Here are some important highlights: tab - Once the Event officially starts, anyone who wants to join after Feb 5th, 11:59pm EST (day 6 of the event) can only sign up to Ghost mode.
tab - You may always choose to go down in mode, but not up once the event has started. tabtab (example: Nord can go down to Easy, but those in Easy cannot go up to Nord) tab - Choose a mode; we need to put you into a category, writing blank OR blank does not help us. tab - The art gallery is to help you gain followers and if your image URL is broken; not mandatory. tab - Please google your UTC timezone so that I can convert your event timezone properly. tabtab - Pacific Timezone: UTC-8 tabtab - Mountain Timezone: UTC-7 tabtab - Central Timezone: UTC-6 tabtab - Eastern Timezone: UTC-5 tab - The event deadline is: 11:59 pm EST (UTC-5)

✦ Event Artists are only allowed to draw ACCEPTED requests. tab ✧ If your request is not on the front page, it has not been accepted... yet.
✦ Be nice, be respectful, and absolutely no begging! tab ✧ All art drawn for you is sacred, treat it as so.
✦ Quote notification must be ON. tab ✧ You will be quoted in the main thread. tab ✧ If you quoted in the artist thread, please avoid posting in it! tabtab(It will have just their username on the title, please don't post in those threads!) tab ✧ And no, your art will not be PMed. Do not ask.
✦ Pick your Favorites or the ones you REALLY want art of! tab ✧ Although you can link to more characters, tabtab we HIGHLY recommend that you condense your list. tab ✧ It's important that you WANT the character drawn badly... tab ✧ Plus you can always change your requests tabtab if you want to display a different set of characters!
✦ Gratitude is super important. tab ✧ You will be banned if you do not thank your artist with sincerity. tab ✧ SINCERITY! Regardless if you like the art or not... tab ✧ Thank the artist for their time! It was free after all!

✦ Artists that haven't been active for more than 10 days and non-artists. tab ✧ Every ten days or so, I will be doing an active check. tab ✧ If you fail to reply to it in the proper time limit, your request will be removed. tab ✧ And you will have to redo the process to be added back in. tab ✧ This is to ensure that when an artist quotes you with art, you will reply within the set time.
