I will keep that in mind. I have done BL a zillion times now, every job and I just never saw anyone have BU amp, and I have never been asked to....but if I have someone who is struggling I will remember that. Good to know, cause it really just never occurred to me.

I don't think I was the first, but I haven't seen any similar threads before (correct me if I'm wrong.) My title was "A bubu isn't necessary". That doesn't mean you HAVE to have no bubu. I tried a method that was new to me, I liked it, and I believe I proved it wrong to those who still believe that a bubu in BL is absolutely necessary when it isn't. I gave out my facts; the time it took, the ringsets, etc.
Sharing a new method of doing something is not babbling, it's contributing to the discussion.

Okay, My last post to this discussion, since I have better things to do with my time than talk to you, for example sleep. I'm going to work tomorrow and all that.

I don't like the way you came into the z!f all 'BOOM OMG WATCH ME NEW STRATEGY JSDKLFJSLDKJ" style. It's not new, and I'm pretty sure it was the first people that came up with this that proved people wrong.

Not sure anyone dared you to do it, called you up on it taht it's unable and you proved them wrong. If there weren't people disagreeing with you, then you weren't proving anyone wrong. That's kinda how it works.

Of course if you had that discussion outside of the forum, I'd say it should stay that way. Not because I wouldn't want people to share something like this, god knows I would, only I would really love to see the credit go to people who deserve it really. Like the first crews trying that out.

It's like making a guide on something you didn't come up with, really.

People make threads of them saying they tanked, nothing wrong in that, it doesn't mean they were the first to tank. And yes there were people who didn't believe me about it. Yeah but what happens if the BU DC's or goes to make soup or clean their rain gutters or something? It happens. I would rather have someone else take wish and not use it rather than not take it at all. I am not that fond of going through SC's. They cost too much. Bat-less BL is pretty fast anyway, so I don't know that one extra attack is gonna shave that much time off.

thats why youll have a reliable bu thats been doing this type of job for a while. if tank and bu knows about the system and building it its not much work. of course the in hope that both know the responsibility and not to wander off for like 20min it shouldnt be a problem. i too have done BL without bubu as me in both roles

I'm sorry you picked up vibes that I was "showing off". I was merely proving that it's not necessary to those who insisted that it is. It's a point. A strategy. Making a new strategy is not showing off.

Back to the point - just because you pull it to the forums doesn't mean it's a 'new' strategy. I know few crews that use to go without BUBU for some time now, and yet, none of them felt the need to do this.

I have been to a lot of BL's before the batless glitch. I am surprised no one ever asked me to amp when I was BU.

I was pretty much required, like the rest of the crew, to amp to ensure I could take care of myself and hold bats during waves and less about healing the tank. That was just a bonus to it all.
