they can it really depends on the cat, my cat just eats and rubs herself all over it, our old cat used to just bury his nose in it and fall asleep. My parents cat doesn't care for it. So you never know smile

unfortunately the people we adopted her from didn't listen to us and didn't seem to care much because she is sick so we have to quarantine her till she is better (got medicine) our other cat is curious what is going on
