1) can i participate in events that i'm not qualified to enter, just for the fun?
if it's an event in the new troll events thread, yes. however make a clear and visible note to it in each post, and do not expect to get ep from participation.

2) can i play my troll as a teen even though their growth isn't finished?
if you're just waiting for art, yes - i'll be getting that done during the festival.

3) can i play an accepted quest troll that gets accepted part way through the festival?
yes - no backdating things though.

4) how many trolls can i play at the festival?
as many as you want, only claim tickets with one of them.

5) i think there is a typo/inconstancy?
