the mimosa seeds are coming up!!
9 out of 20 is about normal for them.
busy day today. brought in the girls at 7, have to pick them up around noon. in the meantime, I have to mow lawn for the final time (and pick up my paycheck! =D) and pick up some cash.
STATE FAIR TOMORROW BABY!!
leaving this afternoon to stay at one of mom's friend's mansions in the Cities (seriously, it's like a million+ dollar home...), going all day tomorrow, and coming back Friday morning.
so I can pack my butt off and panic until Saturday afternoon when I leave.
pretty much every one else i know of is already moved down... oh well. sucks for them; I've had a loooooooooong and awesomely awesome summer.
bahahahahahaha.
got the work schedule yesterday; should be interesting. the band director will surely shoot me if I can't fix the situation.
but he has to look beyond the baton stuck up his butt. Unlike what I first thought when i arrived on campus last year, band is not everything. I have to remember it's just a hobby, and that after college I'm not going to be doing too much with it. so when I have to miss a few times for other- more important- things, it shouldn't be such a huge deal. *sigh*
working backwards, I need to be at the school at noon, mowing will take about an hour and a half (incl. talking, derping around, etc) which puts us at 10:30, depositing the checks/target/more derping around we'll give a generous half hour, which puts us at 10, and transport to town and the girls (total) will be about an hour, which puts us at 9.
so I leave at 9. One hour.
