the dish down and took the warm tea, and spoke quietly, blushing from embarrassment from that little show she put on.


"G-Gomen..."


Luna paused for a moment and then began to speak again.
"Secondly, thank you for protecting the Princess. As you might know... Usagi can no longer transform, which concerns me."
Usagi's cheerful self was short-lived, darting her eyes to the ground, and slowly placed the cup back on the table. Being reminded she can no longer help out bothered her.



Luna continued to speak after glancing at Usagi. "I'm not sure how the event unfolded, but if there was only one monster... and all of you... then that's very worrying. What I wanted to tell you is the planets have changed, I need to contact Ami-chan and get her to go through some analytics but from what I can tell... something has changed fate, therefore we are all at risk in some way..." Looking at Mamoru, Luna got straight to the point.
"Mamoru-san... earth has changed, you may have noticed you cannot do certain things so suddenly anymore. This is one of the causes... how do I put this?" Luna pondered, then had to explain it in a way Usagi could understand.
"When you bake a cake, you make the cake a certain way for years and suddenly there are no ingredients to make that same one. Things will change over time, but I never expect this to happen. The solar system has started to move in the opposite direction as if everything was going backwards. Senshi... you are safe in the sense you have transformed recently to keep that balance. Starlights... I believe back home you no longer use the civilian form you have currently, so that balance is there. However, Usagi is the Princess and cannot, and because we are all connected to her in some way that makes us at risk if we aren't careful... meaning your powers will become weaker... it may take longer to defeat a monster. I'm not suggesting you have to be a Senshi all the time, but your powers could start reversing back if you're not careful."
Luna closed her eyes and spoke again "...The good news is..." She opened her eyes and continued "I believe there is some sort of Dark Kingdom behind it, so to speak. We know it's not the Dark Kingdom but much alike... and we can stop this IF we work together."

There was more to it, but Luna wanted to give others a chance to ask questions.
Usagi closed her eyes and thought to herself "So... what I'm feeling isn't real? Everything is reverting backwards? Are we going to lose our powers? our memories?"

Luna looked at Hotaru and answered "Transform, like I said you don't have to do it all the time. Think of it like your cell phone, the charger is your Henshin form, Sailor Saturn. When you are your civilian selves, you might start feeling tired, so to prevent that you'll have to henshin yo!"
The crescent cat glanced over at Usagi on the other side of the room and frowned. "I can't say for sure what will happen to Usagi... but since you are all connected to her then I hope the 'charge' will help her too. We can only test this when one of you feels tired or rather.. not yourselves. It might be one of us has to stay with her or take turns? I can’t really justify what would happen if we didn’t but—"
”That’s not an option, as the Princess I cannot allow this. Luna, my friends all have better things to do. If something is wrong I can use my communicator.”
Luna didn’t seem too happy with Usagi’s answer and spoke ”And where is your communicator? At home!”
There was small tension between the two, Usagi hadnt moved, still resting her head with her eyes closed.

Yaten had been smiling quietly as he made entry into the room, taking a seat not too far off from where Luna had seated herself with Hotaru. He was drawn out of his thoughts at hearing Hotaru ask Luna a question, "Is Rei-chan still with Usagi?"

"No, Rei-chan is in a different room I think. Usagi was by herself but she'll be out soon."

Feeling as though someone had cast their gaze in his general direction, he turned to see Haruka. His response was a pleasant smile albeit a quiet one in return. Seeing Odango make a hasty entrance into the room and promptly sitting beside Haruka made him wondered if something else was said after he and Luna had departed. Reaching up to brush those rogue bangs that fell into his view, tucking the stray strands back and away from his face he saw by now that everyone started to fill in the empty spaces.

Upon seeing Seiya with a serving tray, made Yaten's grin widen even if it was for a mere minute. 'Well, that's not something you see every day with Seiya.' He teased in his thoughts. Trying to remain polite, his wide grin settled back down to the gentle, quiet smile he had once before.

The next scene on display for all was a little surprising. Watching Usagi suddenly get all giddy and consume food quite rapidly. A surprised expression was evident on Yaten's face. 'Well at least we all know that Usagi has a healthy appetite! At least that hasn't changed.'

Seiya glanced over at Yaten and flashed a smile, then watched Usagi down a whole bunch of food within minutes.
"She hasn't changed..." he thought, trying to hide the smirk on his face. Then the moment went, and the crescent moon cat began to talk as silence filled the room, hearing that the only way to keep your strength up is to transform. When Luna finished speaking, Seiya spoke up also.
"Wait, so you're telling us we have to walk around as a Senshi-- well for us as Starlights? Isn't that only for... the Moon Kingdom Senshi though?"




Haruka nodded at what Michiru said and added to her comment "Mich is right, and that's no issue for us. Even if the Princess..." Haruka shifted her eyes to Usagi for a moment, then straight back to Luna again and continued



"Opposes...this, we always will protect her. There is no question, that's our duty as Senshi." Sounding very firm in this matter. Haruka looked at Seiya and spoke up, questioning the three but her focus was on the leader especially.
"And what about you three? Why exactly are you here?"

"Our home planet was also attacked by the same figure we saw, Our Princess sent us here to aid and protect your Princess... we believe they are after the Legendary Silver Crystal and... The Three Talismans." Seiya looked at Usagi and spoke softly "After the battle with Galaxia, Usagi and everyone helped so... Princess Kakyuu needed to stay on our home planet, but asked us to come and assist the Senshi." Looking back at Haruka, Seiya added "That's all."
The glare between the two was like watching knives being thrown back and fourth at eachother.

Hearing Luna's answer, Seiya thought about one keyword that stuck out. Love.
Thinking about it, he remained silent as he held onto his cup with tea in it while thinking "I guess... that's where I fall under but..." unnoticeably gripping onto the cup tighter.

Watching Luna and Usagi interact with each other, then Usagi getting up to hug Luna captured Seiya's attention even more. There was a very faint glow around her body as she held Luna. It was a calm light, one he had seen before and felt, that same one that drew him to her.
His gaze followed her as she got closer, now sitting next to Yaten who he was sitting beside, Yaten being in the middle of the two. Usagi's smile lit up the room, even Haruka's expression had softened while she watched Usagi give comfort to her companion.

"...Bunhead is right, Luna. You don't need to worry, now that we are aware of it then we can make sure nothing happens. Is there anything else we should know? ...How should we do this? All take turns?" Haruka asked, looking over at Luna.
