On topic: LQI is pretty cute. I don't see myself really using it much (the colors are not really my thing), but certain parts look like them may become useful later on, so I picked it up just in case.

NEW KIN! I don't play LK, but that background is pretty neat, and I'm super happy for all the LK fans who've been left out in the cold ever since the return of zOMG.

The behavior that has been displayed in CSU threads in the past year or so has gotten out of hand. I feel it is necessary to step in and remind everyone how to talk to and about each other.

Posts directed at/about another user or their items should not contain any of the following: rudeness, sarcasm, snark, passive aggression, etc. That also means that you can't make these types of posts in tiny font, white/clear font, or struck out font.

To paraphrase an old saying goes, "If you don't have something nice to say, at least be constructive".

If you don't like another user's item and really feel the need to comment on it, you can say "I don't like this because of reasons x, y, and z". There is no need to use your criticism of the item as an extremely thinly veiled attack against the user(s) who made it.

Examples

Good: I'm not interested in this user item because I prefer more simplistic silhouettes with less details.
Good: I'm not a fan of this user item because the colors do not appeal to me. If it were to be recolored into a different scheme, I would consider picking it up!

Bad: This user item sucks and I hate it. It's ugly and it looks like whoever designed it had a seizure while drawing.

Everyone has an ignore button for a reason. If there are one or more users you do not wish to hear from, please add them to your ignore list and move on. You do not have to justify the way you use your ignore list (as long as it is not being used to abuse/harass others).
There is no reason for anyone to advocate that someone should remove another user from their ignore list.

If you have a problem with how Gaia and/or its employees have done something, and you feel strongly about it, please visit the Site Feedback forum to voice your concerns.

Everyone is well aware of the sort of behavior I am referring to. It needs to be left in 2018. Going forward, if this type of behavior continues, CSU threads will no longer be allowed in the GCD.

Wow we haven't had a new kin in a long time, nice to see one again.

I like the transparency and shape of the belt skirt in Lunar Parade. The rest of the poses are too casual for my taste, so I'll have to pass since one pose doesn't feel worthwhile to pick it up.

i will say, the legs are pretty well done, for a bare leg mod. especially happy to see ivory skintone. i'd also love to see the belt pose recolored in a doll trunk or something similar, transparent garments and nice flowers are always emotion_kirakira i like the color, but i'm also excited to see it recolored! cherry soda or kashmiri/kaguya would look great imo. -hinthint-

I like that Chorus hair and all of the cuts that it has! It's so wavy and long!

FREEBZ oh my god, love the knife hairpin and piggy! That knife hairpin is such a perfect little accessory for cooking avatars or horror ones LOL! I wonder if it will show up on hats too. I can imagine attaching it to a chef's hat, that would be adorable.

Lunar Parade is such a cute item, I love it! Yay for ivory skintones! I always get super excited to see ivory skin included! I'm a huge fan of hot pink too and I think it's awesome to see a Valentine's Day color show up! Mainly squealing about the legs, they have those adorable feet that I LOVE! Also love the transparent skirt with cherry blossoms! Those hands on the sweater pose are so nice too, they're really cute the way they're drawn. The parasol pose hands are cute as well with the mini hand style. I think it's cool to have two different hand styles in this item! I do feel that the bow is a little flat shading wise in comparison to other bows we have. I'm really feeling the rest of the item though! Can't wait to see the recolors! heart

So many things! Thank you, artists, for all of the freebies!! =D

I love Lunar Parade--especially since it's in Valentine! (A color scheme that I surprisingly don't have much of.) There are a lot of great poses (the word bubble, hair, parasol, dress, belt skirt thing), and I really like that touch for the hair where the ponytail curls. Attention to detail. wink An obvious future recolor is Sundae. I'd also like to see it in Goshiki and Leonine. I bought two even though 800 GC is a bit steep with today's GC... even though I probably shouldn't have and I need to watch how much I spend... Oof.

I also bought Porksperity because I'm very happy to see a new Kindred! And I hope to see more in the future! Certainly not as frequently as they used to be released, but a surprise every now and then would be nice. Side note: I don't usually find pigs cute, but Porksperity is SO super cute! And the background is wonderful too.

I'm happy to see more Despair! But... I'm probably going to have to pass on the bundle this time around just because I don't use those items that much, if ever. However, I might have to pick up that Fresh Bread to Go. I continually forget how nice that item is.

And I only like the Lotus pose from the BE. It's gorgeously done, but not something I need. ...Yet.
