It's funny you know? When you're so excited for something that it's the thing you've been looking forward to for a while. But for some stupid reason when you finally get what you've been looking forward to You feel let down when it finally arrives even after all the effort and planning you put into it.
I guess feeling unappreciated is something we're use to. But the thing is, Branden, Steph and I put so much time and planning into this sleepover. At the beginning it was going pretty good, but in the end we all felt miserable because a few people made us all feel like crap. I found that Branden was so happy just to have his friend there, the happiest I've seen him in a while which made me relax, and in a way made me happy to. Though we tried to keep everyone happy and entertained we did not succeed sadly.
We don't know what we did wrong, but what gets me is I invited everyone as our friends, this whole party was suppose to be a bunch of friends getting together to watch a movie that we all enjoyed, to enjoy each others company but as the night went on a few people started to get bitter, and then the bitterer they got the more disrespectful they got, and the more disrespectful they got the more we felt that we should end the party right there and send everyone home. It seemed like some people forgot that they were invited there as friends.
In the end a few guest were ungrateful, and in the end for the host we were tired, frustrated, and annoyed with a party that gone wrong because of pity fighting between friends, we watched all our guest leave and talked everything over as we went to bed to go back to sleep.
Though some of you may not think you were in the wrong, it's fine, the party is done and over with. I left a few things out that the other host wanted me to say but I chose not to, due to we don't want drama and we all just wanted this off our chest so in a way it's a rant. If we do throw a slumber party again, we would like to remind you all you are there because you are our friends, and if there is any misunderstandings between anyone just pull them a side instead of talking behind their back to other people.
