Rules

1. Always have respect for others.
2. If you have a question, ask here in the thread and I'll answer it for you. Do NOT PM me, the artist, or the colourist. If I find out that you did...
3. No begging. None. Not even a little.
4. Maban Mabwysiad are pets that require roleplaying as it helps them to grow and form bonds within the community.
5. We would like to see a journal entry at least once a week but we're realistic! We know that real life comes first. If, for some reason, you cannot update (Ex. Vacation, Computer problems, grounding etc.) let me know and we'll try to work something out. After a month without any journal post I will PM you to see what's going on. You will have one week to respond, after one week your child will be taken from you and put up for adoption.
6. We don't host final stages. After your child reaches adulthood, please host it on your own server. If you are unable to let me know and we can arrange something.

Stage 1: Currently pregnant mother. You will receive a cert with the mother on it, who seems very close to delivery! If you're lucky, you may even see yourselves in the picture with her ^^

Stage 2: You've received your newborn baby! You will receive a cert with you holding your new happy bouncy baby! Congrats! Be sure to take care of the little tyke smile Babies can be quite a handful!

Stage 3: The toddler stage! Your little one has learned how to walk and form some words, and is even learning to eat solid foods smile

Stage 4: Ahh, your little one has become a child biggrin How cute! They still depend on you a great deal, and are looking for your love and support all along the way smile

Stage 5: Pre-teen! Oh no! Those hormones are starting to kick in, and your child is very confused! They need much guidance at this stage smile

Stage 6: Yay! Your child is a teenager! They say they don't need you anymore, but we all know they still do wink Try to steer them in the right direction, and starting planning out life goals!

Stage 7: Adulthood! Your child is now fully grown, and ready to go off into the world on their own! Congrats!


Growth Requirements

Mother Stage -> Birth: One introductory RP post (or full fledged RP if multiple Gaians are involved) between the mother and the family she is being homed with; one journal entry from each adoptive parent's perspective

Minimum Stage Duration: One Month

Baby -> Toddler: One journal entry from each parent's perspective on how life has changed since birth; two RP sessions between parents (and/or other family/friends) and wee one (in thread, in B/C RP forum or transcribed from chat logs).

Minimum Stage Duration: One Month

Toddler -> Child: Two journal entries from each parent's point of view on how their little 'bundle of joy' is progressing; two RP sessions between parents (and/or other family/friends) and wee one (in thread, in B/C RP forum or transcribed from chat logs).

Minimum Stage Duration: Two Months

Child -> Teen: One journal entry from each parent's point of view on the changes since toddler-hood; two playdates (with other children from MM or children from other shops) transcribed (or taking place) in journal; one journal entry from child's point of view.

Minimum Stage Duration: Three Months (Unless we note an exceptional amount of RP durring this stage then, and only then, with the agreement of all shop-owners, we may allow this stage to quicken. At least one month.)

Teen -> Young Adult: One journal entry from each parent's point of view on changes around the house; two journal entries from child's point of view; one playdate (with other children from MM or children from other shops) transcribed (or taking place) in journal; one 'coming of age' RP session for child (be it between child and parents, child and birth parent(s) or the child alone).

Minimum Stage Duration: Three Months

Young Adult -> Adult: One journal entry from each parent's point of view; three journal entries from child's point of view; one final 'playdate' transcribed (or taking place) in journal; one in thread RP with either Flarie or Skye (PM the mule to set this RP up).

Minimum Stage Duration: Three Months

Reminder: These are only MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS! You can post more! As a matter of fact, we would LOVE YOU if you posted more. XD; Stages can also last longer. We're leaving that up to you!

When you've completed your requirements and are ready for growth please PM the following form to the shop mule:

**NOTE** This form is only to be completed for -growth- not -birth-. We'll be watching the journals for activity when it comes to birth and, chances are, we'll let you see the babies just before we post them so that you can come up with names. As far as the first stage is concerned, personality is completely up to the whims of the shop... Since we're the ones who came up with the mother's personality and all. mrgreen
