ye i have slight elevation when i sleep just bc i cough easily if i lay just flat in bed. i take the strong pain killer to help me sleep. i try not to take so much though bc i want to eventually get off it fast. and yikes sorry about ur wounds opening up ahhh! i am always careful and have rolf help me with everything like getting out of bed or even going to bathroom XD

and i'm sure you still feel sick from now i mean you have had alot of toll in your body. so many surgeries. i'm sure it has some sort of permanent effect on you. try to eat more veggies? i hate vegetables but they really do have alot of nutrients that will give you more energy etc. and ye i really think you are entitled for disability with what you have been through. I hear ya on that when everyone doesn't believe you have pain inside. that happend with my doctor before i got diagnosed with what i had. she didn't believe i had stomach problems she just told me maybe stress or i stretched a muscle in my stomach. it took for me to become really ill with fever and blood infection for her to actually get me to the hospital... but anyways i don't blame her my condition was hard to predict bc not alot of people have it since it's a birth defect.

please feel better <3 try drink some tea with ginger or maybe with basil. n.n

oh wow your ordeal is definitely worse than mine gonk glad it's all over now though. how are you feeling these days? i hate coughing and sneezing it really hurts burning_eyes

oh ye i hear ya. at first i had laparoscopy, but for some reason they couldnt fix it so they ended up doing large open cut by the belly too... sooo i have 4 cuts all in all in my stomach right now with 1 that is slightly larger where the open cut is. with painkillers they arent hurting much but when i get gas trapped and when i try to get up from bed aka try not to use stomach muscles ... its so hard! ahh! lol getting slightly better day by day though. and yikes what did you have to do for bowel preps if you dont mind me asking? i dont have any adhesions in my intesines. and i think the surgeon said she used dissolvable suture for my small intestine? either way i have to be careful with what i eat. im in low residue low fiber diet and i eat little but frequent so i dont overwhelm my digestive system.

ugh ye. actually i looked up diverticulitis and that is much more worse than what i had. i had meckels diverticulum which is development defect from being formed as fetus. basically like an extra pouch in the intestine. all they needed was to take it out. dunno why it ended up being 5 inches of my small intestine gone but the doctor says that is nothing to worry about. i know the other types of intestinal diseases, some people get loooong cuts in their intestines which is wow i can not even imagine what they go through. ahh! wait you had 2 intestinal surgery? when were these. i know you had the hysterectomy or something right? so sorry to hear that manda. wow i feel so bad for all you have to go through. its hard enough for me to get this one through. im managing though. just wish its like 3 months away from recovery already burning_eyes
