So here is the deal.
I started to work at Xerox in 2012 as a night operator (you may call it a data entry or docu care, or whatever), then i was sent to the day shift. (I have told this before here). I couldnt help myself so i started to program stuff, which was actually helpful, then someone put their eyes on me and i was moved to the engineer area of Xerox.

I started there as Business Process Solutions Analist in early 2013 doing analists stuff with a side of programing. Mostly fun stuff.
And today it was made oficial that a new area was made in Xerox just for me and a coworker: Innovation Group and Service Modernization. We are going to keep doing the same job, but with more responsabilities and exposition. Also we are going to report directly to my boss (instead of our now ex coordinator).
Not bad, i just hope to be up to the game, cant let my guard down now.

Oh and i also realized that i am getting more and more international exposition. A couple of people told me that i was mentioned in webex meetings. I am becoming a regional reference, and thats a good thing.

I hope to get somewhere.
