Have you ever considered that maybe the original creator doesn't care? Like this isn't Gaia making a game based off his work, it's a completely different market. Not to mention this item is largely inspired. It's not a direct copy, so I doubt there's anything to seek permission for. You've been in these past threads making a crusade out of this when you don't even know how the artist feels.
Where were you when got that Studio Killers item or that pigeon boyfriend item? Those where more of a "rip off" than what you're defending.
