After hearing Mamoru's voice, Star Fighter stood up and took a few steps back beside Star Maker and watched down on the couple. Her expression was gentle, it was comforting to see Usagi at somewhat at peace when Mamoru came to her aid. However deep down, there was always going to be a part of her that wished it was her, and not Mamoru.
"Usagi..."she thought to herself as she frowned, watching her cry, she could see Usagi's pain in her heart. Star Fighter listened to the Princess and her confession as to why she didn't transform, she couldn't but still risked her life - maybe it was just out of habit? Usagi saw danger and felt she needed to act on it, unaware the outer Senshi were around.
Where were the Inner Senshi then? Is that why Usagi felt it was all on her and her alone? Star Fighter wanted to tell her she isn't alone, and now they are all together maybe there was a way to have each others details if something were to happen again, which Fighter knew it would, then they can all have a plan in place.
Sailor Uranus gritted her teeth, being next to a wall she promptly slammed her fist against it and spoke up. "Idiot!" Uranus snapped, having the same sort of anger Healer had towards Usagi when they were alone. "You're our only Princess, if anything happened to you... we are all responsible and the Prince would never forgive us. We have to fight, that's our mission and it always will be." now knowing the reason why she couldn't transform, Uranus softened her expression, and spoke in a gentle tone. "If anything happened to you, I don't know what I'd do, but I won't let you feel this pain again, and nether will the Prince. He won't leave your side. Seeing you like this pains us all, so please tell us if you need anything, anything at all..."
Star Fighter watched Sailor Uranus go from angry to sincere in a second. Fighter could somewhat understand their frustration, but also agreed that even though they weren't part of their solar system, Usagi always had a special place in their hearts too. "Princess Kakyuu had asked us to come back to earth, to help and protect both yourself and Mamoru. Forgive us, we should have found you the moment we got to this planet." "And why didn't you?" Sailor Uranus asked, folding her arms and raising an eyebrow. Star Fighter looked at Uranus in the corner of her eye, both glared at each other for a few seconds until Fighter looked back at Usagi. She felt she didn't have to answer to Sailor Uranus, but thinking back all three were in an interview when they could have been doing better things. Sailor Star Fighter closed her eyes and knelt down in respect to the Princess and Prince, putting a hand on her chest and speaking "Forgive us, Princess, that was my call. We didn't know the youma would strike this soon. We might not be from the same solar system but we are here to protect you from now on. Prince... Princess, please... tell us if there is anything we can do for you both." Speaking to Usagi and Mamoru so formally like she would if she were talking to her own Princess.

Saturn looked over as Uranus hit the wall but after Uranus had spoke with Usagi. Saturn walked over and touched Uranus's arm lightly before she spoke.
Saturn looked surprised when Usagi announced she couldn't transform. She spoke gently to the princess. "It's too soon for you to be unable to transform. Pluto told us that you couldn't transform in the future. Usagi, we all understand how you feel and we feel the same way. But please we can't lose you. We will figure it out together why you can't transform and we destroy these youma once and for all as we have always done. We will always be here to support you like we have always been so please don't bare this all on your own." Saturn told her with a smile and her eyes closed. She may have been the youngest of the senshi being 17 but she spoke with a wisdom beyond her years. She made her glaive disappear and went over and hugged Usagi. "We're just glad your safe." She whispered softly to her. After she released Usagi. "I also have a confession I had a vision this morning while out with Neptune. I didn't think it was going to be so soon till we saw the destruction of parts of the city as we were going to check it out on a TV. That was when the two of us transformed and rushed over here. My vision was all in red aside from the Silver Crystal and the 3 Talismans floating in the air with someone or something in silhouette..." She turned and gestured to the Starlights. "Then that vision faded and I saw you three during a concert but not one from the past. We should inform the Inners of what happened and all meet at Rei's shrine after school today. I'm guessing that's why the four of them didn't show up." She explained and offered as a suggestion.
Neptune was thinking the same thing her partner had been. "You know I didn't even think about they still being in school. It would explain why they didn't show up even with the news being all over the TV."
