Looks so far like they clarified that they have final say over allowable content and that user-submitted parodies need references and significant differences shown lest ticket goes poof? Not sure what else is changed.

I'm sort of giggling because they added that to every ticket, including the lapis

I only noticed (big change wise) the thing about parody items for this set of updates

You are correct! The change was for just the "include references for parodies" section! Added it to every single ticket to cover all bases. ;D

I've seen it mentioned that Katana's have finally hit their limit for recolors
Someone claimed their ticket was turned down due to too many Katana's having been done (we're at over 20 now)
Is this true by any chance?

Well, if AtS was any indication, I'm guessing there will be a Paw RIG, since there was an answered question about more Paw items and the response was along the lines of "very soon".

And since there hasn't been any other recolors released yet, I think it might be a strong possibility.
