It's done! "Shaelin's New Nest". 4laugh I didn't have my lightbox with me at the studio, so the pics are crap. But you sort of get an idea of how she came out in general. Shaelin is trying to hoist a bird out of its nest so she can take it over. ^_^

In person, her face is less edgy (not sure why my camera makes all my faces pick up too much shadow, light and line that isn't seen with the naked eye.. there must be a setting I'm missing) and her dress is made of organza, which didn't photo well without the light box.

For the rest of the week, I'm sculpting baby faeries in flowers. I was on my cell phone earlier today at the bead shop telling my sister I couldn't hang out with her wednesday because I really need to make babies... and the whole shop turned SILENT. sweatdrop It took a bit of explaining.

This was made by me. The back was a clear strap and had a rainbow in the middle. (NOT ME)

Also the star in the middle was made seperatly and then attached.

This one ended up being my kandi bra but i had my friend mike wear it for me.

Its strap is just black around the back..

True to my embarrassing words, I made babies today. lol I only managed to make 2 today - here's one. That's my finger near her head to give you perspective of scale. Oh.. and I will be putting a few little wisps of hair under her bonnet (didn't have the hair at the studio today)

So I was testing on how to wire wrapping... What might be some good tools to use. My fingers really hurt. But so far i was able to make a nice circle. Never been able to do that before.

YAY starting a new craft.

BTW all my jewelry is kinda on Hiatus. Im trying to more.

But do and will be making and selling Kandi bras if anyone is interested.