"Gomen Mamoru!!! Mamoru heard Usagi call out towards him. As he held her tenderly within his arms, listening to everything she had to say. "It's my fault Mamo-chan!!" Feeling her small hands grip along the material of his coat, pulling him closer as she began to cry. Hearing Usagi cry, just broke his heart. He wanted to fix everything that pained her."It's happening again, but why? It's... not fair Mamoru... it's... just not fair..." Mamoru wished he had the answers that she sought. "It's not your fault, it's no one's fault... we never expected any of this... I love you, Mamo-chan... you still came for me...you still saved me..."
"Mamo-chan...please help me stand up..." He did as she asked, offering both of his hands for Usagi to take. Helping her stand upright before the Sailor Senshi warriors. "Everyone, Gomen ne... I wanted to help but..." Feeling that she was leaning on him for support, as he placed his arm protectively around her. Usagi would be able to hear the strong, slow, steady beating of his heart as she leaned into him. Remaining cool, calm and collected as he listened to Usagi try and find the strength to speak to her audience.
"The... the truth is...I...I can no longer transform... I can't turn off these feelings either. I needed to see if what I saw on the television was really true and I didn't want to believe it, but everything I saw was true... I just... don't understand what's going on, am I missing something?" Reaching into his pocket, he removed a familiar, soft pink silk handkerchief, that Usagi had given him a long time ago as a keepsake. Offering it to Usagi to help dry her eyes. "I can't stand it..." Usagi felt hot the touch, as he held her dearly to him. Worried about her well being. His eyes lifted up away from Usagi and over towards the small gathering of sailor scouts. It was at that point he realized something. Where were the 'inner scouts'?
"Usako?" His voice was quiet, only loud enough for Usagi to hear, "Where are the others? I don't see the Inner Senshi present." This concerned him. Usually they would have already responded to a situation such as this to protect their princess. As he was about to say something else, Sailor Uranus shouted in both frustration and anger directed at Usagi. "Idiot!" Mamoru's stoic expression was hard to read, as his eyes aligned up towards Sailor Uranus. Allowing her to voice her mind, "You're our only Princess, if anything happened to you... we are all responsible and the Prince would never forgive us. We have to fight, that's our mission and it always will be."
"If anything happened to you, I don't know what I'd do, but I won't let you feel this pain again, and nether will the Prince. He won't leave your side. Seeing you like this pains us all, so please tell us if you need anything, anything at all..." The anger was extinguished from Sailor Uranus as she spoke sincerely from her heart. That very much Mamoru could sense. His expression remained the same. A pent up breath was released as another voice, joined in on the conversation. It was none other than Sailor Star Fighter. The one he found face to face with Usagi. The same person who had gone out of her way to protect the love of his life. He would find a way to repay her.
Allowing Sailor Star Fighter the floor, as she provided an answer to questions that had been awaiting an answer. Although not everyone was pleased with the answer provided. "Princess Kakyuu had asked us to come back to earth, to help and protect both yourself and Mamoru. Forgive us, we should have found you the moment we got to this planet." Not even a moment after Fighter spoke up Uranus snapped back. The hostility in Uranus's tone could not only be heard by felt in volumes. "And why didn't you?" Mamoru's royal blue eyes flickered between the two women as they traded a glare with one another.
Watching Sailor Star Fighter move away from Uranus and approach the two of them by kneeling to the ground out of respect. "Forgive us, Princess, that was my call. We didn't know the youma would strike this soon. We might not be from the same solar system but we are here to protect you from now on. Prince... Princess, please... tell us if there is anything we can do for you both."
Speaking directly towards Fighter, in a charismatic voice in mutual respect. "First off, rise, Sailor Star Fighter. We are honored that you and the Sailor Starlights are here to provide assistance in this new threat. Usako, needs our protection and everyone's support. All of us, will investigate this matter equally and try to find a solution as to why she can no longer transform." Mamoru said as he shifted his devoted gaze at Usagi who did not look upon anyone presently.
A small voice made their presence known, as Sailor Saturn approached the couple before Sailor Star Fighter. "It's too soon for you to be unable to transform. Pluto told us that you couldn't transform in the future. Usagi, we all understand how you feel and we feel the same way. But please we can't lose you. We will figure it out together why you can't transform and we destroy these youma once and for all as we have always done. We will always be here to support you like we have always been so please don't bare this all on your own."
