A magical trip awaits you in Lucia's mind...
376
So for a while now, I've been planning on having an exercise routine. The first thing that came to mind were sit-ups. biggrin

I personally like doing sit-ups. I don't know why. It just feels.. fun? rolleyes

But ever since a few months ago, I've lost the ability to choose. I know it sounds silly, but I swear it's true. If you tell me to choose between things, I wouldn't be able to make a conclusion. This, of course, doesn't apply to decisions I made before I developed this disability.

... Confused? confused

'Kay so, if someone were to ask me, "Lucia, what's your favourite movie?" Alright. First off, I don't get too many opportunities to watch enough movies to pick favourites. Second, because I never needed an answer to this question before, I never made myself an answer. Thus now, I'll probably never have an answer...? neutral Wait.. That was a bad example because the sample space in that question is always changing...

Okay. Nevermind. If someone asked me, "Lucia, would you prefer anime or manga?" I like both. I usually watch the anime, and then read the manga, or read the manga and then watch the anime. I do this to compare the story-lines between the two different things. Anyways, I never needed to know which I preferred, so now that I lost the ability to prefer something, I don't prefer either over the other.. Make sense? No? sweatdrop I'm a horrible teacher.

Anyhow, if someone asked me, "Lucia, what's your favourite colour?" I would have to say yellow. Why? I don't know. I just really like the vibrancy of it, I guess. I'm not a bight person now, but I was when I decided I liked yellow. And somehow, yellow seemed to be looked down upon. crying I feel like no one likes the yellow colours. I'll be part of the yellow nation! twisted Literally, I'm Asian. Woo, and stuff. whee

So yeah.

Back to sit-ups. I did decide to start sit-upping? I don't know if that's a legitimate word, but hey, it is now. blaugh

I couldn't decide on how many to do. I wanted a reasonable amount, one that tires me, is beneficial, and is realistic. I don't know my own limits, they could be pathetic, or they could be outstanding. I then asked my friend to pick a number between 100 and 500.

100 sit-ups is easy. It tires me a LITTLE bit, but I feel that it's not enough. 500 sit-ups.. I never reached that. I'm guessing it would burn a lot, but ow.

My friend picked 376. Sure. That's decent. I like it. Like, I actually like it. cool So, I don't know how often, but I'll be doing 376 sit-ups. I don't know if this'll be a daily thing, or if I'll just do them every few days, so that my core muscles can rest and heal a bit.

In a normal exercise routine, it's minimal exercise followed by a short period of intense workout. In "Insanity," they do the opposite. They do major workouts, and a little bit of break, and more hardcore sweat. scream

And I like that. "Insanity" is a workout that requires perseverance, and money. It requires a lot of will-power to complete it, but the results are amazing. I heard it hurts like hell though. It also costs money, so no.

Anyways, I'll start doing 376 sit-ups. I'm sorry tummy, but this is all for you, and it'll probably hurt me more than it hurts you.. But considering my tummy is a part of me, well then Mr. Tummy, we'll be in pain together! 4laugh

Well, I'm off. Goodnights, if you read this at night. biggrin

Thanks for reading, day or night. I appreciate being able to express my thoughts. heart
