I think that's wrong. You're parents are definately racist. you could try making a bunch of black friends and see if they act the same way towards your friends.

My mom disapproves of black-white relationships because she says it's not fair to the children the result from the union, because they're often stigmatized by both races.

My dad, well, he just hates anybody who isn't white, straight, and psuedo-christian.

Honestly, I agree. I think they disapprove because of the many black stereotypes. However, if you're in love with him, then, just like I say to everyone, just know he's the right one, and move forward. That is all there is to it.

Si. It can. One I can think of is Sickle Cell Anemia (sp?) which is a condition where one's red blood cells turn crescent-shaped instead of circle-doughnus-with-no-hole-shaped. They can't carry oxygen very well, and they can block arteries. And only certain black streams get it.

I'm sorry your parents don't approve of your boyfriend, have you tried calmly talking to them about it? Maybe you can work it out peacfully. Racism is an awful thing, maybe your parents don't fully relilize how they're coming across.