Watching Saturn approach Usagi and give her a hug, made Mamoru smile. "We're just glad your safe." Overhearing the whisper from Saturn to Usagi.
"I also have a confession I had a vision this morning while out with Neptune. I didn't think it was going to be so soon till we saw the destruction of parts of the city as we were going to check it out on a TV. That was when the two of us transformed and rushed over here. "Then that vision faded and I saw you three during a concert but not one from the past. We should inform the Inners of what happened and all meet at Rei's shrine after school today. I'm guessing that's why the four of them didn't show up."
Mamoru nodded his head slowly after hearing what Sailor Saturn expressed to their group. Hearing Sailor Neptune chime in, "You know I didn't even think about they still being in school. It would explain why they didn't show up even with the news being all over the TV."
"I am glad that I am not the only one who thinks that. And honestly? That concerns me a great deal." His brow crinkled into a frown of concern. "To not see the Inner Senshi here, tells me that they may have come across something that we are not aware of." That may of come off as Mamoru giving the Inner Scouts an excuse for not showing up, that was not the case. He was giving them the benefit of doubt, that something could have happened, preventing them from showing up. For none of them to appear, let alone make contact bothered him. "I think we all need to disperse from the premises and regroup at the Hikawa Shrine. Hopefully we will find some answers once we arrive."

Usagi didn't answer Mamoru, only heard what he asked her. "Ami-chan, Rei-chan, Mako-chan, Minako-chan... where are you?" she thought to herself as her eyes welled up again. A jolt came from Usagi as she heard Sailor Uranus yell at her, feeling the vibration again the wall, it was expected though considering how hard it was punched. Hearing her call her an idiot, Usagi knew that she already was, but her tone softened and shifted to worry.
Biting her lower lip, more tears rolled down her eyes, it was sure overwhelming again. Sailor Star Fighter spoke up, catching her attention but Usagi still kept looking at the ground. "Princess Kakyuu sent them?" she thought to herself as she continued to listen in. Star Fighter begged for forgiveness, taking responsibility for their selfish actions while Star Maker knelt down also beside Star Fighter in the same stance. Usagi flickered her eyes up to Star Fighter, making eye contact. "Please... don't say such things, no one is at fault. We never saw any of this coming... so please...stand up, Star Fighter and Star Maker."
Usagi closed her eyes and spoke a line she had said to everyone in that room once if not more "....There's... no need to be formal... because we're all friends." Usagi didn't want to hear anymore Princess or Prince talk, let alone any disagreements or negative comments.
Hearing another voice speak, Sailor Saturn approached Usagi, being in her own world momentarily, Usagi felt the warmth of Sailor Saturn placing her arms around her and waking her up from her deep thoughts. Usagi's eyes widened for a second then a gentle smile grew slowly as she returned the hug. "Thank you... Hotaru-chan" she thought to herself, a hug was exactly what Usagi needed at that moment.
Letting go, it seemed Usagi had a little more energy in her now, Mamoru began to talk, suggesting for everyone to go and visit the place everyone seemed to meet up at - Hikawa Shrine. A bit hesitant, Usagi looked up at Mamoru, displaying uncertainty. "The place... everyone meets up at?" she thought, dreading it was one of these meets ups and not the usual hangout. Taking hold of Mamoru's hand, she gripped it tightly and gave a nod. "Okay... we'll go to Rei-chan then..." turning her body to Mamoru and placing her other hand on his shoulder, it was obvious she wanted to be held by him as they would make their way over to the Shrine.
The tear filled outburst from the princess was enough for all that were there to hear. Healer's frustrated stance, relaxed somewhat as she remained on guard duty. She felt for Usagi who was basically apologizing for everything that had happened. Feeling bad as she recalled what she had said earlier she had vented to Sailor Uranus. With her head bowed downwards, she reached up to rub the tension rippling its way across her temple. Having a better understanding as to why Usagi did what she thought was right. It still placed her in danger. The injuries she had were minor. She could have died! Shaking her head slowly, as she just listened the conversations flowing between those who spoke up.
