If I am drawing a request for one of our willing victims
and I put a WiP sketchy 'this is going to take a few days' sort of thing
(I have done more than an hour!)
do I have to wait for the next finish improve day to finish it off if I want to use it as 100 days art or can I finish it tomorrow?

Yet another reason I hate requests.

Cleaned the whole house, except for hoovering, I'll do that after lunch.
Repotted my windowsill herbs. Had a coffee.
Reclaimed my art room biggrin All kid-crap has been returned to their rooms and homeschool has been packed away. Sorted through my paperwork stack and reduced it to a paperwork few sheets xd Made a to do list for tomorrow, planned all the meals for the week, prepped the dinner and then had lunch and it's only 1pm.
I might have time for a nap.

Did a simplistic style painting and for 1 hour i wish it couldve been better but i redrew the sketch twice so tht ate more time. tried experiemntin tht blurry outer lineart effect thingie but as i was runnin outta time, i rushed it and isnt as neat as it sholdve been. also experimenting different poses! its not easy so tryna get better sloooowly

Cleaning while the kids are home is a bit like brushing your teeth with a cookie.
Not really much point.

And yes. I've reset the house today, tomorrow I'm going to paint the woodwork in the kitchen ready for wallpapering at the weekend. Other than that, no plans, just going to chill in the peace and quiet biggrin

oooooh yes!
My parents came to visit last February; they own the house.
We decided that the kitchen needed a makeover so my dad ripped out all the skirting boards and took down all the hooks and shelves and stuff so when they came back in 3 weeks we could just crack on with decorating. I'm not supposed to do it because of my neck (snapped my head off 2 years ago)
Then we went into lockdown so my poor kitchen has been a building site for more than a year.
I did manage to get someone to come and do the tiling just before Christmas but I haven't been able to do anything much with the kiddos at home; too busy!
So I'm very much looking forward to painting the doors and the cupboards and putting up my lovely new wallpaper which has been sat here waiting for 12 months xd

You could continue it, but it won't count as a theme for the second day. : <
