Well there is tons to do here.
There are games that can earn you gold and there are forums to post in to just talk with people or make friends.
You can always explore a little as well.

Hi there. whee Most people raise money to get insanely cool looking avatars, and you can do that by posting in forums, playing the marketplace, or Booty Grab.
Otherwise, there are minigames, art arenas, forums, and stuff to hang around in. =)