Hearing the sound of flesh making impact against a hard, concrete surface followed by an angry shout, "Idiot!" Moved her emotions in ways that it probably shouldn't have. Reveling in that short moment. Not outwardly sharing that she was glad that someone else reacted in the same frustration and anger. Glad to know that she wasn't the only frustrated person there. Tilting her head back and over towards the scenery now unfolding as Sailor Uranus focused on Usagi. All she could do was watch.
It was when Fighter spoke up that she cringed. "Princess Kakyuu had asked us to come back to earth, to help and protect both yourself and Mamoru. Forgive us, we should have found you the moment we got to this planet." Healer knew, it was only a matter of time for someone to bite back in reaction to that statement. And sure enough, the first person to say something was Sailor Uranus. 'Ah, hell... here we go.' She thought to herself, pushing her body up and away from the wall.
Healer was sure that a fight was about to break out. Instead... quite the opposite. Fighter was kneeling! Kneeling before Usagi as like how they did when they were before their own princess. Healer was fighting a battle from within as she watched Maker follow in response. Scolding herself, as she turned to obey the lead of their leader. Dropping to one knee in respect. She knew if she did not comply there would be hell to pay later.
Listening the everyone have their fair share in taking turns in talking with the two royals in the room. Voicing their apologies. The gentle voice from the youngest in the group approaching the princess and providing a hug to make her feel better. Everything was positive vibes, considering the circumstances. Rising up from where she had been on the ground temporarily, she craned her head back. "If we're all going to depart as a group. Shall we take the less inconspicuous exit strategy? There's a large number of people surrounding the flashing red and blue lights behind us. The less people take notice of us, the better." Healer stated as she turned to face the group as a whole. Waiting to see who would lead them. These Sailor Scouts knew this region far better than they did.

Saturn nodded. "We should probably de-transform to not draw further attention to ourselves by the police or media." She closed her eyes and de-transformed revealing the pretty lilac high low dress with a high sweetheart neckline accented with a simple necklace made up of lavender pearls she was wearing earlier with a pair of delicate silver heels. As well as her delicate communicator on her left wrist in gold with the top in purple and her symbol in gold. She walked over to the door and looked outside to see if they were clear. "We're clear everyone." She told them.
Neptune nodded. "Saturn does have a good point. We would be much less conspicuous in our civilian attire." She closed her eyes and de-transformed as well and appeared in her sleeveless black dress with the aqua roses and black heels. She had her communicator on her right wrist in gold with the top in teal and her symbol in gold. She joined Hotaru by the door and gestured to her partner.

(( OOC: Since Healer is at the door, we'll leave first - Thanks to that suggestion from Odango rofl I'll try and speed this up ))
Star Fighter stood back up and watched Sailor Saturn give Usagi a hug, watching the emotion in that hug made Fighter smile, knowing Usagi was a little bit happier was the only thing she cared about.
Fighter turned around and began to walk towards the door, standing next to Star Healer, knowing Star Maker would soon follow behind her. As they all talked about de-transforming and going to the shrine, Star Fighter spoke up "We'll meet you there." her eyes shifted to Usagi and she smiled a little bit more before turning around and exiting the building.
Just like that, Star Fighter fled the scene.
"We'll give you guys some space...we'll see you there." Sailor Uranus gave a nod after her partner hinted to exit also, turning around, she began to de-transform herself as she exited the building.

"The place... everyone meets up at?" Mamoru was still connected to Usagi's thoughts, even if she didn't want to hear him. Looking down at her tenderly with his royal blue eyes, a small smile appeared. ~ * I don't think it would be safe to head to either the arcade or the cafe, Usagi. I am afraid that our large gathering might draw too much attention. And I am under the impression, that you don't want that kind of attention. Besides... you would never hear the end of it from your mother if she saw you on tv. Especially after a horrific event. Regardless whether you are seen on tv or not, your parents will worry. I will give them a call and tell them that you are with me and that you're safe.* ~
He was pretty certain that Usagi wasn't thinking that far ahead. With everything that had happened today, Mamoru knew that Usagi's parents would be worried to death of their daughter's safety. Mamoru was looking out for Usagi's well being. Mamoru's thoughts drifted as he thought about the 'Inner Senshi', thinking about where the girls: Ami, Minako, Makoto and Rei would usually hang out with Usagi. At the cafe, at the Crown arcade, which were both located in a highly populated area in the downtown region. Both places could possibly have the media drawn there. Along with the authorities asking the locals information about the incident that occurred down town. That or those locations could very well be closed off due to them being located near ground zero.
