Rufus smiled and patted his friend. "Shes not mad at you nation. its just training to keep up and she understands that. its allright." he looked to zelas. "Im sorry from now on though nation will be out and about more i would like it if he got some training and it will keep you turks ony our toes."

Nation smiled and leaned into Rufus's hand, purring softly at his masters comforting words.

rufus loved nation obviously. he would give his life for his friend and only wanted the best for him. he wanted nation to be happy no matter what happend. he petted nation contently not minding. he would do this for hours. though his mind was obviously deep in thought. now that he had been saved he finely relised how close to death he was and he was afrade. of things to come of people he would have left behind. without him the turks and the legacy of shinra would be lost. he was still brooding though. on past failures and on fears to come. most importantly the surgery.

So many people had gone into that building, and many would have been content to just let Rufus die, if not kill him with their own hands...but Rena had come along, and though she could have just left him there, she did the unthinkable. Rena saved Rufus, she took him into her home and took care of him the best she could until the Turks arrived. She didn't have to do anything, but she had wanted to save him.

Zelas nodded to rena and went back on patrol. heading back down the stairs to the walks below. rufus sat silently for some time just petting nation befor another turk ran up. black curly hair cut short and slicked back accept for the bangs that puffed out and over one eye. a gray color. he saluted as he came up. "Sir. the doctors have arived and the check in is compleated. there preping the operating room now."

Rena turned back towards Rufus as she heard the Turk. She knew Rufus was concerned about this, not that she could blame him, but she found that she wished she could offer some form of comfort to the young president...no matter how small or insignificant it may be.

rufus nodded and waved a hand motening him away. he raised his head looking to rena. "I will need to get prepaired. they should be ready for me any time now. ill leave nation in your care."

Rena nodded to that and walked over to him once the other turk had left. "Nation will be fine. And so will you," she said softly, giving him a gentle, reassuring smile, before gently placing a hand on top of his and lightly squeezing it. "Nation and I will be waiting for you when you wake," Rena was a kind soul, someone who always gave you that little glimmer of hope when all seemed lost.

rufus nodded softly and looked to rude his face saying he was ready. his eyes saying he was scared. rude nodded and patted his friend on the sholder. alyson would be there with them. she was not just the snipper of the turks. she was aslo there field medic. she would be the one overseeing he doctors on this procedure.

Reno would be there too, a watchful eye on the president at all times, as all of the Turks in the operating room would be, none of them daring to blink, because if they did, it could cost Rufus his life.

Reno would be promitted to watch but it would be behind bullet proof glass. so as to keep nation back. as they arived in the medicul ward alyson was allready in the operating room. a small tagging gun in her hand. she was inspecting evrything that was to be use and marking it with the tinyiest of little red lines around the bottem. the doctors were not promitted to see the room as of yet as they were still prepairing. the turks were trained to look for the marks. if a tool was suddenly seen that did not have a mark on it it would likely spell that doctor getitng shot. elena was in there as well inspecting the fluids that were to be used to make sure nothing was poisioness or anything like that.

Though she was permitted to watch, Rena chose not to, simply because of Nation. The poor creature was already worried enough about his master, it would send him into a complete panic and rage to see Rufus like he would be.

nation would be all right. as they waited outside he simply paced. he knew his master was doing something and since he was not there for once he worried. the beast was more humen well. then most humens. it was about an hour into the surgery that a camotion inside was heard along with a gun shot. nations ears pirking as he roared in responce glareing at the door. things soon went quiet again accept for sounds of someone in alot of pain growing louder. or closer one. the door opend a moment later rude steping out. he adjusted his glasses in the sunlight. "nation" he said softly stepping aside for the beast to enter through the series of doors that were open. it lead right to the viewing room one of the doctors sitting in there holding his hand. he had tried a poisioned blade and thankfully evy turk reacted the same way. the man actualy had three bullet holes in the exactly the same spot. nation wasted no time as he lept appon the man. the other doctors pausing only a moment. they couldent hear what was going on in the other room but they could see it.

Rena shook her head softly as she looked to Rude. Rufus was very fortunate to have the Turks there with him, and even Nation. They cared for Rufus not just as a leader but as family.

Alyson could be seen speaking once more a gun in her hand. the doctors promptly got back to work. nation was now a threat. if they tried anything at all they would face the same fate as the man in the other room. a painfull death.
Rude nodded to rena as they went to make sure nation dident do anything more then tare the man appart.
