Missing Santa March Box and Achievement (Now Granting)

Same here,I used my two mule accounts as well.Only one got it,but my main and my other mule didn't,I hope they fix this.I logged on everyday.

Add another to the list of users experiencing this issue. I wonder if it makes a difference to the coding if you open the boxes VS leaving them closed. My other account I collected the boxes without opening them, and I got the march there, but here where I opened them all I am having the issue.

So far my main and mule I used to log in this morning do not have achievements.
The two mules I used this evening to log in got the achievement.
None of my accounts received the Santa March item.
I am not happy about this at all.
Can we please have an event where things do not go to s**t?

One of my kids opened all the boxes and got the achievement, so I don't think that's it. I haven't opened any of them, and I didn't get the achievement.