Trying to reassure her, as Usagi and the others would notice a faint flicker of silver and white light enveloping the disguise of Tuxedo Mask. As the light slowly faded, his formal attire shifted into a more casual attire of a nice green blazer, black shirt and nicely pressed slacks. Seeing that Usagi's attire was in disarray, he removed his blazer and wrapped it around her, to help keep her warm because she was still in a state of shock. Before Usagi could have a moment to protest, he very gently lifted her up into his arms to carry her to the Hikawa Shrine. As he cradled her within his strong arms, he felt something different but did not let onto whatever that sensation was. Mamoru did not want to worry Usagi further from the distress she was already in. "Okay... we'll go to Rei-chan then..." Mamoru looked over towards Saturn and provided a nod, acknowledging her announcement, "We're clear everyone."
Feeling Usagi's other hand rest along his shoulder, he hugged her closely, wanting to take away the pain he felt radiating from her core. Somewhere deep down, he just knew that it would probably be someone else that would have to take that pain away from her. Cradling Usagi in his arms protectively, as he began to lead the group towards the shrine.

Watching Star Fighter stand up, Star Maker stood up and smiled at Usagi hugging Sailor Saturn, then turned around to join Star Healer. All three of them stood together like they usually would.
Hearing Sailor Saturn suggest that they would all meet up again at the Shrine, Star Fighter spoke up "We'll meet you there." Giving Usagi one last smile, Star Maker then left after Star Fighter and Star Healer, jumping up onto the ruins and away from the building.
They were gone out of sight, like shooting stars.

Even though the sun appeared to be high in the sky, the sun was already in the process of slowly making its descent from the long day as it began to sink behind the tree line. Rays of sunlight peeked through the branches of cherry blossoms, casting a cooling shadow that umbrellaed passersby along the sidewalk. Cherry blossom petals littered the sidewalk, that almost resembled bread crumbs leading the way towards the Hikawa Shrine located far away from the downtown area.
The sidewalks that had once been white and clean, now appeared to be scuffed up with rubber markings from shoes that left in a rush. Signs of papers discarded were scattered about the place and what looked to be like cloth gauze bandages also laid along the grounds. The sound of someone humming while they swept along the stone steps was that of an appearance of an older gentleman. Dressed in a robe of white silk and a blue hakama. Feeling the presence of not just one person but several, the broom stopped moving as the older gentleman turned to greet his audience.
"Eh? May I help you?" Grateful that this crowd of people did not bum rush him like the massive amounts of people did earlier during that odd occurrence. The elder was slightly skeptical as he observed the people standing before him. Wondering what it was that they wanted. Setting the handmade broom over against the entrance to the shrine, as he approached the gathering. Halting momentarily as he recognized the young lady who was being held by the only man in the group. "Usagi-chan?" Grandfather Hino asked in question, his skeptical expression shifted to that of concern, "Are you alright?"
Usagi watched Star Fighter, Sailor Star Healer, and Sailor Star Maker, catching a glimpse of their smiles before they jumped away. "Ahh--" Usagi wanted to talk to them more but held back, Mamoru would be able to feel her jolt forward ever so slightly, almost like Usagi wanted to say something to the three of them but it was too late, they were already gone.
Being lifted up by Mamoru, and being cradled, Usagi was a little hesitant about placing her head on his chest, having to look at him right before she did it just in case. Cuddling up to Mamoru, she smiled happily but the smile faded fast.
Making sure there wasn't any sort of thought connection with Mamoru, Usagi looked down at her tattered dress and thought.
