History:
The Demon Duke of Warfare.
They mocked him in his youth as one who was born of the colours representing peace and nurture, and he proved him wrong by rising to the top and ruling the opposite.

Personality:
Eligos can be spiteful; among the list of things that irritate him, doubting him and mocking him is one of the top contenders. Unless a task is stated to be unattainable or completely out of the capabilities of an individual due to specific circumstances, Eligos isn't one for believing in the impossible; he does not work himself to the bone in order to be told that he cannot complete a simple task simply because of a reason as narrow-minded as being representative of peace and nurture.

Eligos is extremely blunt -- almost tactlessly. He has no patience for pussyfooting around the truth or telling people lies just because a lie is what another person wants to hear. He has always believed that lies will only lead to more lies and dig a deeper hole for someone who is already in trouble. That is, however, part of the sweetness of his nature. Though to the point, after he has stated his thoughts, he is more than happy to help others attain success or get back on their feet -- progress is leaving outdated ideals behind.

Facts

- Eligos's wardrobe isn't entirely pink; he just happens to wear his pink garments the most.

- He's not particularly fond of going to war or keeping the souls of Hell in check, but he doesn't necessarily detest it either; it's just a job to him and something to pass the eternity.

- Although conscious about clothing choices, Eligos lacks the vanity Vassago possesses by a long shot; he is more concerned fixing clothes and helping others than trying to keep up with trends.

- Many would say that Eligos is short tempered, but in reality, he's just very sarcastic, having both a quick tongue and a severe lexicon. He's actually quite calm; it's the swing of his voice that throws people off.

In Combat

Despite his frail appearance, it is Eligos's bodily composition that makes him resilient and strong. In reality, though Eligos has had a history of being mocked for it, his pink colouration reveals what makes him such a powerful soldier.

- Physical Capabilities -
Eligos's body and bones are compromised of many metal-like substances similar to the Living World's. One of these metals is a very close (yet still unattainable by natural means) cousin of Manganese, a substance that is brittle by itself, but when mixed with the certain others, becomes powerful, like steel. Also like Manganese, as this substance can have a pink tint that grows stronger as time passes -- hence Eligos's pink colouration.

Like Vassago, Eligos is an immortal entity, but is just as capable of being crippled for periods of time. However, unlike his Prince, Eligos is not as easily brought down. His flesh is soft like others, and he bleeds just as much as his fellow demons, but his bones are hard and cannot be cut. He has been known for leading his legions head first into large armies and coming out completely bloody -- yet unscathed.

Eligos's only magical capability is his ability to see the outcome of future battles.
