How do I Learn Jutsu?
Shinobi train their bodies daily to learn new skills, if its clan techniques or learning how to master the elements a shinobi is always training. Below is the system that explains how many post does it take to learn. Another thing to keep an eye on is the area that ever Village will have in their profile section which is called The Update Center. This area is where you will post updates on your character's training as well as learning techniques. Now to learn a technique one thing is a must for it to count as actual training. Every post you make while learning the technique must be a minimum of at least 5 sentences and 5 lines long. Another thing to keep in mind is that a Genin can not just learn any Jutsu they want. Genin can learn any E or D Rank technique on their own as long as they are given a scroll or is being taught by another ninja.
If a Shinobi wants to learn a certain technique that is out of their learning range to learn it alone they must be taught by a shinobi who already knows the technique. This will also cut training post in half. Genin can teach other Genin so they do not have to always learn techniques from a Jounin. If a Genin is going to learn a B or A rank technique there is no question behind this, a Jounin must teach the Genin the technique or be present during their training.
Do Paragraphs in the Same Post Count?
No they do not. You need to actually put forth the effort and actually post. Being lazy will just lead to a person in becoming inactive.
What Are Chakra Points?
Chakra points is what allows you to see the progress of your character while you train and learn techniques. They will gain Chakra points. You gain chakra points when you post that you have learned a technique or preformed training in the 'Update Center' which is located in Every Village's Profile Subforum. The Update Center holds the names and number of Chakra points one holds to hold their Shinobi Information.
So How Do I Gain Chakra Points?
Each rank of techniques is worth a certain number of chakra points and once you reach 15,000 chakra points you will be allowed to create one custom technique for your character. Once you create you technique your chakra point count will lose 15,000 chakra points and may end up with 0 unless you had over 15,000 points before you created your technique. For more information about Made Up Techniques please view the Custom Technique Thread for more information. Now a quick and easier way to gain chakra points is by training. Below is a list a different training methods which explains how many post it takes for the training to be accepted as well as how many points you get for it.
Do I start off with some Chakra Points?
Yes, every rank starts off with a different number of chakra points. Below is a chart which explains how many chakra points one gets when they start off in the Guild at a certain Rank.
Genin [ CP Start -----------> 5,000 ]
Chunnin [ CP Start -----------> 30,000 ]
Jounin [ CP Start -----------> 50,000 ]
Kage [ CP Start -----------> 100,000 ]

Rank B - Takes 8 posts to Learn Chakra Points Worth: 800

Once you have filled the requirement of post to learn a technique you will post in the Update Center and follow the instructions there. After posting there you can edit your profile and add the technique(s) you learned into your profile. Kage's will have a List in the Update Center's First Post of all the people in their Village which they will edit and add and subtract points as well as keep a list of your character's custom techniques which you have created meaning they are written in stone once your Kage Approves your technique which means no editing.

Chakra Molding: For every 5 posts Chakra Points Gained: 500
Leaf Concentration: For every 5 posts Chakra Points Gained: 500
Shuriken/ Kunai target practice: For every 2 post Chakra Points Gained: 200
Weight Lifting: For every 3 post Chakra Points Gained: 300
Weight Running: For every 3 post Chakra Points Gained: 300
Dummy Fighting: For every 2 post Chakra Points Gained: 200
Sparing / Fight: For every 1 post Chakra Points Gained: 300
Meditating: For every 3 post Chakra Points Gained: 300
