I just noticed that [NPC] Jet & Cygnus has the "Waffles!" achievement. I guess there's no way for us common mortals to obtain it and that it was made solely for some NPCs and maybe some staff members? Or was it a past / event achievement that users could obtain too?

It was given to us a little over two years ago. I don't think we had to do anythin', in particular, to get it to be honest.