"...Something doesn't feel right.. this feeling... there's no warmth... no... connection..." Closing her eyes, she tried to remember the last time she had that special feeling. "That was...when..." remembering the heated feeling she had when Star Fighter held her, she felt safe and warm. Opening her eyes again, a light blush came across her cheeks as she thought "It... was with Star Fighter... but why am I feeling this way? Why is there no connection with Mamo-chan anymore?" Beginning to get worried, Usagi bit her bottom lip, and knew she would see Seiya again in a matter of moments, and now wasn't the time to panic about the situation. "I'll... be seeing Seiya soon..." knowing she might have to somehow keep her distance until she figures out what is going on. Deep down, she knew and tried to ignore it, avoid him at all costs. Usagi thought maybe it was her lack of power? Her emotions being all over the show? "That must be it!" she thought to herself, denial was all she could do right now as well as make up all sorts of excuses to herself.
Not noticing her heart was pounding against her chest, the closer she got to the Shrine the more nervous she felt. At the same time, Usagi felt it was wrong love, that her destiny was meant to be with Mamoru but what if Usagi had feelings for someone else? Now feeling ashamed, Usagi rolled her hands into tight fists, all she had to do was fake it. Pretend everything was okay in front of everyone just until she got home.
Usagi could see the Shrine and spoke to Mamoru "...Mamo-chan, I can walk from here now." She said quietly, the whole way to the Shrine the couple didn't speak at all, even if Mamoru spoke to her, there was no answer or reaction from Usagi. Getting down from Mamoru, Usagi took a few moments to gather her thoughts and pushing them aside, she needed to act her happy self, so no one would suspect anything. Standing at the bottom of the Shrine, Usagi ran up and spotted her Grandpa sweeping. "...GRANPA HINO! Where's Rei-chan?" Looking around, but didn't bother to wait for an answer, eagerly rushing ahead of everyone, she had all this energy suddenly.
Walking around the back, Usagi spotted Rei, however, she didn't look too happy. Grinning her usual goofy self, she wanted to scare her but as she got closer she realized Rei may not take it so well, and her grin disappeared to worry.
"HEHEHE---Huh?....Rei-chan...?"
Approaching her slowly, Usagi spoke up again. "Rei-chan? Ahh!! Gomen ne, I didn't have my communicator or cell phone...so you must be mad about that!" Trying to figure out why Rei looked so upset, hoping to distract her. "Uhh... OH! you'll never know who's back! The Three Lights! Etto... I saw them as The Sailor Starlights though... but it's been a few years since we last saw them, ne, Rei-chan?"
Usagi wanted to tell Rei about The Starlights and hoped that might cheer her up, maybe? Sitting beside her, Usagi placed a hand on her shoulder, maybe Rei was in her own world just like Usagi was moments ago. Right now, Usagi put all her attention and focus on her best friend, blocking anything and everyone around her. "Rei...-chan...?" Usagi asked one more time, leaning forward to look at the expression on her face.

A lazy sun was hanging in the sky as the scenery looked like a watercolor painting. Beautiful colors of pink, orange, gold, purple looked like they had been left behind with the brush stroke of a painters eye. Birds could be seen flying high above the Hikawa Shrine grounds, as a gentle breeze passed over the courtyard. The simple, quiet chimes could be heard, every time the wind tickled the instrument.
The courtyard had seen better days. It almost looked like this place had seen battle and been turned into a temporary mobile army surgical hospital. Several make shift cots, blankets and small metallic tins filled with medical supplies and cases of water could be seen laying about. Some of the supplies looked as though they were in the process of being gathered and stacked neatly off to the side. The bulk of it would be dealt with by tomorrow morning. Handmade white and red paper streamers along with prayer and healing hand written charms fluttered up into the air like paper kites hanging on a sigh.
Not too far off from the courtyard, in the backend of the property was a coy pond. Rei Hino was sitting by the edge of the coy pond, looking into the water at her reflection. She looked. . .sad. Draped across her shoulders was her 'shrine maiden' robes. She wasn't dressed in her normal traditional attire. She was wearing regular clothes underneath, appearing to be hiding something with the cover surrounding her figure.
"HEHEHE---Huh?....Rei-chan...?"
Rei did not respond when Usagi addressed her. Sitting there in silence, as she stared blankly down at the water.
