id have to say legolas. because he has good sight can run fast and is good at the bow and swords. gimli shouldnt have won at helms deep because when legolas shot the later down there is no telling how many orcs died i mean they are in the middle of a war! he couldnt have just stood there and counted how many died. he would probably die by then. and in the return of the king the elephant thing should have counted as more than one i mean it was freakin huge id like to see short little gimli cut down that thing. and the goasts couldnt get hurt really so of cource they got down more. There where also a ton of roherum to take down one so id say legolas is also the strongest.
