My guess is how many people have been converted.
I just went to look at my achievements, and I got the hero one without knowing how.

Maybe the sentai one is a stamina thing? Like you have to stay one color for a certain time?

I got the two achievements at the same time, so I think something is up cause I'm no where near close.

It's probably late, though if you can find this stuff called "Absorbine Jr", I'd highly recommend it cause it's great at relieving the itch from mosquito bites. Not a great smell and kills on an open cut, but great otherwise.