"Rei-chan? Ahh!! Gomen ne, I didn't have my communicator or cell phone...so you must be mad about that!"
Rei still didn't say anything as she listened to Usagi apologize to her. Tears started to well along the corner of Rei's eyes. Swallowing back a lump that was trying to force its way to the surface.
"Uhh... OH! you'll never know who's back! The Three Lights! Etto... I saw them as The Sailor Starlights though... but it's been a few years since we last saw them, ne, Rei-chan?"
Rei was struggling by then trying not to cry. Trying to keep up that strong exterior that Usagi always sees her with. As Rei parted her lips, her voice cracked in a whisper. "Oh...h-h-hi U-Usagi." Her voice felt dry as she mustered up the courage to speak again, "I-I'm so sorry.. that I didn't come." A pained expression was evident as the tears flowed down her already tear stained face. Still not looking at her best friend.
". . .t-that I wasn't there ... when you needed me." Rei was so disappointed in herself, as the tears kept rolling down her face like a waterfall. "I'm so-so sorry." Sniffling, as she tried to remain strong. "I contacted Ami, but...she's out of town with her Mother so she couldn't come. Minako...? Makoto? I couldn't reach them. I don't know where they are. I tried to contact both of them and did not receive a response. When I started to transform and come to your aid. Usagi... there were sooo many people that trampled the shrine. Grandpa... he..."
Her strength fading with every breath she took in speaking with her best friend. The moment Usagi's hand touched Rei's shoulder, she lost it. Cupping her face with her hands as she cried for a bit. Rei was usually good about 'bottling up her emotions'. Giving a good shake of her head as she wiped her cheeks with the backside of her hands.
"People were in a state of panic and disorder. It was chaos! I pulled and pushed my grandfather away from the crowd of people and got trampled in the process. I didn't think about it at the time, other than trying to roll out of the way thereafter. The people didn't mean it, they were just so scared and were seeking shelter away from the danger. Wave after wave of people started to come here, the police and ambulances were using our courtyard as a make shift first aid site before transporting people to nearby hospitals. . ."
Rei finally mustered up enough strength to look at Usagi. She looked completely drained and utterly defeated. Pleading with Usagi to forgive her, to not be mad or hate her for not showing up when she was needed. Rei felt as though she had failed in her duty to protect Usagi. Trying to turn more to face Usagi straight on, she cried out in pain. "AHHH-ngh!" Her robe falling away from her shoulders, revealing her body to be covered up in scratch marks, bruises and taped injuries along her forearm and her ankle. Fighting the pain, as she struggled to reposition herself, Rei's tear stained expression begging Usagi to forgive her. "Gomen.. I'm so sorry.. please ... for-give me."
Hotaru and Michiru made their way up the stairs Hikawa Shrine. As they were stopped briefly by Rei's grandfather who spoke to Usagi for a moment and as she asked a question but ran towards the back before she got an answer.
Hotaru bowed. "Gomen, Usagi-chan was very worried that Rei-chan had been caught up in what happened downtown and wanted to make sure she was safe." She then followed the direction Usagi-chan had gone in. As she got to the back by the coy pond she spotted her with Rei-chan. The two of them were talking so she thought it best to let them speak. Something seemed off with Rei-chan Hotaru noticed mostly from the way she was moving. But only when the robe fell off and she screamed in pain did Hotaru see her injures. She would be able to heal some of the more minor ones if Rei-chan or Usagi-chan asked of her but others would have to heal on their own. She stood there silently as the wind played with her dress blowing it in the wind.
Michiru came up behind Hotaru and kept her distance as well. This was something Usagi-chan and Rei-chan needed to talk about together for now.

Haruka began to walk behind Usagi and Mamoru, noticing there was no talking between the two. Knowing it was strange, she knew Usagi might be tired but couldn't shake this feeling she got from the pair. As they walked up the stairs, Usagi leaped off Mamoru and it seemed like she couldn't get away fast enough. Haruka looked at Michiru in the corner of her eyes and then back again. Following the same direction Usagi went, Haruka observed the blond girl closely. Listening into their conversation, the two started to talk then Usagi turned around, calling for help, sounding distressed as if she just noticed Rei's condition.
