Alright! I try offer this contest few days for anyone who do art of diedrich,instead I'm offering a contest of classic avi contest

Rules:
1.follow tos rules on entering the contest.
2.YOUR AVI MUST LOOK LIKE THE DAYS Grand old times(2003-2006(early before new mouths)
3.there will be 10 contestants,once full,then we vote by poll.
4.Whoever has the most votes will recieve some Gaia-related items () whatever Item that user picks for 1st,2nd,3rd,and 4th place. the one with honorable mention will recieve 10k.

5. you must post that you are substituting morden item for the orginal item from grand old days..(example: AI halo=Angelic Halo)

so, my predictions based on what year brought us what?
2003- I have NO idea. 2003 was the first interactive event, first donation items...the halo, fairy wings lol

2004- 2004 brought us fishing, and the first poseable items, guilds

2005- towns, the casino!,

2006- Drawing a blank here. I dont think I was very active in 2006.

2007- the first evolving item

2008- zOMG, aquariums, the first RIG

2009- Not sure.... Save our shops? Booty grab?

2010- The first animated items- thus today's item

2011- Alchemy was introduced.

For 2003 I'm hoping for some kind of a winged item or perhaps a good vs evil theme. Wings are a pretty classic symbol for Gaia and that is the year when the Nightmare and Angelic headbands and Fairy Wings were first out, and Nightmare and Angelic Mini Wings were also released as donation items. In continuation of the good vs evil theme there was the Devil Tail and Angelic Sash, OMG and AFK Hat, Nightmare and Angelic Scarf.

So hopefully either it will be some sort of winged item, good vs evil theme, or maybe some classic slippers/hat item or a combination of any of these. All in all I can't really say for sure what item it will be in 2003, but I am very excited to find out on the 18th. 3nodding

I could Gaia totally see trolling us with a wing-like item, because we where constantly asking for real wings all the time... until they released alchemy /shakes fist at ridiculous prices and disappearing items in the MP
