Yeah, it's really rough. Our SM is the only thing really holding this show together.
I mean, it's a good show. But our Nicki Arnstein, who is awesome, either a senior or a junior, i don't remember, doesn't know some of his lines. And we're all backstage like, "ladnlajsfnsadnjakbsd Whhhhhhat."

I know how that is. We've had a number of shows where the SM was the only person keeping everything from exploding. One of our directors is totally insane, and others are old curmudgeons who are too set in their ways and won't retire.
It'll all come together. Even if he flubs lies, so long as he finally figures out the gist of it, he should to be fine.

He's got the gist of it. He's got the character, pretty much everything. And it's at those points when I happen to be paying attention to them that he messes up. :/
This director has added props. Today. We open on Thursday. IE. Tomorrow is our last Dress Rehersal. This show is such a mess. We don't even have all of the set done yet. Part of it isn't even built.

Then he should be okay. The audience won't know he messed up unless he does it in a big way, or they know the show way too well already.
Ah, yes. I just love directors when they do that. We've had shows where the set was finished an hour before the show opened and no one had been given a chance to work with the new things yet (though, that was not always the director's fault.)

Yeah, I think in our case it's more of the Scenic Designer, not getting the drawings in on time. This happened for Hairspray last year too. xD Our resident scenic artist was sitting backstage during Good Morning Baltimore (the first #), painting something for the last scene or two.
Some of our props aren't done either. :/ Out "Ballloons on a stick" is a stick. No balloons. Idk whats happening.
On the upside, all of my classes (including GEs, amazingly) have been canceled. So I'm going into shop early to help get things painted at least.