"REI-CHAN?!" Seeing her turn the top half of her body to face the others "HOTARU-CHAN?! PLEASE! IT'S REI-CHAN! SHE'S HURT! Please help her!! HURRY!! PLEASE!!!" Usagi's panic in her tone was very alarming to the others.
Watching, Haruka wanted to approach her but too many people might be a bit overkill and crowded. Glancing at Hotaru, Haruka watched Hotaru knowing what she was going to do to help.

Arriving and getting out of their car, the three stood at the bottom of the stairs. Seiya stared up at the sign that read Hikawa Shrine and thought to himself "It's been awhile..." remembering all the times Usagi talked about the Shine and them also visiting it. However, during their arrival, Seiya could hear the piecing scream of Usagi yelling out Rei's name, which alarmed him and the name she called out. "Odango!" blurting out loudly before running up the stairs, listening to the sounds that were coming in the direction where the others were. Finally seeing the back of Haruka and Michiru, Seiya stood just to the side behind Haruka and watched, seeing Usagi cry again was painful enough. Taking a step further, Haruka's arm extended horizontally to stop him from approaching any further. "Stop." she said in a firm tone. "This is their time, let them be." Hesitating, Seiya shifted his eyes to Haruka, both glaring at each other. Then Seiya noticed Mamoru also there, just watching in the background like they were. Shifting his eyes back to Usagi and Rei, Seiya couldn't just switch off being worried about them. All they could do was watch, in a way Seiya wanted Usagi to notice he was there for her, just like he always promised.

Finally, Rei noticed Usagi was there, the pain coming from Rei's voice was alarming enough.
"I-I'm so sorry.. that I didn't come. . . .t-that I wasn't there ... when you needed me." Rei was so disappointed in herself, as the tears kept rolling down her face like a waterfall.
Wave after wave of people started to come here, the police and ambulances were using our courtyard as a make shift first aid site before transporting people to nearby hospitals. . ."
"AHHH-ngh!"Her robe falling away from her shoulders, revealing her body to be covered up in scratch marks, bruises and taped injuries along her forearm and her ankle. Fighting the pain, as she struggled to reposition herself, Rei's tear stained expression begging Usagi to forgive her. "Gomen.. I'm so sorry.. please ... for-give me."
Usagi's eyes welled up so much, she felt anger but not at Rei, anger that Rei was in this state and she too was all alone.
Hearing the painful cry from Rei made Usagi start crying as she took in a deep breath and screamed out her name in panic. "REI-CHAN?!"
Seeing her turn the top half of her body to face the others, Usagi pleaded for urgent assistance for her best friend."HOTARU-CHAN?! PLEASE! IT'S REI-CHAN! SHE'S HURT!Please help her!! HURRY!! PLEASE!!!" Usagi turned back to Rei, not even noticing any of the others.
"REI-CHAN! BAKA! You did help! You helped more than anyone! Why would you even THINK SUCH A THING?! You... you helped so many people today, people come to your Shrine because they were seeking comfort and peace! They consider this Shrine the safest place to be and that's the first thing people think of when they come here! YOU AND GRANDPA... you both are what make this Shrine what it is today and you did so much that you got HURT! Hurt because YOU CARE!"
Knowing Hotaru might have heard this whole speech so loudly, Usagi yelled at Rei, tears streamed down her face, throwing herself on Rei and hugging her so tightly that it might have hurt Rei a bit more, by accident. "I don't want to lose you" she managed to say, quietly to Rei.
"....Baka... Rei... you're my.... bestest friend and you helped so many people today! I'm not mad at you at all... I'm just...I'm just...." Noticing Hotaru, Usagi let go of Rei hesitantly and pushed herself away from Rei, about two meters while she still sat on the ground, watching Hotaru for a moment, thoughts started to flood back into Usagi's mind about everything that happened today. Still sitting on the ground, putting both her arms on the grass and holding herself up, Usagi continued to cry as she thought to herself.
"I hate this! I hate this! There's literally nothing we can do! that I can do! I can't stand seeing people getting hurt!" Gritting her teeth, Usagi looked back up at Rei being healed, still sobbing.
