Cranberry Sangria
2 cups Orange Juice
Juice of 2 Lemons
1/2 cup Orange-flavor Liqueur
1/2 cup Brandy
4 cups Cranberry Cocktail
750 ml Red Wine
3 cups Lemon-Lime Soda
1 cup Crushed Ice
1 cup Cranberries
1 Orange, sliced
Stir together orange juice, lemon juice, orange liqueur and brandy. Stir in cranberry cocktail and wine. Cover and refrigerate.
Stir in soda and crushed ice. Garnish with cranberries and orange slices.
Limoncello
10 Lemons
1L Vodka
3 cups White Sugar
4 cups Water
Zest lemons, place zest in large glass bottle or jar. Pour in vodka. Cover loosely and let infuse for 1 week at room temperature.
After 1 week, combine sugar and water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. DO NOT STIR. Boil for 15 minutes. Allow syrup to cool to room temperature.
Stir vodka mixture into syrup. Strain into glass bottles and seal each bottle with a cork. Let mixture age for 2 weeks at room temperature.
Place bottled liqueur into freezer. When icy cold, serve in chilled vodka glass or shot glasses.
Canadian Lemonade
1 oz Canadian Club Whisky
2 oz Lemonade
1 oz Cranberry Juice
Lemon-Lime Soda
Lemon Wedge
Fill a shaker with ice and add the first three ingredients.
Cap Shaker tin with a mixing glass and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Strain Into a tall glass filled with ice and top with soda.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
Southside Cocktail
1 bunch Fresh Mint
1 oz Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Gin
Muddle mint with simple syrup.
Add lemon juice and gin.
Shake vigorously on ice, then strain over fresh ice.
Garnish with fresh mint sprig and lime wedge.
