I have a history with books. It's not good. As a child, I wanted to be a writer so bad that I decided never to read a book for fear of copying ideas. cuz I do that at times. this decision developed into a lifelong fear of new books.

I grew up on Redwall by Brian Jaques and read ONLY those for about 30 or so years.
I'm also a TBI and have many issues, but one is reading comprehension.

I have now begun to tenderly branch out.

I am now reading The Tea Girl of Hummingbird Lane by Lisa See and Northanger Abbey by Jane Austin.

I just finished "The Age of Magical Overthinking" by Amanda Montell (highly recommend), and am now reading "Palestine" by Joe Sacco and "The Three Body Problem" by Cixin Liu

Ehh....just one of my Norse books. It is....The Book of Viking Myths by Peter Archer.

I'll pick up one of my fantasy books at some point. I have so many.
