Sander stayed in position from the ground floor when he saw the room go up in flame. What a waste of a nice apartment, he hadn't even been able to get some of his guns out too! The arrival of the police made him leave his little view point to get a better look. The door behind him was open and he slipped in through the building and placed a wire-camera, typically used to check underneath doors before breaching. The footage wasn't the best quality but it would make due. Through the camera he saw something that honestly shook him to his core.
