As for your wings, the response time is about 3 weeks-1 month now.
When one of my client's Uriel's Wings wasn't granted, I made a ticket and made sure I was granted the "Uriel's Wings: Alchemized", and not the "Uriel's Wings" rolleyes
It wasn't pleasant, but once I finally got a response, it was very quick. 3nodding
