Nervous Habits Anyone?

When I'm nervous, I alway feel really awkward with my arms, so I tend to just stand there, crossing them.

Nail biting, I bite away at the inside of my mouth to, I constantley look at the ground, and stuttering.

I tend to shake uncontrollably and my voice gets all shaky as well. A pulpit stand or something equivalent to that somewhat helps me but I feel that it is still easy to tell that I'm nervous.

I tend to pick the skin around my fingernails and bite my lips

I have a really bad habbit of biting my nails. They're stubs now. I've bitten them so short to the point of hurting a couple of times. I shake, blush, bite away at the inside of my mouth, giggle a little, and I have to fiddle with something with my fingers or I will feel very awkward sometimes. I play with my bracelets a lot.

I start checking my hair for split ends really intently
And I press my knuckles against the nearest hard surface until they crack... I actually dislocated my thumb by doing that... Now when I'm nervous, my friends know to keep me away from desks and walls.
