Judging by this link on on their net worth, and how much they make on ads (since this is how they make money and you get paid through ad referrals, which is too little amount to pay users) , also the fact it is popular in Pakistan than in the US I assume it is not legit, either that or it is too new to be determined, and for that I would not trust it:

PERSONALLY, I do NOT actually think it is new like some sites suggests because further research suggests that their name used to be jobrize, so they changed name to fool people thinking it is new... I know it is same site because it used to have the same layout as youthjob.com, which are all clear indications of a scam. Even back then people would say it is a scam, so I see why they changed their name. You can read online website reviews of jobrize saying it is a scam, Since they used 'youth' in it, they are trying to target gullible young to somehow steal account details.
