From my former high school's course book:
Quote:
Comparative Religions
Students will investigate the beliefs of the world’s five major religious groups: Judaism, Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Islam. They will analyze similarities and differences among the beliefs and practices of these world religions. Students will be required to read primary source material, including religious texts, in this course.
They'd also do a field trip into D.C.(it's only 35/40 minutes away) and visit places of worship from the religions they studied. You always knew when there was a comparative religion's trip because a bunch of girls would have scarves with them.
xd I wish I would've actually taken the course, even if it was just for the field trip.
