Ah, awesome! If you'd like one of the others, just let me know! I have a full set of them, but I'm really only using my custom one, currently, so if you want another you're more than welcome to it. :3 But honestly, if you get a ticket, you should use it! You've got some really good ideas for EIs, by the sound of it, so maybe the Prism Ticket would be a good one to shoot for. The Double Rainbow Ticket lets you recolor an EI, but...I haven't seen one of those around since last fall, and it was bought back by Gaia staff.

Honestly, I don't change my avatar very often these days, so I rarely end up having to quest for items...which is the main reason it's been relatively easy for me to quest for tickets XDD If I found more items I wanted, like I did with this recent rig, then I'd be a lot less able to quest for tickets...like I am right now rofl

Ah, I see. o: Well, hopefully everything goes well and smoothly in testing, and yeah, definitely for the best to not worry about it too much in the meanwhile.

Work's been alright, kind of all over the place but it's starting to settle into a groove of sorts, I think. Maybe. >_>; We'll see, I guess XD Hope you're well~

That's understandable. With something as traumatic as that, I can imagine that any memory of it would come back at full force if triggered the wrong way. I'm really sorry to hear that ): *hug* But yeah, hopefully you don't have to go back to that anymore.

Quests are the only reason I've ever had value on Gaia, being honest, haha. If there weren't big expensive items I wanted, then I'd have no reason to save to begin with. But yeeeeeeah it's definitely weird saving all of that up and then watching it vanish for one specific item, hah. I am glad though, because people have been telling me they really like the hawks, and Gaia already released a recolor of it, which was pretty rad of them, so even if it were something where I wasn't as satisfied (which, I am 100000% satisfied with how they turned out), I'd still be happy with how they were received.

And yus, that would be cool! It's the Rainbow Ticket that lets you recolor an item (provided the item isn't an evolving item). Do you have an item or a few items in mind that you'd want to recolor? o: And hopefully your testing goes well. D:

Work is certainly as hectic as ever, hence late reply again... sweatdrop But I hope that work's going well for you, anyway! And that's really smart to do. Scent is very hard to describe, in general. You kind of have to approximate, describe it as similar to other things, in order to get to the point of it, but in the long run it's worth it if you can get the description right (and certainly if it helps you later and/or gives you peace of mind).

No worries! I think I'm good on tickets for now, though I'll get back to my mini-golden quest eventually. For the time being I kind of just need to work on replenishing my funds, hah. sweatdrop But hey, if there's a ticket you're questing, let me know and I'll see what I can do to help! When it comes to the Verge box, the marketplace is your best bet, if you haven't parted with it already. People will undercut you something awful in the exchange. :T The mohawk I am wearing is my custom one, yeah! Or at least, the one I'm normally wearing. Today I'm dressed as a friend since it's April Fools XD But yeah, that's the custom one. Gaia has already released a recolor of it too, so I'm pretty excited about that. :'D

I honestly expected that there would be some overlap where someone would have to pick a new instrument, which is part of the reason I went for the bass to begin with. I figured bass was a safe bet that no one else would have picked by then...not that it mattered, since I was the first to redeem XDD We actually didn't have any say in the band name, the name and event were both set up completely by Gaia, but it was rad to have been a part of it at all, so I'm grateful for that. 3nodding

No worries at all, really! You're not being irritating at all, I'm always down to talk. c: It's just been kinda busy, which is why it takes forever for me to reply lately XD;

Late reply, sorry. This week turned out to be super busy at work, so I'm behind on replying to a lot of people. D: Smells are incredible for what they can remind you of, but yeah, it's not really something you think to write down most of the time, I don't think.

I'm gonna go for a Rainbow Ticket first, because I need to repay a friend who helped me out with something major a while back. Once that's done and settled, then I'm gonna pick back up on my mini golden quest, yeah. 3nodding It's a long way to go, but it's an effort worth making, I think. Congrats on getting the Custom SDPlus boxes, also! That should set you well on your way for most anything else you want to quest for, since that should put you into the trillions for gold. 3nodding I did snag another ticket that let me create a hairstyle, which should be out pretty soon, in fact! I'm very excited for that, new mohawks are on their way :'D We did get to pick which instruments we would play. I chose the bass because that seemed the most realistic instrument for Flint to play. I think if there had been more overlap they'd have told people to pick other instruments, but we all picked different ones, since Crazy Straw and Slick chose different kinds of guitars XD

I was pretty pleasantly surprised. I was like "hey that avatar looks familiar—wait I know that username OH HEY" :'D

That makes a lot of sense. Scent is the human sense most strongly tied to memory, which is why certain smells can bring you back to certain times or memories so easily. I guess we need to get you a scratch-and-sniff monitor? xd

They definitely were not cheap, that's for sure. sweatdrop I was questing for a Golden Ticket last year, so I could make a 6 pose item. A small chunk of my offer on that went toward my Backstage Pass...and then a lot of my Golden Ticket offer went toward Slick's Backstage Pass. XD; It was definitely worth it though, and I'm glad we got to do it. I'd do it again in a heartbeat XD And yeah, everyone was super cool, it was one of the best experiences I've had on Gaia in the years I've been here.

Also, congrats on being a featured avatar this week! That's super exciting! :'D

I can imagine that must be a bit jarring still. I'm glad that you've got at least a substantial amount of your memories back. And yeah, most definitely! I was really pleasantly surprised to hear from you, I kind of just assume that people I knew in 2011 or earlier on Gaia who I haven't heard from in a while aren't coming back, so I was excited to see your comment :'D

We both bought the passes, admittedly. I wish I were so lucky that I could've pulled it out of an item sweatdrop But yeah, I was the first person to snag one and redeem it, and Slick mentioned wanting to try to get one as well. When another seller came forward, we jumped on it and pooled some gold together to make a good offer for it. 3nodding The others were super cool too, Faawnn was very nice and Crazy Straw was pretty chill about everything. I think it was a ton of fun, and I was super thrilled to have been a part of it. :3

Ah, neat! :'D It was a good event to hang out in, so I'm glad you were around for it. I was really glad to have been a part of it, and also that Slick got to be a part as well. Slick's been one of my good buds here on Gaia for the past 7 or 8 months now :] I honestly didn't know what to expect from the event, other than that I'd get art of my avatar, which was rad. But the actual chance item and event was a pretty big surprise.

Ah, you mean the Without a Doubt thing? XD I got a bit lucky back in January, there was a chance item you could get that let you be a part of the band/event, and I was the first person to redeem it. It was a lot of fun though, I'm really glad that I got to take part in it. :]
