We're both xenogender, and we've had people tell us it's not a "real gender". We're very spiritual (non-religous) & plural/neurodiverse, so our genders mean a lot to us. We're mainly open to other people online (and close friends and family). Coming out takes time, and we're ok with that.

But like saying someone's gender doesn't actually exist? Ouch. We developed a very skin, but that doesn't mean that other people can be rude about who we are. Your kind words mean a lot. It's like as long as someone isn't hurting any1, where's the harm in being different? Being different is a sacred thing indeed.

Being misgendered sucks so much it's not even funny. Solidarity.

Well, I'm living with ME/CFS, so the short answer is, "fatigued." xd I was able to get the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine the other day, though, and there's some indication this can sometimes kick out ME/CFS, so we'll see . . .

emotion_hug Hang in there. I remember when I got my first vaccine dose. I was a little tired, but it was the second one that really got me tuckered out! Make sure to give yourself like a day to relax & recover after the second one. gonk

What I liked most about the first does was that, although I definitely did experience the arm soreness that was projected, IT THEN PASSED OFF! scream What is this?! Is my body learning how not to cling to pain forever?!? Great. mrgreen

I have heard that, for the second Pfizer shot, the second day can be brutal (and, in fact, stories of others' day that day sounded like . . . well, kinda a lot of my days these days, which I would not wish on anyone). Anecdotal evidence also points to long-Covid clearing up after, though, and maybe what I have, too. I am hoping. . .. whee

(sorry, my health is boring and complicated these days)

Anyway, how are you? I see you making cool threads in GCD sometimes, but I don't always have the energy to participate. I often go back and read through, though.

It worked! I saw an announcement for it and here I am! Though I don't follow the comics much. Gambino is/was a rich guy (Gambino Island and all) and Gino is his son I guess? And did Johnny Gambino die? Weird...
